מלון טוב ובסיסי עם מסעדה. האוכל טוב אך יקר. המיטה, לטעמי הרבה יותר מידי קשה.

צוות נחמד והחדרים היו בסדר. המיקום לא הכי טוב- לא הרגשתי בטוחה בדרכי מהמלון למטרו.

מלון נהדר במסורת צרפתית במיטבה. אולם הוא ממוקם באזור גרוע של אתונה. תחנת המטרו במרחק הליכה של פחות מעשר דקות עושה שההגעה לכל מקום תהיה קלה ונוחה. הצוות היה מאוד אדיב ויעיל וארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת ואיכותית באופן יוצא מן הכלל. המסעדה על הטרסה גם היא הייתה אטרקציה כשלעצמה עם נוף לפרטנון, לגבעת Lycabbetus וכו'

מלון הומה מאוד וידידותי למשפחות. אם אתם מחפשים מלון קטן עם אוירה מקומית - זו לא הבחירה שתתאים לכם. תמורה טובה מאוד לכספכם אם מזמינים דרך האינטנט. צוות ידידותי מאוד, מועיל וסבלני.

מלון מעולה עם נוף של האקרופוליס מהגג. הצוות דיבר אנגלית והיה מועיל מאוד. החדרים מאוד נקיים ונוחים. בריכה מצויינת ובר על הגג. הסביבה, לעומת זאת, נראתה מוזנחת.

מלון נקי וייצוגי עם בריכה ובר נחמדים על גג, נוף משגע לאקרופוליס וחדר כושר מצוייד היטב. החדר שלנו היה מטופל היטב ונקי. הצוות היה מאוד ידידותי ומועיל. התיאור הכי טוב של האזור מסביב הוא כיעור מכוסה גראפיטי על כמעט כל סנטימטר של קיר. הייתי ממליצה לא לשכור מונית מאחד הנהגים שמסתובבים בכניסה, הייתה לנו נסיעה מאוד לא נעימה עם אחד מהם, עד שהצוות נאלץ לקרוא למשטרה. מהקבלה יזמינו לכם מונית בטוחה. הייתי ממליצה על המלון רק במידה שלא תהיו מעוניינים לצאת לרחוב.

ממוקם בלב אזור אלים, יציאה אחרי החשיכה לא מומלצת. גראפיטי בכל מקום. לא נחמד. המזון ממוצע, הבריכה קטנה ורדודה, חצי מטר עומק בקצה. הנוף מן הגג לא משהו מיוחד, במסעדה על הגג האוכל לא משתווה אפילו עם אוכל שקונים מ 'גזלן'. כדאי יותר להוציא כסף על מלון 5 כוכבים. עבור מעט יותר כסף תוכל לקבל הרבה יותר ולהיות במקום בטוח יותר!

המלון היה נקי והצוות כולו היה ידידותי ומועיל. הגלישה בחינם באינטרנט האלחוטי גם היא הייתה טובה למרות שהתאפשרה רק בלובי. כפי שכתבו אחרים השכונה בסביבה קצת מוזנחת אבל לא נראית בלתי בטוחה. גישה קלה לרכבת ולמטרו . התלונות העיקריות שלי כלפי המלון הן נוחות החדרים ומחירי המסעדה והבר. מיזוג האויר בחדרים מאוד חלש ונוחות המיטות לא משהו. הכריות הן הגרועות שאי פעם היו לנו. לא ישנו טוב בכלל. לא שווה לטרוח להגיע למסעדות. ניסינו את ה'זולה' יותר למטה בערב האחרון והיינו מאוכזבים נורא. אפשר היה איכשהו לקבל את היוקר היחסי של האוכל לו האיכות שלו הייתה סבירה אלא שהיא הייתה הרבה מתחת לנמוכה. לא ניסיתי את המסעדה למעלה. תהיו מוכנים לשלם הרבה עבור משקאות בבר שעל הגג. יש שם נוף יפה וגם הבריכה נחמדה. הייתי ממליץ על המסעדות הרבות בסביבה שהמחירים בהן סבירים והן גם מגישות אוכל ומשקאות מאיכות מצויינת. מן הריקנות במסעדה של המלון אני מסיק שזה אכן מה שרוב האורחים עושים . גם ארוחת הבוקר יקרה הרבה מעבר לממוצע. לא רע אבל לא ממש טוב

המלון היה ללא רבב והבריכה נקיה מאוד . אי אפשר להגיד מספיק על הצוות , הם היו כל כך מועילים וידידותים לגבי כל דבר, הם טרחו בשבילנו בלי סוף. הזמנו דרכם הפלגה של יום אחד וממש נהננו.

