use of computers in hotel was for pay, no breakfast buffet, plumbing was loose on the hot water faucet and very limited free offerings on TV

Good hotel and nice location but far from Hobby and Bush airports

I can't believe that was a Hilton. I work in the oil fields if Nodak and the mancamps are nicer and don't smell as bad. Paying for internet? Are you kidding?! The shower curtain hanger was falling out of the wall. No soap or shampoo. Charging over $5 for a $1 bottle of water? I could not get over how musty the room smelled. This is a business area and I couldn't charge a phone and a computer at the same time because of the lack of outlets. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. But..... I couldn't find a person working the front counter for over 15 minutes in order too check out.

When you think Hilton, you think of a pretty nice hotel. The hotel was definitely nice but lacked the wow factor. I paid full rate since I booked 3 days in advance. Maybe its because I travel so much that Im not impressed by it. But really complimentary breakfast would have been nice. The location isn't bad but it is a bit far from the city and houston's traffic is pretty bad. I probably won't stay here again, I will try something different. But if you are going on a business trip this hotel does the job it is clean and taken care of.

Great Hotel, great area and GREAT breakfast

Stayed in penthouse suite but was disappointed an not impressed. Room needs a bit of maintenance. Glad we did not pay for room...hotel is overall great. .stayed here b4...will stay again..food was great too

we went with family and kids, hotel has free parking, is on a busy street full of restaurants so that was a plus, the lobby had free WiFi but it was freezing cold and uncomfortable, i asked for a room with a view and they said that there was construction going on upstairs beyond 3rd floor, but i saw several people on the elevator going to higher floors. Staff at the front desk was indifferent, the guy at the bar was friendly, overall it was fine, rooms clean, good location, good rates,,

Wonderful experience. Spent the night with spouse for a weekend getaway. Not our first stay here. We love the location as it is close to many attractions on West side of Houston. We spent evening at City Center which is a great date night location. As for the Hotel: the staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice. Great view of Houston. The real draw to this hotel is the Rio Ranch Restaurant. Their food is THE BEST IN HOUSTON. Never crowded and loud. Great place to have a quiet dinner with your loved ones. We stayed in the Executive Suite which comes with a complementary Breakfast which is down in the Rio on the weekends. Their BREAKFAST was amazing! We have been visiting this Restaurant for years and will continue to. Great stay, quality rooms, friendly staff, central location, and great food. Surroundings are little shady, but it is Houston. Park in lighted area and all should be just fine. Recommend you give it a shot, you wont leave disappointed.

I booked this trip at the last minute, and it never disappointed me. The staff was so friendly. The service that I received was outstanding. The room had an excellent view. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was so delicious.

This hotel has such a nice view of the sky at night, and the breakfast was great, really clean and comfortable hotel. Spacious room too. This was my 2nd time staying here within the past month,

just needed breakfast. everything else was ok

We booked this hotel while en route to Houston. When we arrived we realized that we had made a great choice. We have stayed at other Hilton's and knew that we would be staying at a nice hotel but this was beyond our expectations. We were on the penthouse floor and the breakfast (included in the booking price) was very good. We will certainly choose this hotel again whenever we are in Houston.

Hilton has kept upto its standards... Rooms were really clean and we got a high floor with a good view.... It was a really nice experiance.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The room was huge and the bed was comfy. Also they had great channels in the room if you wanted to stay in.

Nice hotel, convenience location. There are Target, Randalls for anything you forgot to pack, there are plenty of restaurants to eat, the mall is nearby, easy access to highway. Room is clean, bathroom is just a little small, other than that, we would come stay at this hotel again.

I would stay there any time. The clerk checked me in within 3 mins. I had my key. I hate to go to a hotel and they take 30 mins to check me in when I made reservations prior to my arrival. Hotel has lots of windows which I loved. Overall a great stay!

This hotel is nice and spacious! No complaints!

A nice place to stay

Rooms are clean & relaxing. Service is great the staff is attentive & very personable. Amenities & location are great as well.

The overall stay was great. I feel that because of the price and representation of the room they should have other complimentary things that come with the room free other water.

I love everything except the fridge was not cool enough to store baby milk. Instead we had to use ice to keep milk from jeopardized its integrity.

Found this at the last minute. This property is really a four star - dont know why hotels.com gives it 3-1/2.

My stay was good. The first room I got smelled horrible. I went back to the front desk and they changed it.

The location was ideal. The room was nice. The staff was friendly. I have no complaints.

I would stay here again. Very clean and front desk was very friendly. I would highly recommand it.
