Copley Square Hotel - בוסטון

We loved this small hotel tucked inside the Copley Square neighborhood. Will look forward to staying there again. Great people. Great comfort. Fabulous little details that make it unique.

Amazing and knowledgeable staff! Room was immaculate. Within walking distant to everything!

My husband and I have visited dozens of hotels in Boston due to medical appointments in the city. Of them all, this is our favorite. You can't beat the location- so close to Copley Square and the Prudential Center. The staff is top notch, hotel always clean, and the decor is beautiful. Beds are comfortable (although, the Omni Parker House wins the award for best beds), all fixtures updated, prompt valet parking, and always a fresh cucumber-y scent when you walk in.

Service was excellent. Check-in occurs at a podium in the small lobby and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Bellhop service was not required but a bellman was stationed at the entrance in any case. A lift is available for the handicapped. The room was somewhat narrow but clean and tastefully appointed. The bed was firm and comfortable. There was a narrow space between the foot of the bed and the desk but easily negotiable. The bathroom was small and the biggest problem was the bathroom door which is too large for the room. I had to squeeze around it to be able to get in the bathroom and close the door, A pocket door would be better. Shampoo, soaps, towels were all good quality and the bathroom, shower/bath and water glasses were clean. Newspaper every day at the door. A small exercise room is available. Shaw's supermarket across the street. Near Boylston St and the Marathon site. Close to the T and the Marriott and Westin are essentially across the street. Would definitely stay there again, might ask for a different room if I was traveling with my wife.

I was there for a week, which is a long time to get to know a hotel. The staff was very friendly, the accommodations were nice and my room was very quiet. The room I had was small but I realize Boston is expensive. And I didn't feel cramped even thought the space was small because it was an efficient layout. The free AM coffee, midday hot chocolate, and evening wine are definite perks! And one morning when I was obviously exhausted at 4am with no coffee brewed yet, a nice gentleman made me a cup and refused a tip! The gym is small but not busy so you can get your exersice in.

The service at Copley was great..! They make sure I am being help and makes things easier for me.. The staff are friendly and helpful.. Also, the hotel is close to prudential center. I would definetly stay here again..

We upgraded to the delux king size room which was amazing. Our other friends were in the queen rooms which were a bit small. However, the have housekeeping twice a day and the staff is amazing with any need that you might need.

Room was quite small , same goes for the bathroom. Bed could have been more comfortable and it was very noisy. So for the money , next time we'll stay elsewhere.

I was very pleased with my stay. The room was clean and comfortable.The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend the Copley Square Hotel, especially for the business traveller on a budget.

Overall this was a great hotel to stay at. The service, location and cleanliness were everything one could ask for. The only drawbacks were a small room and a view out of a small window onto an emergency fire escape. All else was superb!!

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and polite. Customer service Excellent, rooms and renovations outstanding - the wine down social - awesome touch. Great fitness center for this type of hotel also. My only comment that isn't glowing is the service level of the wait staff at dinner and at breakfast. This is an area for improvement. From not having Tanquaray- or any gin available seemed odd -to server complaints about management, to in attentiveness at a business breakfast. Easy things to fix- All in all I would go back and recommend to friends and associates.

Overall it was satisfactory, but there were a few things that make it so I would not return to the hotel. I would prefer to stay at the Marriot or Westin. (1) the bathroom is rather dark (2) the sink area was small and you have to put all your toiletries on a small table (3) there are not enough accessible outlets.(4) workout room is so so with the aerobic equipment kind of jammed in a corner Pros: 1. free wifi at a good speed 2. elevators were fast 3. room service was quick. The location is good and your a quick walk to the restaurants on Boyleston. Supermarket next door is also useful.

This hotel was conveniently located to shopping and great restaurants. I would stay here again.

Overall, I liked this hotel. Excellent location for Newbury & Boylston Streets, Prudential Ctr and Copley Square. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was an average size and nicely decorated. My only gripe is when I got in bed and found a dirty bottom sheet and pillow case with what looked like food stains, like maybe chocolate. I didn't use that pillow and slept on top of the cover sheet. The bathroom had a shower only with no tub, which was fine for me. Bathroom a bit small. Despite the bed issue, I would stay here again, but will check sheets first before it's too late at night.

Loved the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not find out about the renovation work until I was awoken at 7 am (after returning at 2 am) by the sounds of hammering and large chunks of something getting thrown into the dumpsters.

Gorgeous hotel with a boutique/cool feel to it. Next to shopping, Copley Square, BPL, etc. No need for a car

They did a terrific job when a once in a century snowstorm hit. Great staff very accommodating, offered additional discount for extended stay. Will make this one of my regulars

Such a nice quaint hotel. Everything was amazing except the night staff at the Mini Bar. They were immature and completely uninterested in looking or acting professional. My wife and I wanted a nice cocktail after dinner and a show. My drink was made horribly with no acknowledgement to the fact after I asked for a new one. My hotel service and overall rating would have been 5's if not for our bad experience at the Mini Bar.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days between Christmas and New Year's. The staff was amazing and very friendly, the room was spacious and well mantained. The one minus was that no breakfast was included in the room and the breakfast prices in the restaurant were quite high. Overall, however, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place.

overall a great boutique hotel,friendly staff,great location. Have stayed there before and liked it better, this time room not only tiny but very akward in layout.

The Copley Square Hotel was perfect for a three night stay for my mom and I neither of which have ever been to Boston. The staff was always available, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room had comfortable beds and it was dark and quiet enough for us to sleep in! The location is great, it's close to Newbery street which has lots of restaurants and shops. The subway station is around the corner as well. I would recommend this hotel to friends and would stay here again.

I've been there twice with my family ...and I will be back whenever I will go to Boston again.Great location! Cozy and clean rooms! Nice and friendly staffs.Nice hotel for families and single people.

Decent enough hotel, perhaps a little over-priced. Older building with good looking rehab, but my room had very old widows and it got cold overnight.

Wonderful boutique hotel int the perfect Boston/Back Bay location. The Staff was very accommodating ( the young man behind the desk even personally made a cappuccino for me after the restaurant had closed.!! ) The beds and linens were lovely and the evening wine tastings an extra plus. I will definitely return again !

I had a series of meetings next door at the Copley Westin; The room was clean, comfortable, and service was excellent; The hotel staff went out of their way to welcome you in at every return to the hotel as if they knew you personally.

Despite booking wrong hotel and having different expectations the service was great bathe staff friendly and accommodating. Jude went out of his way to make our stay lovely. A lower rating on the arrive as ingot stuck in the cities oldest elevator for 5 min and the shower faucet was a little stiff. But overall a 4 out of 5.