מלונות נובוטל עקביים ובלתי משתנים בכל העולם. נקיים, מחיר סביר, מלונות מודרניים, לעיתים באזור גרוע של העיר, והמלון הזה לא יוצא מן הכלל. לא אתארח כאן אם אבקר עוד פעם באתונה. המלון היה טוב אבל הסביבה איומה.

The wifi which is suppose to be free is terrible ! Although they have free computers in the lobby.

I enjoyed the hotel! Very nice, very clean, and close to the metro. Delicious Food! Great pool (the lounge chairs fill up quickly in the afternoon). The only problem I had was with the neighborhood. It was very run down and desolate... mostly because of the crisis. I was told by a local that a couple years back the area was filled with nice hotels and shops, which are all closed now. It's still safe, it just looks intimidating.

The facilities are all there for this to be a great hotel but something was lacking. We arrived late and checked into our room which was a smoking room and we had requested non smoking. It smelt to bad so we asked to change rooms which was fine. In the next room there was no remote for the tv and it could not be operated by the buttons on the tv itself. Shower was barely a dribble. However the pool area on the roof was great but after having our dinner (in the hotel which was very good) we wanted to go up to the pool area to see the acropolis lit up at night but it was locked which was dissapointing. The free internet stations in the lobby were very useful. Staff were ok not that outgoing but answered all our questions well enough. Still very good value for money but wouldn't pay much more for a hotel in this area of the city.

Good hotel for business trips. Everything what you need you will find there.

the room and the hotel is clean and good maintain. Only problem is one of pc provided in the lobby for free internet access is not working for my entire 3 nights stay. Notified the hotel staff and they said already informed IT department but it take ages to be fixed. So only one pc available which is definitely not enough. Don't expect too much on the gym facility, it has only 3 equipments in the small room. Not sure about the pool as it was closed when i visited in october. The nearest metro will take at least 10 mins by foot but is not a problem for us. from the port to hotel will cost not more than 20 euro if you cross the road to the opposite to take meter cab. Don't really feel the place is particular unsafe, it is the same as everywhere in athens, you must be aware of pickpockets especially in the metro.

Convenient location close to Metaxugrio metro. Colourful neighbourhood in old part of Athens, area around hotel can be a bit seedy in the evenings.

Very nice hotel with a really nice poolarea. Great view of Athens and the Acropolis. Clean and comfortable room. Not very big, but ok. Sofabed as extrabed was ok for a child (but maybe not for a grown-up). Close enough to the Metro.

Very comfortable , great bed/shower etc. The area around Omonia is very dodgy but most hotels in this area anyway. Free internet access , great bar , would definately stay again

We were very glad that we stayed at this hotel. The receptionists were welcoming, friendly, efficient and kind. There is 3 nice big lifts in the hotel. The hotel is appearantly not in a good area but it looked to me like the rest of Athens. The area was not seedy. The Larissa metro was less than a 5 min. walk awsy. One gets the feeling that the hotel thinks of everything to make their guests happy. From a cute playing areas for little ones with their own computors and games to free internet and use of 2 dedicated computors for the hotel guests in the lobbly. The hotel is clean and very spacious and comfortable. The selection of food at breakfast was overwhelming and good. The swimming pool on the top of the hotel was a winner and welcome in the heat of Athens. I got the idea that some families just stayed for the day without going out. The view from the roof were unbelievable. Athens is massive and I were told that Greece has a population of 12 million of which 5 million live in the area. Thank goodness for the excellent new, clean and efficient metro thanks to the Olympic games. There was a great local restaurant around the corner where we ate at night. I always prefer eating out where the locals do. The prices are half of the hotell's and the food portions were way too big, delicious and fresh. When you exit the hotel, turn left, cross the road and walk left and turn right at the corner. It is less than a minute from the hotel.

The staff was pompous and not accommodating. They made us feel as though we should be honored to stay at their hotel, but this hotel wasn't even high-class. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, and a light was broken. When asking the staff for help they were not helpful. We were really disappointed with this stay, and would recommend NOT staying at this hotel.

