Very safe neighborhood and very close to shopping and museums. Nice breakfast. Staffs are very helpful too. Really enjoyed my stay.

Good location but unfortunately got awoken midnight by a group of women shouting and screaming... should be a quiet place off the main road, shouldn't it? Otherwise nice hotel. Would be even better if a kettle is available in the room to make a tea...

I was expecting a larger and more comfortable hotel for the price as there are hundreds of hotels in the area. This hotel did not meet our expectations.

Good location for the Opera section. Breakfast buffet was okay.

Stayed here in March. Great location for access to the central Paris tourist sights. 2-3 mins walk max from Opera metro station. Room size is standard, comfortable & clean. Bathroom was small but well used space, clean & perfectly adequate. Breakfast was good choice. Staff helpful & friendly. Would recommend & stay here again.

I know P aris very well indeed and found this one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. It is close to metro and many bus routes. The hotel staff we're charming and helpful and my single room was a good size and well appointed. I cannot fault the hotel and the breakfast was superior to many others I have experienced.

This hotel is located 2 blocks from the Garnier Opera House, and a 5 minute walk from the Louvre. We walked from the Louvre through the Tuileries Gardens, and from there down the Champs D' Elysees to the Arc de Triomphe. Very do-able if you like to walk. We took taxis to the Eiffel Tower and from the train station, but even those were walkable if you wanted to give it a go. We also walked back to the hotel from Notre Dame, although that took about 30 minutes. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and most importantly--quiet! No voices and slamming doors to keep you up at night. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The staff was accomodating and courteous, if not overly warm and friendly. Would definintely stay here again--cannot beat the location and comfort for the price.

Good location but a little run down like most Paris hotels.

We love Paris. Hotel has great location. Some staff members not too friendly or helpful. Room too small. Hotel needs updating.

Just occaisionally you come across a little gem, for a very reasonable price. Bearing in mind this is Paris! The decor of the room was totally in keeping with its location near the Opera. Having stayed at other Best Western's nearby, which are all very nice this one is just that bit better, especially with breakfast included.

The hotel was very comfortable - beds, bathroom, very good breakfast. The rooms were small but other than that it's a very good hotel. The staff were all very professional, polite and helpful.

I am traveling to Paris next June and I loved this hotel and it's staff so much that I plan on staying there again. It was so easy to get around from there and the Hotgel was so charming, weel I just can't say enough.

The location was outstanding. It is a short walk to the Opera (and Metro), the Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, shopping, hop on/hop off bus-boat tours, and restaurants. Breakfast and WiFi connections were included. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but clean. We had a nice stay and would select this property again.

Our family of four - two adults and two children stayed there in July 2011. The hotel is close to the Louvre and the Opera. Very clean and comfortable. A good breakfast buffet is included. The best part is the friendly, competent and english fluent staff. They all went out of the way to be helpful. We had problem logging on to the internet and everyone including the hotel manager stepped up readily to resolve the problem. This is indicative of the excellent and very pleasant service at this well situated hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our return visit next year.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. It is a great deal for the area. It includes a continental breakfast and has great cozy common areas. I have to give these guys an exceptional rating. On top of the traditional helpfulness, they helped my mother identify a way to ship some awkward shaped packages home. I really can't recommend this hotel highly enough. I would stay here over and over again.

I've stayed in a few different hotels of varying prices and qualities over the past few years. This one has definitely been my favorite. It's clean and spacious. Great water pressure. Comfortable beds (with sheets!!) and AC. They will bring you continental breakfast to your room for no extra fee (what a way to feel important!). The staff was friendly and eager to give you a map and point out your location, nearest metro, etc. The location is ideal. In the future, if I am still able to get a similar rate, I wouldn't even bother searching for other hotels. A definite yes yes yes!

