The price was reasonable and the best thing is no charge for parking.

Hotel experience was enjoyable. Hotel bar on top floor .Great view of Georgetown from a small balcony. Took bus to Georgetown hoping to shop but most stores were too upscale and pricey for my budget. I was hoping for cool boutiques, but we still had fun in a couple of bars. I've stayed in Alexandria before and preferred the festive atmosphere to Rosslyn area. We chose this hotel for close proximity to Kennedy Center and Arlington National Cemetery

staff was very helpful, close to the metro station, not much to do though around the rosslyn area at night

In the flight path for Ronald Reagan airport. Busy street during the week. That's to be expected given the location but in addition our room backed on to the elevators and the noise from one of the - loud doesn't do it justice!

Rooms were too hot. AC did not work and I wasn't allowed to move to another room. Great gym. Close to metro station. Free parking and free breakfast wrre all good.

The hotel is very conveniently located across the bridge from Georgetown University.

Very dated, full size bed for hotel!!I don't expect that, queen size is a minimum. Parking free?? depend the time you back to the hotel, 70% spots are reserved and you can't parking, the staff speak up, but you can ask, where is the free parking? maybe they don't have free spots. Good - locate and if the waiter put you nice view for breakfast. Almost forget the fridge doing noise, back tired for hotel maybe you can sleep well.

The Holiday Inn Rosslyn at Key Bridge is in a great location. A block and a half from the metro, close to excellent eating establishments on Wilson Blvd., and right across the bridge from Georgetown. Plenty of free parking in one of the many levels of garages. Didn't spend much time in the hotel itself, but the bed was fine and the room was fairly up to date with espresso-colored furniture including an office desk and chair in the room. Free Wi-Fi, couldn't ask for much more. My family will be staying here again for our next Washington DC trip.

We Have Stayed All Over DC And This place Is One We Will Come Back To Stay gain Great Parking And Very Close To The Metro! This Made It Perfect For Getting Around With A 4 And 5 Year Old.

Did not have coffeemaker. There was no TV in the room when I got there. It was installed the next day. It was not clear where any amenities in the hotel were. The elevators were not working. However, the staff were helpful and friendly and present, the location was excellent for this trip and the parking was free.

Hotel was clean but very dated. Staff was friendly. Location was very good. Close to metro. Breakfast was good. Overall just need to update the rooms a bit. Maybe put queen size beds in rooms instead of full size.

GREAT STAY AND CONVIENENT LOCATION. JUST WALKING DISTANCE TO THE LINCOLN MEMORIAL. FREE PARKING WAS A PLUS COMPARED TO THE OTHER HOTELS. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NICE.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and pretty large (we had the king room). The extra sink outside the bathroom was a great feature. We also made use of the mini-fridge so we could have breakfast in the room each morning instead of paying for their breakfast. I'd list not having free breakfast as a drawback, but they did have free parking, so I think we can out about even there since there are few hotels in the DC area that offer free parking. The only major complaint we had was that our key cards stopped working four times during our four-night stay. First, we were told that they might have demagnetized due to something in our wallets. Then we were told they didn't know what was causing it. Finally, they told us that if you ride the Metrorail, it will demagnetize the key cards. If that's the case, then all hotels in this area should be having the same problem since almost everyone who stays in this area will take the Metro at some point, causing everyone's hotel keys to demagnetize. But, we pretty much proved this wasn't true since on the last day my husband went out, rode the Metro to Metro Center and back and his key worked just fine when he returned. Who knows? But, all in all, we were very impressed with the hotel and the location (so close to Rosslyn station) can't be beat!

Rooms are small, bathrooms smaller. Continental breakfast is tasteless and not worth the money. How can you make sausage patties tasteless? Come to the HI to find out. Location on the orange/blue Metro line 1/2 block away is priceless.

We had dinner and brunch in the hotel dining room and were very satisfied. Excellent service and good selection of entrees. Brunch was more than adequate and met the expectations of all of us.

Nice hotel...room could use some updating but overall clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet. Convenient to the Metro line...a bit of a walk to Arlington/Iwo Jima Mem but worth the hike.

Perfect for business travel, been here several times and always good. I love the balcony and the wifi works great. Fantastic location if you plan on using the Metro....

