Loved the water slide!

It was horrible. The bathroom toilet kept going all night long. The staff were argumentative with me over a licence plate. A romantic getaway gone wrong...

i had a great stay. I don't like that fact that I had to pay so much for parking when it's free at other nearby hotels. On a good note, the warm cookies are nice.

My stay at the Double Tree by Hilton made exhibiting at the Ontario Association of Fire Chiefs Trade Show seamless. The location was excellent. I was also pleased that so many associates that were also attending the Conference and Trade Show were staying at the Double Tree. It made networking after the show much simpler and allowed for a relaxed atmosphere in which to do it. Already looking forward to next year!

it was a nice hotel. The rooms were clean, there was multiple entrances in case you got stuck in crazy weather. The staff were helpful especially when we were looking for the pool (not the most convenient location). It was reasonably priced. Room service was amazing it was prompt and the food was amazing and they even catered to my dietary needs. What I didn't like was it felt like it was on the runway because it is on the flight path of the planes, the parking fees are expensive, not sure if they waive those if you park and stay before your trip. The pool was in an unusual place at the back of the hotel in a back hallway and it was a long journey thru the lobby to find it, with only a few signs telling you where it is. and finally the driveway at the front doesn't take you to the parking you have to go out on the road and pull a u turn or go to the lights to turn around so you can get to the parking entrance.

Our room was just okay but we used the zen spa in the hotel and were not impressed. They broke a gold chain I had on and never said anything. They offered 15 percent off one massage.

Excellent service and lovely, clean room. I was surprised that being so close to the airport did not create undue noise during night hours.

Great hotel however we were up half the night with teenages roaming the hallway not a great sleep

Terrible. Found my room with long curly hairs in the bathtub. Was also charged an extra 50 dollars without an explanation. Hotel has really gone downhill....

We arrived with our group the night before departure to Cancun. Our room was first booked with Hotels.com for 119 per night. Once arriving, we were told we had to pay 14.00 per day for parking! Hotels.com told us that we didn't have to pay for parking and they spoke directing to Double Tree front desk to verify that Park n' Fly was included, apparently it was. Front desk told me there was nothing that they could do and we had to either cancel with Hotels.com for both nights and pay the full hotel rate! If not, we had to keep things as they were and pay 14.00 dollars per day (which would have made it 7 days of parking). The rest of our group booked with a travel agent and received a rate of 124 with parking included. So, while everyone else had their rooms and parking, we ended up having to cancel all reservations and re-book for 141 each night (2 nights). Front desk told me they would call back to try and get us a better rate since we should have stayed with the group but no one ever did. I had to call 3 times for an answer, then finally after going to front desk I booked for 141.00 each night. Then once getting our room, it was very small and full of dust and dirt. There were body hairs and sticky cup rings in the bathroom, plus the cups were dirty with lipstick marks and grime. Overall, we are not impressed.

Was disappointed. Arranged this hotel for friend visiting for business. For the price I was surprised that the rooms were outdated with peeling wallpaper and mold around tub. I would not recommend it. I've had people stay at better priced hotels in much better condition. I'm surprised Hilton would attach their name to this hotel.

Great Hotel, very cozy and quaint but the room service food left much to be desired as it was cold and they added more than was requested and charged for the extra amount as well.

We had a tremendous 1 night stay. The bright note was Terry at the Front Desk. He made all the difference to ensuring that our stay was a memorable one! The only negative is the daily parking fee.

The rooms are very nice.

Hotel was very nice, with free WiFi in rooms. Staff was pleasant although had some odd response to basic requests ("I'd like my bag out of the bag check" "You want it now" "Yeah I just checked in and would like to go to my room now" -Conversation with the clerk who checked me in just after midnight in an empty lobby) Housekeeping staff were super nice, I wasn't feeling well on my last day and the housekeeper told me that if I needed anything she would be working on the floor and to let her know if she needed anything else.

The common space in the hotel itself needed an update, and there was a hallway area that had a very bad smell for two days. My room was updated and clean.

we booked this hotel because on the website it said the pool would be reopened by the time we got there. When we got there the renovation dates were moved and the pool was closed the entire time..the website still shows the wrong dates. We would not have booked there to be honest we would have went to another hotel with a working pool.

The shuttle service to and from the airport is very good. Located on Dixon Rd., Tim Hortons and other eating places are within walking distance. There are good places to eat in the hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, the staff was professional.

it was good. i just don't like that i have to pay for parking.

