Renaissance Nashville Hotel - נאשוויל

Stayed here on a short vacation to Nashville. The hotel was very average. The elevators are undergoing a renovation and could take 5-10 minutes to catch one. The room was basic. The furniture pretty beaten up. The bed was clean, all white duvet and no nasty coverlet. The bathroom was clean for the most part, the shower a little scummy. The location however was great, quick walk to the main drag in Nashville - very convenient! We moved hotel locations on the second night. Would not stay again.

I knew going in that the elevators were an issue and so I was prepared but still it could be frustrating. The bellmen and valets were excellent.

The room was clean but was a little small for the price. You are paying for the location. I believe some updating had been taking place. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Walls were paper thin, everything out of date, $250 for one night is about the going rate for downtown, but come on! The water consistency in the shower, BEWARE!

The room was small and there was a strange smell, but the girls enjoyed the hot tub and the free ice cream delivered to the room was a special touch. The staff was helpful and friendly, the hotel itself just seemed a bit tired.

I expected more considering it was a 4 star hotel. Bed creaked, carpets dirty. A lot of noise in the hall. Elevators took forever. $5.00 for a bottle of water. A drink cost less. Water should be free. Parking was outrageous. However, the staff was friendly and the food in the hotel was good. I would never stay there again.

Gorgeous hotel, great staff, beautiful king room, nice view, a wonderful stay for our 30th Anniversary.

Really neat features, such as bar in overhead crosswalk, but the rooms could use an update and the elevator in the parking garage was out of service. This really shouldn't happen and it appeared to have been out for at least a few days. Hard to bring luggage up stairs with kids in tow. Self-parking was cheap though at just $4 for the night.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bar and bar food were excellent. I was disappointed that most amenities such as internet, bottled water etc. carried a sizable premium. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great location downtown Nashville in close proximity to bars/restaurants but without the noise that can be heard in other hotels. Access to the club lounge is totally worth it.

It was nice, but breakfast was way overpriced for what it was. The food wasn't that good. Great beds.

This is in the HEART of downtown LA, which is great cause it's safe to walk around, and return back to the comforts of your room. The day I stayed here I had dinner on Broadway, walked up half a block to the Ryman Auditorium for a concert and decided to call it a night. It was all within walking distance and no hassle to call a cab! The staff here are very attentive and very nice, and was very hospitable.

desk personell was nice and helpful. saw obvious dust on table with phone in hallway near elevators on the floor we were staying (15th floor). outside windows are dirty, the windows you see out of when in elevators. otherwise, we loved being able to look out onto the city while riding the elevators. Wish the vallet was complimentary ($30.00) but, they gave EXCELLENT service. i was in and out all day and they even let me keep my vehicle with them on the curb when i needed to run in my room for only 30 mins.!! Wish there had been a coffee maker and coffee in the room to use at my own convenience. Breakfast room service was prompt and meals were good.

First of all,The front desk person said we have a view of Broadway, we get up to the room and pull back the curtains and there is a building view. You had to look way to the left to even see a peak of the Broadway. there was no fan in the bathroom, when I took a shower there was still soap and hair inside the shower curtain inside the tub. There was no coffee pot in the room. You charged me 9.00 for a bottle of water that should have been free. The next morning the maid kept knocking at the door when we had the privacy slip outside the door. I opened and told her no thanks. She finally quit but asked us when we went out if we'd like our room cleaned.

We are from the area but stayed here for a downtown event so we didn't have to drive home. Great walking distance from activities. Clean and comfortable. Had breakfast in the restaurant which was very good!

Really enjoyed our time in Nashville. The hotel and staff were very helpful and courteous. The valet parking worked very well for us. We would stay there again.

Great hotel, walking distance to the main drags and attractions.

The only down fall was a evacuation at 3 am. Someone pulled the fire alarm.

Enjoyed the stay. Easy walk to all we wanted to do, great entertainment and food.

Clean rooms, easy check-in and just a couple blocks off Broadway and Printers Row. Highly recommended. Check out time can be crowded so do so early or later.

Hotel was very nice and convenient to downtown entertainment venues which is what we were looking for. Parking for check-in was a bit tricky since they have no drive thru entrance. You have to pull head in to the curb directly off of busy Commerce St. and then, unless you valet park, you must back out into the street to go to the parking garage across the street. The reason I gave an overall rating of 3 is because they nickel and dime you to death. We could have stayed at a hotel for a 1/3 of the price and received free parking, free in room WIFI, and free breakfast, all of which were extra charges here.

I became sick at end of our stay and the hotel took me to an extended care clinic and helped above and beyond . Very nice hotel and staff .

My husband and I had a great Saturday night stay! Walking distance to Tootsies Orchid Lounge and many other great places! Parking was a little confusing of you don't use valet....that was the only remotely negative thing.

Very dissapointed in style and comfort. Rooms are very outdated and dirty. Great parking option with a covered bridge to parking garage from hotel.

Had a great time on Broadway and at concert, love downtown, room is a little pricey for us.

We stayed to be close to the bars and the Ryman and the other attractions. It was an easy walking distance. The rooms were nice, the service in the lobby was great. There is a great little bar area on the 3rd floor. Probably not a great place to stay if you are going to sit around in your room. The TV didn't get many channels, the room and bed was OK. But, overall it was a really nice place to stay in the downtown area.
