The room they gave us for 2 adults and 2 kids was outstanding because it was adjoining and had two of everything. One of kids is 17 so very much needed 2 bathrooms. A lot of space , little kitchenettes. The people at front desk were helpful. The only thing was when we were out for the day and returned, the beds were made and some things we had on bed were missing. We asked to see if they were mixed in with their laundry. The guy came to our room and said no one was in our room. That was impossible cause our beds were made, and my son said it was same sheets. So, it appeared they changed beds, but whoever was in there made the beds neat, that's it. I was concerned about any money or valuables in my room, wasn't too sure how much I could trust the workers. We eventually found one of the items. One was a little stuffed toy, the other a white t-shirt. No big deal. Just concerned about valuables.

Great hotel within walking distance of the Saint-Georges metro stop. Easy to get to Paris, around 45-60 min ride depending on your route. Very nice quiet hotel with covered secured parking.

The hotel is a good affordable alternative for a Disneyland visitor. Just a short walk to the RER station then 2 stops to the main gate. Hotel offers pizza delivery...if you know to ask

After check-in, we had some issues with the room access card opening the automatic garage door to park our car. Fortunately, the manager quickly resolved the issue and even provided an adjoining room because there was only 1 bed in the room we were originally provided for 4 people. The rooms have an electric burner installed but the circuit breakers are turned off for the safety of the guest's children. The Manager offered to provide us a microwave but decided to turn the burner back on after he had seen that we had brought our own cookware to prepare our meals in the room and take it with us when we went out to explore each day and we didn't have any small children. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the train station, 30 minute train ride from the Paris City Center, the hotel has secure parking in the underground parking area at no additional cost and the hotel was 10 minutes from the expressway which when we arrived had very little traffic, unlike Paris itself. We would stay here again and it is close to Disney Park and an outlet mall within 10-20 minutes.

This hotel was lovely. It's in an ideal location if your planning on visiting Disney as the tube station is only a 2 minet walk away. The rooms were lovely and big and very clean. The only thing that stops me giving it 5/5 is that the power keep going of and when we said about it down in reception, they did nothing about it. Lucky, we were only there for 2 nights so it didn't make much difference to us. Apart from that, it was brillant value for money, nice and quiet, and we could not have wished for a better location. The staff spoke very good English, and the hotel had excellent facilities.

We booked a family room and they were very kind in upgrading us to 2 rooms with a door between them joining them together. The staff were friendly and helpful but very keen to sell us breakfast which seemed expensive . ( The last place we went to was a lot cheaper, but maybe this one was more expensive because it was near Paris). They no longer provide tea and coffee in the rooms so we had to go out and buy our own. The beds were very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep although the heating was on a bit too high and the thermostat on the wall didn't seem to adjust it.

The hotel was a perfect base for us as we were visiting disney amd paris. We are a family of four and were expecting a quadrouple room which should have Meant a double bed and a sofa bed, instead we got 2 rooms with adjoining door....for about £53!!!. Bargain!! The hotel was looking a little dated but was clean and tidy. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the RER so perfect for getting to disney (10mins) or paris (35 mins to central paris). We did not eat there as they have a fridge, and hob... so we took are own stuff. Please note, if you are driving there, make sure you park outside the front of the hotel and check in before you attempt to park in the underground parking as you need a pass...and reversing round a right corner is not easy if you forget this!

Quality - Price - Class very good- basically for the price and its quality it is/was a very good hotel. Our family had plenty of room in a clean environment - and no noise. Breakfast could be better but compared to French standard not too bad.

We stayed in the hotel as it was close to Disney, only 10 minutes on the train. The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the train station once we figured out the easiest way, you get what you pay for, the hotel was very simple, but all we really wanted was a bed and a place to wash etc. The bathroom wasnt clean, and the heating system didnt work and it was a very cold room. A hob and microwave were provided, however no cutlery or pans were in the room. Also only one pillow per bed was provided. Again you get what you pay for and if you want a close hotel to disney that is cheap then i would reccomend this hotel. If you want a bit more comfort then I wouldnt stay here.

Hotel was decent, I think it was recently taken over by new ownership as they were still in the process of covering up the old name of the hotel in various places. Carpets in room were not the cleanest, there were numerous cigarette burns outside of the bathroom door. There was a small kitchenette in our room with a fridge which was useful for keeping beverages cool. The walk to the train station is less than 10 min. Two stops east and your in Disney, about 30 min. trip to Paris city center.

Terrible customer service. While I was sitting there in the lobby, several guests had problems with the receptionist, and I noticed she was acting very irresponsibly.