Although the location wasn't the most picturesque, the hotel could reasonably be reached via metro and a short walk from nearly anywhere in the city. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning wasn't particularly powerful, but there was an in room safe and the hotel itself felt secure. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

UN HOTEL SYMPA ET BIEN SITUE POUR VISITER ATHENES. MALHEUREUSEMENT L'ENTRETIEN N'EST PAS TOUJOURS A LA HAUTEUR : LAVABO A MOITIE BOUCHE ET JOINTS DE DOUCHE NOIRCIS, PB D'ETANCHEITE DE LA DOUCHE. PAR CONTRE LE PERSONNEL DE CET HOTEL EST REMARQUABLE, PREVENANT. LE PDJ EST TOUT A FAIT CONVENABLE ET ON TROUVE UN VRAI JUS D'ORANGES FRAICHES PRESSEES.

l'Hôtel dit être situé près de la place Syntagma, mais il est à 30 minutes à pied (longue distance en pleine grève totale, avec nos 7 bagages). Un appèl de l'aéroport pour savoir comment faire les 45 km de là n'offre que des information rudimentaires. Pour le retour à l'aéroport, l'hôtel a su trouver une voiture, bien appréciée. Belle vue de la terrasse sur le toit. Personnel gentil, petit déjeuner excellent.

Mycket fint hotell med trevlig personal. Fin takterrass med pool och utsikt över Akropolis. Området runt omkring hotellet var mindre trevligt. Dock var det nära till Metron. Metron var för övrigt ett smidigt och snabbt sätt att ta sig runt. Det tog mindre än 10 minuter att ta sig in till centrum. Större mataffär i närheten.

We hade 4 very nice days in Athen at Novotel. The room was perfect for our family of 4. Staff very friendly and serviceminded. The breakfastbuffé was really great. On the roof there was a very nice poolarea with great view towards Akropolis. 5 minutes walk to the Metro -Larissa Station quickly took you to the areas you wanted to see as a tourist. All in all we were very satisfied with our trip to Athen and our stay at Novotel and can really recommend this hotel for other people.

Devido a crise da Grécia o Hotel estava de greve. Mesmo assim, o hotel nos conseguiu um outro hotel de categoria superior, numa localização melhor e serviços excelentes. O Novotel está de parabéns por ter resolvido o problema de uma maneira excelente.

+spacious family room, +good breakfast with broad selection, +outstanding roof terrase/ swimming pool with fabulous sight on Acropolis and Athens. +close to metro stations 4-5min walk and 6-8min to city center. Taxi is only € 4-5 to city center and airport is € 35 flat rate........ Neighborhood is quiet and not as bad as warned by others....... Recomend to upgrade the carpets and paint the hallways - does not match the high standard of the rest of the hotel. We will be back next time!

We stayed on Crown Plaza. Because there was a strike in Novotel. But they transferred us to the Crown Plaza and we did not pay any more money. Crown plaza was very nice, comfortable and luxury. It has 5 stars. thus, we have comments about Crown Plaza.

Godt hotel, med serviceminded personale. Spektakulær udsigt fra toppen over Akropolis og resten af byen. Forholdsvis tæt på metroen. Et lidt broget kvarter, men vi følte os ikke utrygge. Vi var afsted 2 voksne og 2 børn der nød poolen på taget. Langsomt trådløs internet!!

Endast balkonger till rum för rökare. Stämmer inte med beskrivningen hos Hotels.com, där det står att rummen har balkong. Lyckades dock byta, men fick då ett rum för rökare. Inte roligt område att vistas i på kvällen för ensam tjej. Ca 7 min till Larissa metrostation, absolut överkomligt. Området gjorde att flera måltider intogs på hotellet och det var mycket dyrt. Dock gratis roomservice om du väljer att äta din måltid på rummet. Trevlig personal. Utomordentligt skön säng och fantastiska kuddar.

飯店大體上還不錯，只有晚上生活機能差了點，唯一不好就是明明我們當初訂單及check in時説我們有包含早餐，但隔天班的服務生又説我們沒含早餐，禁止我們使用，跟他説他也堅持説沒有，要不是我們趕著坐車我一定拿資料跟他吵清楚
