The room could use some repairs and updates. The bathroom was not that clean and the carpet was peeling.

Very nice staff.

The beds were not queen size , as stated. They were individual size so we were not comfortable. the "hot breakfast" only had waffles, yogurt, bagels, and cereal. Although the waffles were "Texas size" and delicious. Service, cleanliness, location, amenities for all good. They have free wifii making it easier for me to study. I'd stay there again.

Room and breakfast was great. Will stay again when in the area.

I was very happy with my stay. Because they allow pets I was able to take my dog with me to my sister's memorial and not have to take her to a kennel. I needed a place to stay with particular needs and I found them very accommodating. The breakfast was free and nice. it was very clean and the bed was comfortable and the ac worked fine. Considering it was Easter weekend I felt very fortunate to find such a nice place that was reasonable. I would stay there again.

This room was dirty, disrepair and horrible service. The bath was falling apart! Mold on ceiling and body hair on the floor. Checked in at 3am and was told I would be charched an aditional day if stayed past noon check out. So I got 9 hours for the price of 24.

It was blood on the sheets, curtains, and the tub was nasty. They switched me to another room and was even worse. I would never stay there again even if the room was free. I would rather sleep in my car.

They had trouble finding my reservation. They didn't have the room I had reserved. It took me 15mins to check in. I was the only one there. I had been on the road for 8 hrs all I wanted to do was get in my room. The place looked great.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The only problem was a drunk guy next to the original room that I was given. When I called the front desk, they immediately moved me to another area of the hotel that was quiet.

Had problem with bathroom door, wouldn't stay shut, location was a bit difficult to get to. Otherwise stay was good,

Location was great for convenience.

Disapointed in not frig or micorwave in room that is mostly standred in all hotels could chared more if had adminites

Atttending a 50th birthday party

Baymont was a very nice place to stay; especially for the price. It was very clean and accommodating. The price was excellent and so was the service. Very easy to find - right off of the highway.

I was looking for a place to stay after midnight while traveling. I am thankful this hotel would allow me to book and check-out in the morning when others wanted me to pay for 2 days. This was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. There was a sign on the front door and my room had a non-smoking sign next to the door. However, my room reeked of cigarette smoke and was equipped with an ash tray. I woke up with a headache and left smelling like an ash tray, along with all my belongings.

it is an ok hotel for commute but the internet is pretty bad. keeps dropping off and not good quality. other than that for the price it is ok.

I stay here each time I'm in town for one or two nights. Very quiet, clean room for the cost. Decent continental breakfast included.

It was a good value for our purpose, the neighborhood seemed ok. The breakfast was very good the next morning, overall a good experience. Will be doing it again.

The hotel room was clean and confortable. The outside areas were cluttered with some debris, and needed attention.

Good for the price.

The rooms were clean, staff were very friendly, and beds very comfortable. Only down sides were the TV not turning completely off ('no device connected' continued to float on the screen but with a 3.5 month old we needed the night light anyway) and that despite ONLINE reservation saying there were cribs available...they had ZERO...on order but not yet arrived. So baby girl slept on extra sheet and comforter on the foor in the corner of the room where we could see her from our bed. Otherwise very good stay.

Place to stay offering good value for the money!

Room smelled of mold and mildew, felt the need to keep my flip flops on the whole time inside on room. Hotel is in the hood, and way over priced!!! Very unhappy

Good location and freindly service (never had the front desk call shortly after check in to make sure everything was in good order). Comfortable beds and good breakfast each morning!

We stopped over here a night driving from Houston to Arkansas. We came in late and the night staff was wonderful. The beds were really comfortable. They have done a nice job updating the rooms. A great 2.5 star stay!

Was nice when we got there we were tired so immediately took a shower which was unpleasant the rusted pipes were showing through the walls. The bathroom needed an update. The floor was nasty. Literally threw my socks away because it also needed an update. Breakfast was not worth the effort to go in to the front. Will not recommend this place at all the website is apparently NOT updated as it looked really clean and nice but not when you actually get to your room.

The surrounding area was very scary. Had to sleep with one eye open, because I though my car would be stolen the next morning. First time at a Baymont & the last. Keep on going.

Very pleased with room/hotel, and the hotel staff. The room was clean, hotel staff friendly, and hospitable. Because of the cheap room rate, I was initially concerned about the cleanliness of the bathroom, appearance, smells, noise, however quite surprised on arrival, that the accommodations were exceptional for the price, and we had a very peaceful night.

after several Days Inns on this trip, at least the last night at your motel was a welcome change. It looked and smelled so clean. This was our first stay at a Baymont motel. Since then, we have seen 2. I will be looking for your motels whenever we travel. I sincerely hope you can maintain this standard. We find that certain chains now are run, in a large part, by an element that wants to use them to get all they can out of them, and those are in disrepair. Way to go Baymont!

Instead of getting just a room with a competitor, chose this hotel because it offered breakfast. Poorly stocked, for example, no syrup, one employee shook their shoulders and no one was willing to go to the storage area.

There were people up all night knocking on our room door, know they were on drugs, they were up all night long walking and talking...

room had mold in the bathroom. Booked the room as 4 adults and the room was stocked with two towels. beds were comfortable and the ac worked well.

Wonderful breakfast selection. Nice hotel. We will stay again.

All in all, I am pleasantly surprised. We stayed there one night, and the hotel has been recently renovated. The bed was really comfortable, and though older, the room was very clean. There was also a mini fridge and microwave in the room, and checkout was at noon, unlike most hotels at 11.
