The renovations are great and the rooms are huge, clean and worth every penny. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful, if slightly dated, architecturally speaking, hotel. Entering the massive lobby and ascending the glass-enclosed elevators is a pleasant but rather long journey to your room. Every convenience you'd expect, nicely updated and lots of room. VERY comfy pillow-top type beds, loads of pillows. Friendly staff...the only complaint was the desk clerk Dellie, who was very friendly and seemingly competent, told us reakfast would be served "from 6am tomorrow morning" (we checked in Friday evening). The next morning, Saturday, no breakfast available until after 7am. Having to catch an early flight, we did without. Not even coffee or tea. We had booked the breakfast-included rate. A rather unhappy checkout, simply due to a staff member thinking it was a weekday, a simple mistake. Otherwise I'd rate it higher.

What a fantastic place to stay. Staff was great and room was super clean and large. We ate breakfast there once and it was very good. Will stay here again without a doubt.

The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were excellent. My children enjoyed the indoor salt-water pool and my wife loved the gym and spa. Located near great shopping and entertainment venues.

Exceeded our expectations!!!!!!

This is a beautiful hotel! My only complaint is that there was a few hairs in the shower. Other than that, the location was excellent, the service was amazing, everyone was friendly, and the entire place was gorgeous! My kids (5 and 9) thought it was the fanciest place on the world. Lol

If you think you can check into your room on time, this isn't the place for you. The front desk staff were incredibly unfriendly and ineffectual, I had to call in to get results.....Check in time was 3:00, we got our room at 4:15 and had to rush to make it to our event at 4:30.

Wife and I stayed here overnight after a performance at the Cobb Energy Center. Very convenient, very close! If you're attending a convention, it's attached so you're good. The hotel lobby is the most impressive thing about the hotel. You can basically see everything, including the floors from the inside. Beautifully decorated and modern. Bar is there, coffee, restaurant... but by the time we got there at 11:30 it was all closed so they aren't like bars on the street. The room wasn't very impressive. It was like stepping back in time about 10 years. We stayed in room 327 on the third floor, and it was small, had a handicapped shower, and the decor was outdated. They are renovating the floors above. I don't know if they are moving from the top down, but they should. BUT, the bed was super comfortable, the tv is big (even though LG's suck) and I paid for breakfast with our stay which was an awesome deal. Would have come to forty bucks without it! Breakfast was tasty buffet with excellent service (Aquasia you are The Man! Sorry if I got your name wrong!), and really sold us on going back... with a stay on a higher floor. ;~)

The location is excellent. However, the hotel is outdated and the room carpet is dirty. They are remodeling it.

Perfect for an overnight spa/romantic getaway for Valentines Day. Spa on hotel property is very nice. Staff was very accommodating in helping to have flowers delivered to the room in advance of our arrival. On site bar/lounge is very nice. Easy walk (mostly inside) to shopping and numerous restaurants. Took advantage of the breakfast included rate for an additional $10. Great value! Breakfast buffet was very nice - very good and included omelets made to order. Would definitely return!

A nice hotel, but not worth the high price. For the price I would expect double sinks and a separate tub & shower.

Will stay again next time in town

I arrived late so there was no valet to park our car. The worst thing was the loud noise from remodeling. It began early in the morning and interrupted our sleep. It made it impossible to enjoy the experience.

THE STAY WAS GREAT, 5 STAR ALL THE WAY FROM BEING SHUTTLED ABOUT IN A BLK SUV, TO AND FROM THE MALL, WHICH MIND YOU WERE IN WALKING DIST, EVERYONE WAS SO NICE I WAS SHOWERED WITH HAPPY BIRHTDAY WISHES FROM THE STAFF, WHEN EVER I VIST ATLANTA THIS WILL BE WHERE I STAY LOOKING FOWARD TO SPENDING MY NEXT BIRTHDAY HERE. LOVE YOU GUYS, CHARLES THE DRIVER THAT TOOK US TO THE MALL WAS A DOLL.

We really enjoyed the room. It was even better than I expected. Very roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and also larger than I expected. Very friendly staff.

My family and I stayed there for 2 nights and had the continental breakfast that the hotel provided. My family and I choose to eat at the buffet and the breakfast tasted very good. I must admit I was suprisingly pleased. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean but outdated. But the overall stay was nice.

We had a hard time getting the temperature in the room comfortable, but heavy comforter and blankets kept us warm if it was too cold. Recommend getting the breakfast package. For $10 you really can't beat it. A little far from the airport, but worth the 30 minute drive to be in such a nice hotel.

Everything was good, No complaints

It Was Great totally enjoyed our stay and I will stay again soon.

This place is ritzy! I attended a 2 day conference in the attached convention center. Hundreds of us spent about 3 days in this hotel with a few taking a quick trip to the mall which is a 7minute walk across the pedestrian bridge. Our event will be there again next year and I can't wait!

Great Stay very comfortable. Will return and recommend to others

It was in a great area with lots of shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the interstate and other main roads in the area. Rooms were clean and the hotel staff were excellent.

Called to confirm reservation and receptionist was rude so I almost cancelled my reservation but glad I didn't. Leilani was very pleasant. Breakfast was great but still waiting to see if I was charged for breakfast even though it was included in my reservation. Hotels.com representative was extremely helpful and was the reason for not cancelling my reservation.

Stayed at the Waverly for one night to attend a concert at Chastain Park. The Hotel is a short walk to the Cumberland mall and good a few chain restaurants. Really easy to access from 285. Skipped out on breakfast as it was not included in my hotel.com rate. Wi-fi charge was $14 for 24hr only negative but as we were barely in the room but to sleep it wasn't an issue really. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom are a bit dated but manageable.

My wife an i enjoyed our stay at the hotel because the atmosphere was great, the courtesy of each and every employee was outstanding, and the breakfast was awesome.

Came to stay for one night. Chose this place because it was a few miles from downtown, but still close too. I came to watch the Tennessee-NC State game at the Georgia Dome. Tennessee's team stayed here also. Room was great. Very comfy beds. I lost my sunglasses in the restaraunt and they were turned in. I have them now. Can ride to the dome was 33-37 dollars. I didn't care to pay it because traffic was horrible. Next time I'm in Atlanta, I'll be staying here.

While the room was nice and clean, there was an issue with kids running up and down the hallways late into the night. A little more oversight by the hotel would have made a nice stay, great.

Expensive and inconvenient. Food court nice but overpriced.
