This was my first time staying at a hotel in Dallas and I was very surprised at how nice it was. It is recently updated and the staff was helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay here every time I return.

It was amazing, Carlos n staff were great! They put a million dollars into this place. Rooms r super modern, granite counter tops, hi bed. Toms of eating spots i will be back SOON!

OUR STAY AT THE HOTEL WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND SATISFACTURING. THE LOCATION WAS GOOD FOR OUR PURPOSE.THE SERVICE WAS EXELLENT.

I was very happy with staying at the Wingate by Wyhndam. I thought the rate that I paid was great for the services, comfort, and cleanliness of the hotel. I hope to stay their again with a great price when I am back in town.

We loved the room. Bed was very comfortable. Room service was very responsive. I will stay here again if looking for a hotel in the area.

My stay was great. It happens to be that time of the year in Texas that the Air condition had been checked and it was operating properly. Other than that my stay was fine and one of the best breakfast I have endured ever. Great place to stay. Home away from Home.

Room was very nice as was the lobby and breakfast. We had asked to have a room near our daughter's room and, while we were on the same floor, they were around the corner and way down the hall. We also asked for 12:00 check out and they were not able to accomodate us. Free Wifi was great and bed was very comfy.

It was vert convenient to the Wellington Apts, to visit our good friend. Easy access to the I-75 . The hotel has recently been remodeled and was great. Hot breakfast, very friendly and professional staff. Will stay again. EXCELLENT!!!!!

The continental breakfast needs a lot of improvement . The eggs, sausage, and potatoes were blah. The waffles had a funny taste. The coffee was good.

The hotel was very quiet - which I appreciate!

For $89 it was exactly what I was expecting. Staff was helpfull. Wifi w no passwords. Computers available for use and new. Breakfast was included. Was very happy overall and would book and stay again.

Nobody did our room after the first night, and when I talk to the front desk person she never offer to solve the problem, instead she blame us for that because we were in our room when the housekeeping knock the door at 830 am in a SATURDAY.

New renovation was great - Bed and pillows very comfortable. Only drawback was could hear neighbors next door late at night

Our stay was short but the hotel was perfect for the area we needed. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was great!

I enjoyed my stay. One of the best stays i have had in a long time. Perfect location and it was a reasonable price. Will be staying here again when i visit.

i have to say i love this hotel. the room are a nice size and the bed are to die for. the breakfast are good and the service is great.

I got fooled by selecting the hotel as pics are deceiving. This hotel is old and certainly does not fit the profile of a Hilton franchise. Will never stay again.

We have been staying at this hotel on our visits to Richardson over the past 5 years. It has recently changed hotel chains and is undergoing a renovation. We stayed here in November while it was under renovation, and made the best of the inconvenience (no breakfast and limited features). We were told that renovations were still ongoing, but they were minimal so we again booked with this hotel. However, this stay was one of the worst experiences we've had. The a/c in our room was not working properly. It never did cool the room which made sleeping near to impossible. The breakfast area was in shambles, but there was food available. The staff was very unprofessional in their attire and demeanor. Upon checkout I asked to speak to the manager, however he was unavailable. I was told that I would receive a phone call before the day was over. That was 4 days ago. I am very sad to see this hotel has gone down hill, as it used to be a lovely place to stay with a warm and friendly staff.

The outside makes it look like.its not even a hotel. They are doin construction and maintenance on the inside. U can see all the paint and the elevator doors looked as if they were starting a new building. Once u got to the floor you were on, mine was the second, it looked like a real hotel. Overall. Id stay there again.

This hotel is in the midst of a major renovation, but I knew that when I booked. This did not affect my stay. My room was newly renovated and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was very quiet. The hotel is in a good location if you need to get on Central Expressway. I got a great rate because of the renovation and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. Only complaint was that the WiFi was spotty.

Hotel was in transition and remodel. No trash cans. No shampoo and loud workers disrupted sleep. Not a usual Windgam experience.

we did not expect the hotel was in renovation, there was no lobby, no breakfast, no internet access, nothing... the hotel representation had very bad manner, she was rude to us... it is the worst experience we had with any stay in hotels

We have stayed at this hotel seneral times. We have always enjoyed it. Currently(12-2012) they are doing a massive construction. It will be beautiful when it is done. Right now it is a mess and there is no breakfast.

there was construction going on. There was no front lobby,walls, or ceiling. Couldn't rest in the room because of drilling going on below. Not happy at all.

The hotel was under renovation. There was no hot breakfast nor ice on the first floor. Rooms were clean & beds comfortable. A/C wasn't too cool & was extremely noisy the second night.

This hotel is transitioning from a Hampton to a Wyngate, requiring major renovations. The lobby was a joke--construction everywhere. No business center, no fitness room, no reason to offer itself as a hotel until the construction is complete. Try it in 2014.

The building is torn up all over the place, with new carpet, paint, reception area, etc. all going in at the same time. But, I think I was the first person to stay in my newly renovated room, and it was great!

The hotel was under going major renovations. The lobby was a disaster area so they couldn't provide their usual services (breakfast, computer room). The room was as fine, and due to it's location, I would have stayed there even if I had known about the construction, but they should have warned me.. and not everyone will have the same attitude.
