Very nice hotel

Stay was great, confy room, bed, tv all services. Breakfast was ok could have more variety of hot food. The only hot food was eggs and sausage. I don't eat sausage, beacon could be more appropiate or tacos.

very comfy bed, receptionist was very friendly and the breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

It stated on the website that is was located on the south side of the airport, it was not, it was on the northeast side and then the construction was terrible that it took me 30 mins to get to the rental care return in the am.

Overall it was a great stay. Free shuttle to/from dfw. Inexpensive. Good service

Shuttle to airport, clean room, breakfast, helpful staff

Perfect for a long lay-over. Nothing flash, just what you would expect from a Fairfield. Breakfast with lots of choices - some unexpected like prepackaged biscuits and sandwiches along with the typicals. Some construction that was weird but not obstructive. They did provide toothbrushes for us. Total +++ for a lay-over at a reasonable price. The shuttle is convenient but doesn't run after 11:30 - so the cab ride was expensive as it was a minimal charge but they took us in the AM right to our gate.

me along with my friends had a very great time. over all place is really good to stay and the complementary breakfast is dont miss thing in this hotel.

Newly renovated (a few areas still in progress, but didn't affect our stay). Evening receptionist Ashley was extremely helpful. Local restaurants offer shuttle service to their locations and back, which was really nice. Road construction nearby made it a little hard to figure out how to get to the hotel at first.

The hotel is undergoing construction in the renovation of its common areas, but the renovated rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The fan speed control for the air conditioning was not workable so it was full speed or nothing, but was at least cool and the fan masked the nearby airport noise. While the breakfast room was temporarily re-located to a small room, the selection was very wide and thought they did a great job considering the tight quarters. There aren't many eating establishments within walking distance, but several within 1-2 miles. Location was very close to airport and the airport shuttle was a nice amenity.

Hotel was fine. Great bus transportation to airport. Hotel under renovation.

Very low for a Fairfield... It was very dirty and dusty from them remodeling. We had a corner room and about midnight could here talking and running up and down the stairs. At breakfast they had it in such a tiny room people were lining the halls sitting on the floor etc eating. Very disappointed :(

Although the hotel is under renovation, the staff made our stay very pleasant. We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor which had already been remodeled so the carpet and furniture were new. The only thing is that the sink area is very small. Otherwise, all was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was served in the meeting room and another room on the bottom floor was opened for extra seating. The breakfast variety was very good. Our family especially likes the Texas shaped waffles. The 1st floor was pretty much all torn up due to renovation, but the staff made us feel at home nontheless. Can't wait to stay again when all is finished!

Beds were comfortable, easy to find easy to get to airport

Very friendly service and full of smiles.

Stayed three nights while visiting the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Central location made it very quick and easy to visit both cities. Only a 5 minute ride to the airport! Very friendly staff. Clean, quiet room. Convenient continental breakfast at no charge. Would certainly recommend to others!!

The room was very clean & VERY comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly & spoke to us every time we came in & out of the hotel.

The hotel itself needs to be updated. But other than that room was clean and we had good service!!! They brought extra towels, etc within 5 minutes after we called Complimentary breakfast was awesome! Not just the ordinary fruit and cereal that most hotels serve. They had a variety of breakfast foods to choose from. I would recommend it most definitely!

This is a wonderful hotel and one would think it's easy to find...well due to the road construction all around - it's not! The building does not look like a typical hotel and at night the signage is VERY POOR and I must have passed it 3 times with GPS before I saw the poorly lit/visible sign. Otherwise GREAT HOTEL!

My only complaint was that other people kept allowing their doors to slam closed at all hours of the night.

We stayed for pleasure and we really liked it. Price was affordable, staff willing to help. I will stay again on my next trip

The Fairfield Inn is undergoing renovations at this time and will be a much nicer hotel when completed. Our room had already been renovated and was nice. The only problem we had was the air conditioning blew straight at our bed. We reported this and they are going to see what can be done. Overall our stay was very nice and convenient to what we wanted todo.

The hotel was as expected. The room was clean, the shuttle took a little longer than I would have liked to pick me up at the airport, and the front desk staff was friendly. The shuttle driver did stop by to let me get something to eat on the way back to the hotel, which was nice. All in all a good stay; I'd go back if I was in the area again.

Overall, it is a great hotel! Staff was very friendly and gave us plenty of coupons for everwhere we intended to go! Even tho the airport is just behind the hotel, you couldnt hear the air traffic at night, unless we were soooo tired we couldn't hear them! Any way, I would def stay here again!

The hotel stated it had new renovations. The bathtub in the room I stayed in would not hold water. What a disappointment since this was my weekend vacation from children. There was supposed to be continental breakfast and all that was available was microwaveable burritos and fruit. NO COFFEE.

Great location. Staff was friendly and ready to please. Breakfast was always ready before 6 am. Rooms were newly renovated. Fresh paint, furniture, and carpets. A+++

Very convenient with quite rooms and individual air conditioners. Bed was comfortable and the shower was the best I had in 2 weeks of travelling in CA NV and AZ. Beware that the included breakfast finishes at 9am during the week, which is early compared to most hotels. I arrived after midnight and was late up and missed out at 9:20am. Apart from the breakfast issue it was great value at 1/2 the price I had paid at other hotels over the previous 2 weeks.

I am completely satisfied with my experience at this hotel. The staff is super friendly. My room was neat and clean. It was fairly spacious for the price. I had a nice big TV. There is a computer available for hotel guest. The hotel is conveniently located within 2-3 miles of DFW. There is a shuttle that will take you back and forth to the airport. There is complimentary breakfast each morning. Oh and coffee and water available 24 hours a day. You can check in and out 24 hours a day. I got a really good deal on hotels.com for this hotel.

I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms. The bedding was super clean and comfortable. Everything was friendly, clean and inviting. The breakfast was excellent for a continental breakfast and for a sunday on that. Could not ask for more choices. The front desk staff was absolutely helpful and friendly! I definetly added this hotel to my will always stay when in Dallas list!!

GOOD EVERYTHING, BREAKFAST, FREE WIFI

Really liked it, but since theres a lot of construction going on it was hard to find a place to eat dinner.

This hotel is clean and very convenient to the DFW airport. I've stayed here several times and have been pleased each time. The staff is very courteous and efficient. A good complimentary breakfast is available.

We were very pleased at early check in. Sorry I can't remember her name but she was very friendly and helpfull. We took the shuttle for supper and the driver was very friendly also. We used the hotel for a lay over on our way to MX. from MN. There was a sign they were remodeling I am sure it could only get better. Of course not for the 5* crowd. Clean and friendly that's my kind of place!!!!

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were no frills but offered clean beds, bathroom and 32" flat screen TV to rest before and early mng flight. The shuttle bus driver was professional, prompt and pleasant. Good value.