Great location, very nice staff, restaurant was great for dinner, breakfast was not good.

We were given a perhaps larger than usual room - maybe because we were staying 4 nights. Everything was fine; the room, the view were great. Everyone was very helpful.We had a free breakfast after becoming priortiy club members. Otherwise I would say the buffet was pricey but maybe not considering we were in Washington DC

I was in Washington on business and paying expenses out of my pocket. I had to see someone in D.C. and had a meeting in Arlington, so proximity to the Metro (1.5 blocks) was a key factor. The location also allowed me to walk over the Key Bridge to Georgetown when I had a few hours of free time. I hadn't stayed in a Holiday Inn for decades. It was bare bones, but clean. I used none of the hotel services. Overall, Functional

We arrived to find out that the staff had upgraded our room, due to a glitch in the reservation system. They were very helpful and accommodating. The view was great. Convenient location in Arlington. Loved the free parking...very rare in that area. Would return to this hotel for sure!

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and provided a great service. Roommwas what you would expect in a holiday inn, perfect for our needs. The location was perfect for sightseeing in Washington D.C. 10 minute walk to the metro which was convenient and efficient. We only used the swimming pool once as it was so cold in the pool area, the pool itself was warm but once you got out it was freezing. The gym area had modern equipment. Overall, it was a good hotel.

This HI was $50-$100 cheaper than fancier hotels in the neighborhood or in DC proper and for the price it was a good value. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and even feature 2 sinks (one in the bathroom, one in the entry) which makes getting ready easier for more than 1 guest. The hotel lacks little extras like in-room coffee makers or free lobby coffee. Room service is available and not too expensive- I paid $12 for a crab cake sandwich in fries ($16 with tax and delivery fee). Employees are rather unfriendly and definitely don't make an effort to make you feel welcome. Another problem with the hotel is the location- although it's very convenient to the Metro, a lot of the food establishments in the area close up on the weekends. Despite having 4 elevators, I often had to wait several minutes for an elevator, possibly because the hotel was hosting a pageant on its 2nd floor and most of the other guests were part of a senior citizen bus tour-- very slow to get on and off the elevator.

The hotel is clean, and very close to Metro system(subway), convience, but a little bit expensive.

No bell-man to help with luggage. Not very clean hallways. Excessive use of power-saving white lights which makes the interior look bad. Very clean rooms. Free wifi which was nice. Very nice receptionist. Wide verity of pillows. Great room view.

Blood-stain on the inner curtain combined with middle-of-the-night fit of noisiness from the ventilation system resulted in less comfort than usual. This hotel is normally super, and has both a very convenient location and a great, recently upgraded exercise room.

Great value and enjoyed the restaurant on location!

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. They were very professional and seemed to enjoy their jobs. We were especially impressed with Vino and Hussein in the roof top restaurant. They went above and beyond to make our dining experiences very enjoyable and memorable. We will, hopefully, visit again in the near future.

We have stayed here before, and ask for a suite. We walked into the first room and it smelled of smoke, the second the same. We had to leave the sliding doors open to air it out. The next day we were gathering our belongings and found dirty clothes and cigarette wrappers on the sides and under the bed. The bathroom door was disgusting - it looked like a dog was in there and scraped the back of it. This is a non-smoking property with no smoke abatement program and a housekeeping staff that ignores the issue. One good thing is the breakfast and restaurant staff - they are delightful and remember their returning visitors.

Well, let me start with the frowning face at the customer service. She didn't even crack a smile..I requested a king size bed, I go there, they are having constructions, but don't worry " they gave me a coupon for free coffee" so instead I get double bed. When I expressed my connivance, she simple said " oh well, we have to give you what ever we have"...I hate the word "whatever, because I am not " whatever". So anyway, I kindly took the keys and went up with my wife upstairs. I want a get away, instead I get these tiny uncomfortable beds....so we decided not to spend the night, so we left about an hour from checking in. Then I look at my account today to find extra charge "$25.00" from the hotel.....I am not happy about that, they are hustling people.

Although it was not a fancy room, the room was clean. The hallways and lobby needs a facelift, and perhaps that's way the hotel is going through a renovation. The free parking was really attractive. Overall, it was a good stay.