The hotel was one of the better airport hotels we've stayed at. The Japanese Sushi restaurant was fantastic! But, at 3am we had to evacuate, with fire alarms blaring, for what turned out to be a false alarm. I don't know how many times this happens, but it was very annoying. Of course, I understand the need for the alarm system, but maybe a threat could be verified before waking up the entire hotel at 3am?

Was expecting the OTHER Hilton in Toronto...not this one which is right at the airport. This one was way out of the way. That being said, it was a pretty decent hotel; however, bathroom needed upgrade for sure. Pool was too small. Cookies were great. Service was very good, polite, nice. Good hotel over all for the price, needs some updates; but overall decent enough.

The water slides were awesome . The pool was large and the pool area was really clean. The Concierge who greeted us was really pleasant and helpful and friendly with the kids.

We were only staying overnight for a little get away, so the hotel suited all of our needs. The pool was great for the kids! They loved the water slides. There were plenty of restaurant choices and we got free parking. Our beds were comfy and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful. Overall our stay was great and we were very satisfied.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When we went to our first room it looked like the bathroom had not been cleaned since the last guests left. We asked for an exchange which we received. The bathroom in the second room was cleaner, but not CLEAN and the windows were filthy!!! If we had not already paid through HOTELS.COM and it was a no refund policy, we certainly WOULD NOT HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL. I booked it for the waterpark, which opened 1/2 hour after the posted rate because they were waiting on the lifeguard. When the lifeguard did finally show up, she did not even watch the children going down the slide, but was more involved in reading her book she had with her.When we made a complaint to the front desk, they were less than interested in our concerns. The second night we stayed, the noise in the hallways and the floor above us kept us up most of the night. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and am VERY concerned that it is rated "EXCELLENT" on Hotels.Com!

It was okay, but it was not explained that the parking would be a fee of $15.99. When I stayed here before the parking was included. I think for the cost of the room and failure to disclose verabaly to the customer that there would be a parking fee that the hotel should have picked up the parking fee.

wonderful hotel, staff where all friendly, meeting facilities where perfect, rooms where comfortable and quiet. Parking was confusing, get a ticket to park in the morning and in order to have in out privilages you need another reciept from the hotel...did not know this until we where tryin g to exit the parking lot with traffic behind us. room keys should be evidnece enough of a stay or more information needed at checkin. I would not let this deter us from staying there again.

Me and my sister were Friendly greeted upon our arrival and the rooms were nice and comfortable. I wish we're located a little closer to the downtown Toronto area but our overall stay was very pleasant.

It was so convenient.All the things we wanted to do were approx. 15 mins. away.And when we got back to the hotel the beds were so comfortable we fell asleep in seconds.The staff were always there to lend a helping hand from clean towels to directions.Definitely staying there again!! 5 stars.

Beautiful hotel near airport. Kids had a blast at the pool with the giant slides. Only downside is that the slides are only open from 4:30 - 8:30 p.m. every day. Great place to stay if you want to drive in to visit Toronto for a day.

I booked but did not know the hotel was near the other airport, which was a 20min drive from the airport I flew into. Nobody is at fault, but I gave up my last night to get a hotel closer to downtown Toronto, Canada where I visited.

We thought the hotel, amenities, staff and food were all wonderful. My only comment would be to fix the carpet in our room as it was ravelly on the seam and someone might trip on it. Also, please tell your cleaning crew to make sure the mattress is fully on the frame when they make the beds because i banged my shin pretty good on the post sticking out from under the skirt because the mattress was pushed over. I fixed it fine. We did enjoy the hotel though, it was lovely -- lots to see and do and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Thanks! We will come again.

Comfortable, spacious, great high speed internet for conducting business out of office (others advertise but don't deliver)

The restaurant's food is bad and very expensive but good service!

Hotel staff were wonderful. Very close to major highways. Two suggestions: make-up mirror in the bathroom, and the shower head in room 1048 was facing the wall and was permanently installed this way, therefore difficult to take a good shower. Really liked this hotel!

Great location for final day near airport. An excellent family pool with two slides which kept our family (2 boys, 6 and 2) very entertained. Woodbine racecourse, shopping plaza and play wonderland only 12 dollar cab ride in same location. Restaurants across road. Very good shuttle service, every 30 mins and just 8 mins to terminal 3.