Although on the whole a pleasent stay, I was disappointed on the cleanliness of the carpets and bed throws. Also thought the price of breakfast somewhat steep and should've been in the the price of the stay. I have one main complaint, and that in when myself and husband went out on a days trip we made sure the windows were shut for security. On our return, we saw that the maid had come in as requested but had left the window to our room wide open! Therefore making our room not secure for the entire day til we returned after 10pm! After this, we decided against the room to be made up while we were out incase the same thing happened!

For the one night I needed to stay, it met my needs.

The hotel was fine but no cutlery was provided in the room. So I asked for some and was given the basics. Not a lot of shops round in the area but overall I would recommed this hotel.

Good location for Disney, a few minutes walk to the station and only 2 stops by train and your there. Room was clean and in good order but let down by the Staff in my opinion, make sure you pick up Milk, Coffee etc. before arriving as we had to go without as none of this is included and the shops nearby were closed. For the price and the location it is what it needs to be and only let down by the Staff who were not entirely helpful and we felt like intruders.

Just two stops on the train from Disney and a 10 minute walk from the station. The rooms were large and clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A few restaurants nearby not sure what else. My daughter and I found it perfect for an easy stop over after a busy day at Disneyland Paris then hopped on the train again to go into Paris. Probably wouldn't stay more than a couple of days but suited us perfectly.

Not a best hotel out there but hey you get what you pay for. Only a stop away from Disney land and 40min away from Paris city centre. Very convenient if you are visiting the disney land. I would visit them again in future n would recommend them to family and friends too.

The hotel was unclean, a lot of things were broken, including parts of the elevator buttons, the toilet and bathroom in our room, and the walls in the hallways. Things were stained, carpets not cleaned, and the room we were promised had not even been cleaned, so we had to ask for another. Not cool. Otherwise, it had all the basics, and was not too long a drive from Disneyland, which helped us.

I cant complain, Disney world was close, just one train stop away. But going to Paris takes 20 mins on the train and costs 5 euros. Going to airport is possible on public transport but takes long and requires changing to metro etc, and taxis from this place are expensive. Very nice neighborhood though :)

We stayed here a couple of nights. The toilet didn't flush. We tried to tell the lady at the front desk, but she didn't understand us and eventually told us that the mgr would be in in the morning (because it was very late at night). We gave up and spent two days flushing the toilet old style, with lots of water from the sink. The room was the biggest I've seen in and around the Paris area. It had two single sofa beds for each of the kids, so that was nice. The double bed was a little lumpy, but big enough. It had a parking garage. The area was nice, but next time, I'd rather stay closer to Paris.

This was a great hotel. Very close to subway and only two stops from Disney. Heading into Paris took about 1/2 an hour and didn't require changing trains. The staff at the hotel were great and were always available to help out. I am planning to stay there again in the future.

Er lived at the hotel for 2 nights, forstyrre Day er arrived at 14,30 but our room was not ready yet ;-( er had to wait another Half hour even though this site says that the rooms are ready at 13,00. We finaly got our room and it was a nice big room, but the stopper in the bathtub was missing i told it to the reception but they didnt dó anything, so when our 3 year old kid wanted to go in the bathtub er had to fix with some cloth and plastic. Now to the cleaning, the first day everything was fine the second was not good enough they didnt empty the trash can or cleaned the cup i left in the sink and they did not refill our instant coffe bar either. This kinda service i would expect from a 1 or perhaps 2 stars hotel but NOT from one with 4 stars. Now too the hotels resturante we desidet to eat dinner there and breakfest the next day, the waiter at dinner was very arogant and it felt like we were a bother All the time this i would expect at mc donalds not here. We went down to breakfest around 9 oclock just to find that All the tables were filled with dirty Things so to be able to eat breakfest we had to clean our table first thats very annoying. When i chose to pay ekstra for the a hotel room i expect to get a better service and that i really didnt get here.

Hôtel vieillissant mais calme et pratique, non loin du RER A. Personnel très sympathique.

moyen pas d'eau chaude le soir et television qui ne marche !!!!!

pas de micro ondes dans la chambre, pas d'ustensiles de cuisine si on ne demande pas (et quand on demande on obtient le minimum), les plaques chauffantesétaient hors service ... à quoi bon équiper les chambres d'une kitchenette ???

Den sämre servicen kompenserades med bättre rum. Hotellet låg väldigt nära RER (Tågbanan) som desutom tar dig till disneyland på 7 minuter och bara 1 station från ett stort köpcenter för den shoppingsugna (disneyland ligger 2 stationer ifrån). Överlag är jag nöjd med vistelsen på hotellet, men servicen kunde varit bättre i och med den dåliga engelskan som personalen hade och att dom inte var serviceinriktad (lyckades iallafall köpa vatten i lobbyn).