The service was great, no problem there. Its just not a four-star hotel, a three at best. For a similar price, I found a luxurious hotel on rue Dauphin.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staffs are all very polite and very helpful and speaks English well. It is very close to Opera building, metro and many fashion shops. The room & bathroom is spacious (compared to many other European hotels we have stayed in). I will definitely return to this hotel the next time we go to Paris.

I was very happy with my choice of hotel for my most recent business trip to Paris. The hotel was in a great location (close to Opera, Place Vendome, Louvre, Bourse etc) and had all the amenities I required. I was particularly happy with the service. All hotel staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast room was pleasant and the choice of food available was very good. The bathroom amenities and shower were well above the usual standard for Paris. I'd definitely stay at the L'Horset Opera again.

We were very pleased with this hotel situated in an excellent location in Paris,France. On our next trip we definitely would stay there again..

Greaat loation and good breakfast. Front desk is friendly and helpful. stayed for 2 nights thought is expensive but definitely will be back as the location is such a convinience. Forget about small room as this is norm t Paris.

This hotel was offering a special deal on Hotels.com, so I read the reviews and booked us in for a week. The best thing I have done. The hotel is in tip-top condition, the staff are friendly and courteous and all speak English, the breakfast buffet is HUGE and the surrounding area is safe, clean and affordable. The l'Open Tour bus has a stop nearby or there are Metro stations close too. I had no idea the Opera area of Paris was so nice (some areas in Paris are not) and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We loved this place, booked it based on trip advisor reviews and were really going in blindly, not knowing much about the area. We are now so happy with the location that this is where we will return to next time. It is only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the louvre and all the sights around there. Shopping and eating experiences start straight out of the front door. Just around the corner from galleries lafayette and some of the more upmarket shopping in Paris. According to our tour guide on a trip we took later, the opera area is where the older parisians live and the area reflects this. We didn't see any nightclubs and the place has a safer more mature feel about it so probably not suited for young party animals, but everything else is there. As with all of Paris there are Metro stations close by and taxi rides to most of the popular locations, including the eiffel tower are very cheap. We found the service at this hotel very friendly and extremely helpful. This is only a small establishment so is very relaxed and the staff know who you are. feel like you're staying with friends. Room was comfortable and clean, made up freshly each day with no hassles and bathroom was great.

部屋にあるセイフティボックスは自分のカードで開け閉めできます。滞在途中で夏時間に代わるときもきちんと案内の紙をベットの上においていてくれました。スタッフも英語がよく通じるので助かりました。

Hotel bem localizado, bom café da manhã,limpo.

A localização é muito boa! o Hotel é pequeno e aconchegante, o café da manhã é bom e os quartos bem pequenos. A única coisa que realmente não agradou é que não tem restaurante, tem só um pequeno serviço de bar com lanches rápidos e não muito bons.

Vi var glade for opholdet, for vi fik hvad vi gik efter: central beliggenhed, tæt på metrostation, Operaen, de store varehuse og gode spisesteder. Hotellet ligger i en rolig gade, og personalet var meget serviceminded. Værelset var ikke stort, men ok til to mennesker - og fint til prisen.

Отель скорее всего все же тянет на хорошие три звезды, ну или плохие четыре. На стойке через день работают рускоговорящие, неплохое расположение, вокруг расположенно большое количество ресторанов азиатской кухни, рекомендую японский ресторанчик расположенный напротив отеля

A 3 star hotel in perfect location

皆さん書いてありますが、場所が良いです。観光するには非常に便利な場所にあります。部屋は狭いですが、仕方ないですね。日中は観光して練るだけなんでいいのではないでしょうか！朝食も普通に美味しいです。毎日同じメニューなので、滞在が長いとあきるかもしれません。ポットを貸してくれるので、カープラーメンとかは食べられます。ホテルの値段と便利な場所を天秤にかけると、次回もいきたいホテルです。

La estancia correcta, el hotel moderno y agradable, la ubicación muy buena y la habitación muy amplia pero el desayuno es más que regular, muy justos hasta los croissants, no hay tostadora, el pan congelado y muy escaso de dulces,
