Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel - ברקלי

Very nice stay. Rooms were nice. Found out when we were leaving that they were going to start room remodel. The lobby area was beautiful and very modern. Staff extremely helpful. Would stay again!

Stayed on the night of 2 high school proms. Did not sleep atall! And, our phone on our rom didn't work, so we had top walk down to the lobby at 1 am in my pajamas!

I thought the hotel was esquisite, but I think the ceiling in the bathroom could have some attention taken because the steam from the shower has started making the ceiling look like mold is trying to form. Other than that I think the hotel's decor is beautiful, relaxing, and top notch. I will definitely stay there again. I look forward to my next stay already. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist the guests. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. Hotels.com was where I purchased the room and the rate was great for my pockets.

Very nice stay

stay was good. the onlycomplaints were: 1. we asked for additional towels and never received them. 2. we has a king room for 3 adults and no sofa bed in room after we had been told by Hotel.com, the room could sleep 3 adults.

I reserved and paid for my room of time and still was stuck with a room size that I didn't request. The hotel was very nice, but I don't understand why I had to wait for my room as long as I did? If that was the case, I should have paid for the room on the day of my stay.

Excellent stay. Very good service, clean well appointed rooms. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Shuttle service to/from the airport was quick. All in all an excellent value for the money.

Very nice hotel with an exceptional room. The kitchen and room service were excellent. The price was a discount for the amenities and the quality of the room and the hotel.

It was a great stop, friendly staff - fun atmosphere and Gym was one of the best Ive had on the road.

the room was small the bathroom was dirty with mold in the tiles and food on the walls even the dryer vent had dirt and dust on it not the experience you expect from a 4 star hotel

I had to wait for 15 minutes to check-in. We, the family of 3, got a room without a closet. I asked to switch, and had to wait yet again - all of this at 1 in the morning. The second room had a sickening sweet smell, but we were too tired to care. During the stay, tea and cups were not replenished. I had to call twice, 4 hours apart, to get it. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable, but it should not take 5 hours to get 2 tea bags (which should have been in the room to start with).

The hotel was very nice, however I think that wi-fi should be free, and that a refrigerator should be in every rooml, also I was told that a microwave was on every floor, I walked the entire floor and didn't find one, and last when I went to check out the clerk said that I owed $10.00 for parking, shouldn't that be include. It was anice one time visit but I will some other place to stay next time.

The kids and I had a great time. Love the new look of the hotal. its been a while since I have stayed there.. I only had one issue. I called for room service to get a blanket for my daughter and never received it. after calling two times. The breakfast was great aswell... We will be back again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Was hit with a $10 parking fee per day that we where not told about until we checked in. Pool was very small and very busy(didn't use) because of this. Very limited menu and server was Horrible. Food ok when we got it. Elevators very slow. There was a Hustler adult store right across the street from entrance of Hotel, explain that to a 15 year old.

Had a good time while there everyone was nice... Only thing was everytime we came back to park no one was there to park the car... Other then that it was a great stay...

Everything was great. I do wish you had a small refrig in the room.

I saw a housekeeper cleaning the room next to mine. She was vacuuming the chair with the cushion off, then did the cushion, then vacuumed the bed with linens off. Very impressed with how clean and the staff were great! Will come here again!

Nice hotel real close to the airport. The shuttle made rounds every 10 min even at 4:30am. Food late night at bar was good. Room fine. Desk was really friendly and fast.

Good lacation. It was very busy the weekend I was there. There is a $ 10 parking fee per night that no one will tell you until you check in. The Heat fan is loud with no option to have it off ulness you turn the heat/AC off. The foor carpert is old and dirty with the fan on , you might not be comfortable especialy f you have alllergies. it is a big hotel and very busy . The lounge area was packed . Breakfast not included an $ 18 charge for it . Overal in my view, good for laocation only!

For an airport hotel its in a great spot, majority of rooms are just the right size, and the staff is very friendly. My major complaint is that they don't know where their operations are failing, they knew nothing about the construction going on in the room above mine, or that the air heating/ cooling was out in my room. I was only staying for 2 days, and didn't see some of the broken amenities until 1/2 through. Now some of my business associates staying on lower floors, had great rooms, everything done to perfection for them. I believe this could be a 4 star hotel if they were on their game, the weekend I stayed they were not.

Outstanding fitness center, average pool, service was good, bathroom tub was dirty, huge stain in room carpet, no refrigerator in room (which was a surprise), bed and pillow were super comfortable. I do not think I will go back, unless I need to catch a flight the next day.

Very very nice! Great service through and through. Great food at Noah's. Overall wonderful stay. Front desk people very polite and professional.

Love the atmosphere...the accommodations were wonderful...LOVED THE PRICE TOO...need more days there for that great price.

We were told that the room would have a pull out couch. It did not so we asked for extra blankets for a child to sleep on the floor. They never brought the blankets or the extra towels we requested. We have the feeling they treated us poorly because we booked online and were not high paying customers!? The bathroom smelled of smoke although it was a nonsmoking room.

The 24hr airport shuttle service was perfect. I ordered a sandwich in the evening to be delivered to the room, tasty and fresh (turkey bacon artichoke). I will say the wake up call involved the most obnoxious phone I've ever heard but clearly it worked. I would use this hotel again.

Beautifully appointed, modern and clean. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. On-site restaurant food was fresh and delicious. Will definitely be returning!

The lounge and lobby area were beautiful. They used beautiful colors and comfortable furniture. The no so bar food was yummy and the drinks were perfect. I feel right to sleep in the bed. We well definately be going back in the future.

Room was very nice and clean. Amenities were very nice for our one night stay. The front desk workers were very friendly.

We stayed in one of the large executive rooms on the 11th floor. It was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel itself has perhaps the most eclectic decor of any hotel I've ever seen. The lobby/bar/restaurant is a kind of Moroccan/early modern fusion that is visually disconcerting at first, but is whimsically entertaining after the initial shock. Don't be put off by that, It's a fine place to stay. The rate was 2-star for a 3-star stay.

Overall it was ok. I was very disappointed with the whirlpool. The water was only Luke warm and there were no circulation of water no way to relax

I enjoyed the stay... Got off on a bad foot though. Lady at the front desk maybe said 20 words to me. Didn't inform us of check out time, or even location of elevators... Made me feel like I was interupting her... Other than that, was a good stay. Fairly quiet rooms and comfortable beds.

The condition of some of the hotel rooms clearly indicated that a transition was in program from a Sheraton property to a Renaissance property. Our room was in need or many repairs. The wall paint was peeling a tremendous amount, the bathroom had holes in the ceiling of the shower cracks with mildew in the tile and the faucet hotels required attention and did not completely control the water and holes in the room.