Cet hôtel est bien, mais il aurait peut être besoin d'un rafraîchissement (les moquettes sont tâchées). Dans la salle de bains, la propreté n'était pas impeccable !

Nous sommes venus à trois et chambre adaptée sauf au niveau des serviettes de toilettes pas assez et non changées le lendemain (nous sommes restés 2 nuits). Prevoir ses produits de toilettes car il n y a qui mini savon. Sinon tout le reste est parfait. A deux arrets de rer de disney.

Chambre propre, lit double confortable, salle de bain spacieuse mais pas assez aérée.

Check In: ab 14 Uhr Check Out: bis 12 Uhr 3 Etagen 120 Zimmer Tiefgarage Freies WLan Tiefgarage war belegt. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es am Hotel. Das Hotel hat seine beste Zeit hinter sich hat. Natürlich sind die Teppiche in diesem Hotel nicht mehr so farbenprächtig, wie es früher einmal war. Grundsätzlich schien das Hotel aber sauber zu sein. Sicherlich muss man hier einige Abstriche hinnehmen. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. TV, Fön, Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank, Kochplatten und Telefon waren vorhanden. Besteck, Teller und Tassen gab es nicht. Dieses hatten wir aber vorsorglich selbst mitgebracht. Das Zimmer wurde nur zur Hälfte gereinigt. Die Betten wurden gemacht, der Mülleimer im Wohnraum wurde geleert, aber der Mülleimer im Bad blieb voll. Wir reklamierten ein fehlendes kleines Handtuch und einen defekten Türknauf. Bis zu unserer Abfahrt wurden die Mängel nicht abgestellt. Unser Frühstück nahmen wir in einer nahen Bäckerei am Bahnhof / Metro-Station (500 m Fußweg) ein. Hier bekamen wir für wenig Geld alles, was wir für unseren Frühstücksbdarf brauchten. Fahrtzeit mit der RER nach Paris-Mitte beträgt 35 Min., nach Disney-Land knapp 10 Min. (RER oder Auto). Paris Visite Card f- 2 Pers./2Tage ca. 65 €. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert, wenn man eine preiswerte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht und nicht den Schwerpunkt auf Service und TOP-Ausstattung legt. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig.

Если хотите сэкономить, приезжая в Диснейленд (2 остановки на RER) и в аутлет (1 остановка) - вам сюда. 5 минут до станции. Тихо, мило, спокойно. За свою цену даже уютно. Можно даже и в сам Париж отсюда ездить (40 минут). Единственная проблема - ужасные замки в дверях, открывали их карточками как минимум по 10 минут каждый раз, почти всегда приходилось звать на помощь портье.

Après réservation pour 2 adulte et un enfant, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le lit pliant enfant était présent, mais sans draps ni couvertures. La réceptionniste (merci charmante Mylène) a du se débrouiller pour nous fournir le nécessaire. Chambre correcte correspondant au descriptif. Prévoyez cependant comme nous d'amener vos couverts & matériel de cuisine !! Seul problème récurrent : le manque aléatoire d'eau bien chaude. Parking privé en sous-sol accessible avec la carte de chambre : bien pratique. Aucune autre nuisance. Une note globale de 3/5 me parait une bonne cotation.

bon emplacement, personnel pas top problème de clim car chambres chauffées par le sol. Il y avait une panne et le sol était brulant, ne sont pas venu réparer!!! deux nuits sans dormir car chaleur insoutenable. Je suis une ancienne gouvernante de Mercure et au pire dans ce cas, nous aurions changé de chambre les clients!!! Pas tres bon souvenir; Ne reprendrais plus cet hotel!!!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, nur das Thermustat des Zimmers war leider defekt, sodass eine feucht warme hitze im Zimmer war. Der restliche Aufenthalt war super bis darauf das die Dusche ab und zu nur kaltes Wasser zum duschen hatte.

-Evacuation des WC non fonctionnelle. -Eau tiède limite froide. -Couverts à disposition sales. -Déchets sous le lit à notre arrivée. Le personnel ne propose pas de solutions... Passez votre chemin c'est mieux. Dommage compte tenu de la bonne situation de cet hôtel (RER, Dysneland etc...)

lit moyen, pas d'eau chaude à notre arrivé nous avons attendu plusieurs heure pour avoir de l'eau chaude, propreté moyen poussière sur les rebord de la tête de lit, moquette avec odeur de poussieère , il manquait des serviettes de toilette que nous avons demandé , edt il manquait la bouilloire et sachet de thé il fallait la demandé à notre arrivé mais personne nous l'avais dis .si non personnelle agréable, mais il faut rénové cette établissement. hotel calme, Perso je ne reviendrais pas.
