La Quinta Inn Dallas Lewisville - לואיסוויל

Had a great stay hotel was kept very well, friendly service, pool was very clean and nice...stay at here it's worth all the money!!

This is the worst LaQuinta that we have ever stayed. The first room which was suppose to be non-smoking,smelled like smoke so bad we had to make sure we were given a non smoking room. We were moved to another room which was not much better. Not very clean. We were told they can't control weather people smoke in non-smoking rooms. REALLY. Not sure we will stay at LaQuinta again

I would stay at this hotel again along with a recommendation!

Lady at the front desk had a attitude, same lady from my last stay and I thought maybe she was just having a bad day the first time, but apparently shes just that way. Room was clean, only issue was the toilet was not working properly.

It was loud. My door had a crack in the seal that made me think their was a tornado outside the walls all night long. Other than that, it was a decent hotel.

Non smoking rooms were old smoking rooms. No receptionist at front desk for five or so minutes.

Ok..Other than the smoke smell in the room.

This hotel was a good value for the money.

The cleaning service did not get to the room to clean. I called the front office at 12 noon to make sure my room is cleaned and she was not very helpful at all. She stated they have their schedule they follow. The cleaning lady was 2 doors away from my room at 4:30pm. And my room remained unclean.

The hotel was ok at best. The neighborhood is not the best and the hotel is quite run down. Especially the parking lot. Before it was even time to check out, I was receiving calls from the maid that they are ready to clean the room. They were even knocking on the door before check out. Then the front desk was calling. Completely unacceptable. I will NEVER return to this location and will steer clear of La Quinta Inn in the future. I did not feel welcome due to this.

Service was horrible, non-friendly. Place was dirty. Non smoking room smelled of smoke, made us sick and unable to sleep. Deadbolt on door was about to fall off so looke like someone had broken in at some point; felt unsafe.

In all it was pretty average. My room had been smoked in previously which was somewhat bothersome.

While I was away from my room the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings from the closet and I was checked out. I returned exhausted at 9:30pm after working a long day and dozed off on the bed. I woke up at around 1:30am with a splitting headache. I went to get my ibuprofen which I packed due to a herniated disk in my neck but discovered that everything was gone. The front desk would not answer their phone so I had to walk down to get my belongings back. However, they had not key and could not help me and to make matters worse could not tell me when I would be able to get my belongings back. I had a flight out the following morning. At 5:30am someone knocked on my door but when I got up nobody was there. Again a knock came at around 5:45am and I was given my belongings back. I basically did not get much sleep that night. Also, when I first arrived in my room the floor was very sticky and there was junk still in the garbage baskets. The second day they still had not emptied the baskets and I found what looked like a bottle of beer in the basket.

This is the place to stay when you have to get out of dodge, you're out of options and low on money. The room was clean and the service was pleasant and entertaining at check in.

Nice room, with microwave & refrigerator, large bathroom, comfortable bed.. Nice place to stay for a night! Very reasonable rate and convenient location to get to and from..

Hotel staff were very welcoming, and location was right off the interstate 35 with convenient crossroads to Grapevine Mall, Bass Pro Shop, DFW, and numerous restaurants of every type food. Pool looked nice and clean. Pets were welcome and no fee assessed.

Staff very rude. Called front desk for a wake up call and there was no answer. Went downstairs and the guy was sitting at a table watching television. He handed what looked to be a homeless man a key card and told him to take care of an issue in another room. Checking in the woman was super rude. Sorry you actually had to do something. I will never go back, too bad because I will be frequenting that same town.

Nice rooms - right off the highway - no noise. Staff was great.

Clean, good price, and everthing we needed for a short stay. Barb

I had to stay with my family overnight along with our moving truck and two vehicles because our house in Frisco did not close on time. Since we lived in Lewisville for many years, this area is not the best but certainly not the worst. I think the better locations are on the other side of Corporate Dr next to Chili's and the golf driving range. This place has one side that has an abandoned business car lot which is dark and the back side is across from low income apartments. If you stay here, stay towards the front and the side that faces Corporate. The inside is average to fair but the property needs some upgrades or should be relocated. You pay for what you get...

Cheap but that was the only thing good about it!

It was a pleasant experience, experienced staff, I would recommend it to my colleagues.

The hotel's location was close to everything that you might need while staying. Shopping, eating, and anything else you need is close by. The room was very, very clean. The hotel desk was helpful and cheery everytime I was there. You hear a little noise from the interstate, but only if you are up close to the front. Overall, a great stay and value.

Reasonable cost and tolerable accommodations.

Traveling with family, I pay a bit extra for the breakfast included hotels. I moved 10 miles north and paid 15 dollars more for this hotel. I asked about breakfast when checking in and was told "6 am to 8:30". Got there at 7:30: nobody there. Went back at 8 and rang service: We painted last night and there are still fumes so no breakfast. No sorry, no breakfast. Bad review.

Room service was good. Rooms clean. Good breakfast compliments.

Hotel is okay for overnight stay. Neighborhood is not so nice. Rooms are not well insulated against sound.

Staff did nothing to make it memorable. Pool had towels one day out of 5 day stay. No one cleans tables during breakfast time. Skimpy on towels in room which really is problematic when pool has no towels.

HOTEL WAS NICE FOR A SHORT STAY. STAFF WAS VERY NICE.

This motel is in a severe need of updates. Everything is just dingy and dirty looking. When we opened the door to our room, we were met by a horrible smell that smelled like mold/mildew. The hotel was booked up, so luckily we had a scented pouch that we placed in front of the A/C and that masked the smell very well. The alarm clock was broken, and the bath tub wouldn't drain. I tried calling the front desk from the phone in the room 3-4 times and no one ever pickled up the phone. I also tried dialing the motel's number, and no one answered it either. I ended up having to walk down to the office, where the man behind the desk couldn't give me an answer as to why my call wasn't answered. He did send somebody to immediately unclog the tub. We will definitely NOT be staying here again, even though the location is very convienient.

Hotel & staff were great ... Only drawbacks were at 9 pm the pool had 30+ kids age 10 & under, running, screaming, jumping & diving in the pool, area had multiple signs warning not to. There were no more than 3 parents supervising. All other travelers saw what was going on & immediately left. Noise from the rooms on the backside of ours continued the extremely loud noise until between 3 & 4 am. Although I would rate the hotel & staff as excellent, when I was staying in the area 4 days later I stayed at another hotel.

When we arrived, we experienced the first two rooms that were issued to us had other people's things in them. WHAT???? I would be furious if I knew that someone else had entered my room with my things in them, let alone hauling our luggage all around the establishment! The rooms were gross, the shower did not drain and the curtains were nasty! The air conditioner rattled all night long. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very apologetic, helpful and friendly.

Stay was fine, room was ok for just me.

Had 3 nights stay and left after 1st night.

The kids wanted to swim but not in green water.
