The staff was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. A class-act hotel overall! I won't stay anywhere else in Boston but here.

It was bizarre. They put us in a room right under a wedding making for the loudest, most uncomfortable experience of our lives. They did give us another room at 11:00 PM and some compensation. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location.

I absolutely loved the hotel and friendly staff. It is centrally located and lots of things are within easy walking distance. My only complaint is that there was a lot of street noise that wasn't filtered out even with the windows closed. Soundproofing between rooms seems to be good. Overall it was a great place to stay and I recommend it.

Very Nice Hotel, perfect location and very kind treatment from the staff.

Great hotel, gave it a 4 only because the rooms were fairly small, and being on the 8th floor, we had to take an additional elevator. Not a huge deal. The service was fantastic, thought I was in the Caribbean. Beautiful and stylish decor. Room service food was fantastic. Location is ideal, right on top of Fanuiel Hall and a short walk to the garden. We will stay there again for sure.

Kudos to all the staff at Millenium Boston. They have made our stay a memorable one. We feel that the attention given to us was above to what would be expected, from the valet service, maid service, concierge and the desk.

Wife and I went to Boston for a weekend getaway. The location of the hotel cannot be beat if you are looking to be a tourist. Hotel room was fine and the staff was friendly. The bed was not very comfortable, but we had enough room and the bathroom was nice. Friday night there was a lot of noise coming from the drunk idiots in the room next door. I had seen this issue on other posts and I can confirm it- the rooms do not contain sound. But, for the price and the location, I would definitely go back.

The location was perfect and the Staff were outstanding. Thank you to all. I would definetly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel was beautiful. The staff on the other hand were a bunch of children. I called and confirmed my room, inquired about early arrival and took the persons name down. When arriving I was told I arrived to early and would have to wait over 3 hours before a room would be ready. When explained I called 2 times, one less then a week prior I was told that person didn't work there anymore, even though they wore name tags and the person was standing at the front desk next to the receptionist I was speaking to. Everyone was to busy with their iPhones to worry about what was going on. I spoke with the assistant manager and we sorted out the room but in about an hour from arrival. Also, they charge for internet, and $45 for parking per day. I would think with the amount you spend on the room that there would be some amenities but they are extremely lacking in the department as well. Great location, just bad service which is a real same. Next time in Boston I will stay at the Westin.

Trendy, reasonably priced and a perfect location for experiencing Boston!! Friendly and accommodating staff. Best stay ever!

Staff was courteous. We paid extra for a balcony; did not get it on first room. They immediately changed us to the room we paid for. "Balcony" was big enough for one person, but did allow us to open the door for fresh air. Linens were great! Bathroom generous and water hot and good pressure. Would stay here again... recommend highly for convenience.

Hotel was clean, room was comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Had a noisy bridal party in the room next door. Asked to have room changed and was accommodated immediately. Twenty 26 North restaurant excellent for brunch!

Great location, the bed was uncomfortable and stuffy.. The phone was difficult to work, the message light kept blinking even though the front desk "fixed" it. Great location and right off 93!

I had great service, great atmosphere, and had my room upgraded upon my arrival. Room had a pleasant view and was able to sit by the hearth and watch people come and go around Faneuil Hall.

Staff was very attentive. We got an upgrade to a superior room with a great view of Quincy Market. It was my husband's birthday and they left him a card with some delicious pastries. Thus was very thoughtful, made us feel special. We will definitely go back!

Nice place comfortable

The Millenium Bostonian Hotel is a lovely boutique accomodation. The bed as well as the room was quite comfortable. The little walkout terrace was a treat. Nice touches in hotel lobby are fireplace,free hot apple cider and fruit for the guests to enjoy. Service with the exception of the valet parking is wonderful. Give yourself a half hour to get your car. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall the hotel, service and rooms were excellent. They did not have the room we booked available, however, they upgraded us to a suite with a fireplace. It was the best view the hotel had directly overlooking Faneuil Hall. The restaurant service was great with a friendly bartender and the food was delicious. A must stay!

Stayed for an overnight business trip and was very impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Will certainly revisit in the future!

Great location....close to T, places to eat, all within walking distance even in the winter months. Walking Boston is a delight for the senses. Entry to hotel premises was impressive and inviting as was the hotel desk and foyer area. Hotel was excellent...staff VERY helpful and friendly. Hallways to the rooms were very interesting....not your typical long, straight corridors.....views out the windows interesting with old architecture and various areas of Boston visible. Our room for two was very pleasant and nicely furnished, could have used a slightly bigger chair or possible two small ones. The bathroom was nicely furnished, large, .......the shower area was excellent. We had a wonderful stay, will definitely stay again.

Hotel is immaculate and staff was very friendly. Location is perfect next to Quincy Market, Hard Rock Cafe and minutes from anything you want to see.

it is a nice hotel but the room was too noisy

First time visitor. Everything about this stay was excellent. Front office staff, maid service, condition/quality of the room was outstanding. I'm usually pretty quick to point out flaws, but well done! Adjacent to Quincy Market.

We love this hotel because of its location, wonderful service, and deluxe gorgeous rooms.

This place is in an awesome location, and the customer service is really great. They upgraded our room for free just because I asked. I thought it was a good deal for most downtown city hotels, but stay away from the hotel restaurant, the service was pathetically slow.

Great location. Oppposite Faneuil Hall and short walk to Boston Commons and Chinatown. However, the noise even though the windows were double glazed and being on the 7th floor didn't suppress the loud music that's going on. Staff could also be a bit more friendly especially during check out. Overall a pleasant stay but we would chose elsewhere consider how much we paid for the one night.

I have stayed at the Millennium several times going back to pre-2000 when it was the Bostonian. If you want to be near the central business district, North End and Quincy Market, you won't find a better location. Since my most recent stay the entire hotel has been redone with new design, furniture, fixtures, etc. it has been done extremely well with great design, quality and comfort. A few minor housekeeping omissions, but other than that, and outstanding place to stay in Boston

It was a great stay! Loved the hotel and the lady at the desk was nice enough to upgrade us so we had a view of Faneuil Hall, which was amazing! We got to see the lights from our room along with beautiful Christmas music. We love everything about the north end and this was a great location! I can't wait to go back and we will definitely stay here again!

Overall very pleased with stay however bed was very uncomfortable. Service was excellent!

This lovely hotel is very well managed, friendly and welcoming, and elegant. An ideal get away destination for exploring downtown Boston, one of the world's great cities.

As usual, my stay was excellent. The staff is very professional, courteous and friendly.
