Look in bad shape from outside but good in the inside. Very clean and good service

The hotel was convenient for a quick weekend in town. Compared to other hotels nearby, it seemed a little less well kept. The room was adequate, but not super clean. The shower was a little scary at first and the curtain stained. It was ok, but we're going to try another hotel next time.

The hotel is accessable to major highways, walking distance to major brand restaurants and a short drive to shopping. Outside motel like atmosphere and somewhat secluded business park area. Hotel could use a major upgrading it appears dated and rough around the edges. Great price for the cost of a bed anywhere else. I would stay again if alone but not for the family. One step above a truck stop.

I stayed one night with my wife and felt the hotel was fine. You can stay here for an excellent rate, but the place could use a little work. The pool area needed to be cleaned and the hotel's exterior could use a little paint and attention. The room is perfectly fine and the staff is very good.

It was OK, wasn't very updated however it was clean. Didn't look like the pictures. Not sure how often I would stay there, but the location was convenient The staff was nice.

We'll be back.

In the pool area, you see lots of dirty staffs in the pool and trash in the lot, looks scary.

Right off interstate. No elevator, no fridge in room, but room was average, bed was very comfortable, decent stay for price.

Initially reserved for 3 nights; canceled after 1st night, due to Fwy noise, maintenance issues with damaged railing, damaged concrete ...

Would stay here again--clean, convenient location and curteous staff. Good price!

Beneath LaQuinta expectations, but a good low price one-night stay for our purpose. We always choose La Quinta when traveling with our dog, but this motel is ready for a renovation. Even if housekeeping did a good job the bathroom, especially the tub, would look dirty. It's just dingy. Time for an investment here. It is located on a very busy highway but has the convenience of a Denny's and several buffet-style eateries within a few steps. Easy access to Plano. Can't expect something for nothing, though, and the rate was the lowest in the area.

Very dirty and very gross. Tags from clothes left in bed! Coffee maker had mold growing on it! And all floors and walls dirty. Trash left in drawers from previous people!

Would have expected to pay more for what we got. Bed was great. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Will stay there again.

I had two rooms for 4 people. We were very happy with everything except for the Plano/ Dallas traffic and the fact that Denny's next door was closed. I know you didn't have any control over that, just making a statement. We were looking forward to Denny's since our's has closed. They were working on Denny's though so hopefully it will open back up soon, as a Denny's and we can come and visit La Quinta again.

The hotel is not the best of La Quintas...a little old and tired. However, the staff made up for that. They were all amazing and helpful. We were there for a 3 Day 60 mile Susan Komen Cancer Walk. They were willing to open breakfast early for us, since we had to be at event at 6:30 or 7 AM. They were great with directions and were willing to do anything to help. Plus they all had happy smiling faces! Must be a Texas/Southern thing!!!! The location was on 75 in Plano at 15th Street exit close to George Bush Freeway . Finally, the price was great.

This reservation was made due to location and convenience to where we needed to stay. This is an older hotel. Our room and beds seemed very small and the hot water in the tub had a significant leak. There is no door to the bathroom. For what I paid, it was just OK.

This was a very unpleasant experience for us. From the moment we arrived we had to wait on someone to come to the service desk. Then she had some excuse. The overall hotel needs a major overhaul. The room was very dated and not the cleanest. The shower and the shower curtain had mold, the sink did not drain, hair left on the floor from previous guests, towels very stiff, trash left behind the bedside tables from previous guests, some bulbs did not work in room, linens worn and nubby feeling, spread stained, ceiling repairs looked bad, outside railings needing paint and attention, pool had algae and trash was floating on it! Breakfast was a joke. Would not stay here again and do not recommend.

We stayed two nights in the Dallas area. The hotel served mostly as a night time "jumping off place" for us while we visited family. Breakfasts were good and service was friendly. This site appears older and we were on a second floor outside entrances so no elevator I could see. Pool appeared adequate although we did not use it. Wi Fi in room was nice and flat screen TV.

It was a large, clean, quiet room at a great price. Next door to Denny's and located right on Hwy 75. Best deal I've seen in a while.

I would stay there again. It's a tired older hotel but kept up pretty good. The place was clean and no bed bugs. The tub faucet leaked badly but they could not get a repairman until the next day (after I left). Did not bother me but they sure were losing money on their water bil (4 gallons per hour estimate). Their free light duty breakfast was an added bonus...

We arrived late and were exhausted. The overnight clerk was alerted to our late arrival and had everything ready the moment I walked in. I was in my room in less than a few minutes. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would go there again in a heartbeat.

I enjoyed my stay overall. It was an older facility but well kept. Nice clean rooms, bed was comfortable (PLUS).Wonderful complimnetary breakfast (waffles). The Location was EXCELLENT and had acess to many shopping or dinning places galore. However, the only thing i missed and would have like at this hotel would have been a refridge & microwave in the room :( Otherwise, i would highly rate & recommend.

This was our second time to stay here. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. Great value for the low price.

It is OK for a two star but a little run down.

Bath tub was nasty and the bottom was peeling up, holes in the linen, floors had dirt all on the carpet and a condom wrapper was found behind the night stand.

Very good value for the price.

Location was good for shopping weekend in Dallas. One big problem with the room- NO outlets for charging stuff. My son and I were there to do some shopping for his apartment and we had to do a lot of searching and unplugging of lamps just to charge our phones! The plugs we did find we're across the room from the beds and we had to unplug the lamps just to plug them in.

This is one of La Quinta's motel locations, and it's an older building. That said, my expectations were pretty low, especially given the room rate I got through hotels.com. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was in very good shape. The bed was nice and firm, but not too firm. The staff was friendly and professional, and check in/check out was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel isn't fancy, but it's nice enough for the price.

The hotel staff was very friendly when we checked in, and once we got to our room they called to make sure we had gotten to our room OK and everything was good. The room could use a little fresh paint and touch ups, especially in the bathroom. The breakfast was perfect and there was plenty of food even when we got there 30 minutes before breakfast was due to end. Hotel is close and convenient to easy travel. would stay again for a quick overnight trip.
