Hacienda Hotel & Conference Center LAX - אל סגונדו

פעם שלישית שאנחנו שוהים במלון הזה, והפעם קיבלנו חדר בחלק ישן יותר של המלון, המיטות ישנות מאוד ורועשות, הילדים התאכזבו, המקלחות מתפוררות, השירותים סבירים. (תודה לאל). בנסיעה הבאה ללוס אנג'לס לא נשהה במלון הזה. עשו לעצמכם טובה, לכו למקום אחר.

אין כלים להכנת תה/קפה, פשפשי-מיטה, עובדים לא מנומסים, אין שירות הסעות למוקדי העניין המקומיים, החדר היה ישן ומלוכלך - דורש שאיבת אבק רצינית. האמת שהמקום לא שווה את הכסף וכמי שמבקר תכופות בשדה התעופה LAX אני לא אשהה כאן יותר, ואני גם מאוכזב שהאתר הזה מפרסם מלון שכזה.

אני מניח שאתה מקבל בדיוק את מה ששילמת עליו... מצאתי מחיר מבצע ללילה למלון זה ללילה אחד. העובדה שנאלצתי לעבור מסע מהרכב שלי ל"כניסה האחורית" של המלון לא ממש החדירה את בי את הביטחון שקיבלתי "עסקה טובה" לשהות של לילה במלון. הריח במסדרון בישר לי שהשטיחים לא נוקו כראוי. גודל החדר היה סביר, אבל היה בו גם ריח ישן. מגבות הרחצה היו מרופטים ומסריחים, ומי שעשה לי צ'ק אין עדכן אותי שהמזגן לא עובד, רק החימום. אני בהחלט לא אבקר כאן שוב בזמן הקרוב.

שהיתי כאן הרבה פעמים. זה מלון יותר ישן. חלק מהחדרים שופצו והם מאוד נוחים. אם אתם נשארים רק ללילה או שניים כשאתם טסים מלוס אנג'לס, זה המקום המושלם. יש להם הסעות חינם לשדה התעופה 24 שעות ביממה ואינטרנט מהיר חינם בכל חדר. הצוות מעולה והם יעשו כל מה שביכולתם כדי לגרום לך להרגיש רצוי. צוות משק הבית מאוד נחמד והם ינסו לענות לכל בקשה. הם הוציאו את מכונות הקפה מהחדרים, ואני מאוד מתגעגע אליהם, אבל יש Starbuks ממש מעבר לרחוב. האזור סביב המלון טוב ואין בעיה ללכת בו. יש כמה מסעדות במרחק שני בלוקים ומכולת Ralphs מעבר לרחוב. Walgreens הוא במרחק של בלוק אחד. אני אמליץ על מלון Hacienda ללא היסוס.

כשהגענו לעשות צ'ק אין חיכיתי 10 דקות עד שמישהו עזר לי. כשנכנסנו לחדר הוא היה מבולגן והפוך. העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר וב-2:15 לפנות בוקר קיבלנו צלצול השכמה שלא ביקשנו!

המלון נראה מיושן וזקוק נואשות לשיפוץ. למרות זאת המיקום ביחס לשדה התעופה ושירות ההסעות החינמי לשדה התעופה היו מאוד נוחים.

לא ציפיתי להרבה ולא קיבלתי הרבה. המקום היה נוח לשהיית לילה לפני טיסה מוקדמת משדה התעופה LAX. היעדר הבקרה על טמפרטורת החדר היא מתסכלת ביותר. המקום כולו נשלט על ידי חימום ואוורור מרכזיים. אפשר רק לשנות את העוצמה. בחדר הייתה טמפרטורה של כ-27 מעלות.

החבר שלי ואני נשהה שם שוב בוודאות... כל הצרכים שלנו נענו והמחיר היה טוב!!

המלון קרוב לשדה התעופה, ל-Ralphs, לתחנת דלק, Sizzler והרבה אחרים.

המלון היה נקי מאוד והחדר ליחיד עם מיטה זוגית היה מרווח ונוח. יותר טוב משציפיתי. פקיד הלילה היה יעיל אבל לא חברותי במיוחד - הרגשתי שאני מטריד אותו. אבל פקיד הקבלה בבוקר היה חברותי מאוד ומועיל. קצת רחוק מהוליווד (20 מיילים) וממוקדי העניין אבל המחיר והאיכות מפצים על הנסיעה (חוץ מבשעות העומס).

The hotel`s staff was friendly and helpful, but the condition of the room was aged. There is only one curtain in the room which makes the rooms dark, because if you pull it to one side, no other one, and the opposite side can clearly see you in the room. Bed was confy, and free internet access. There is a nice restaurant nearby : Sizzler. >>>>fantastic meals for good price (endless salad for 4.99$)

This is a very cozy place to stay. Romantic setting, Very convenient for food, Mall up the street, Grocery store across the street with 24 hour Starbucks. No need for a rental car.

Great stay

Hotel was older but maintained fine. Parking was not free but at least was linked to room key. Had some difficulty where we would call the front desk for sufficient towels and they would contact housekeeping, but towels would never be delivered (happened twice). Beds were definitely well-used and a little uncomfortable. But overall the room was worth the money we paid for it, and it was just a block from the office where we needed to be. Also, very convenient location to get to the beach, and several good restaurants close by.

The hotel location is very close the LAX Airport. The hotel room condition is very run down, sign of rotten wood and rusty metal.

Reception desk handed me keys for rooms already occupied twice in a row, before giving me a room with a broken TV, stained bed, stained ceiling. Not to mention the full hotel parking lot. I will never stay at this hotel again. If you want to have a enjoyable and memorable stay in LA, don't go to this hotel.

Terrible service, rooms smell, nothing like it's pictures

We booked a room with two double beds and were given a single queen. At 10 pm it took an hour for the front staff to correct this mistake and they were hardly apologetic. The room was dingy and not very well cleaned - there was a used tissue on the floor of the washroom. I would never stay here again.

I gave this an overall score of 3 ONLY because of the gated parking. Otherwise, it would have been a 2. The service man at the front desk was very pleasant and when I called for an extra blanket, it arrived right away. However, I needed an extra blanket due to the heating unit not working in my room. The shower smelled like a dog had been in there and the water did not drain too great as it was almost ankle level as I showered. It just had the feel of a roadside motel if you ask me. I was definitely un impressed. Probably the best thing about the hotel is the location. It is not far from the airport, it's in a industrial area and free from "rift raft".

Staff, friendly. Room service quick, food fine. Menu offerings to be desired. Room was a disappointment. Bed was clean and comfortable. Rest of the room was very old and tired. Lampshades were falling apart, lighting very poor, could not open the drapes in the room more than 3" to let light in. TV cable kept coming out, had to turn tv on and off by hand, remote would not work

Regular airport pickup service (nice driver) Clean room ( nice front desk clerks) Bar and restaurant fun and entertaining atmosphere ( wonderful staff) I will stay there at least 2/3 a month

I had to stay overnight in L.A. to take an exam, chose this hotel as it was close to exam center and cheap and i guess you get what you pay for, an uneasy night that was not helped by the constant sound of running water in the ceiling or the rattling of the AC unit.

Location is awesome, all types of food shopping banks airport pretty much in walking distance. Room is another story, ceiling was cracking from water stains windows need a update as well as carpet bathrooms and hallways. If that gets done it'll be the best hotel for a great price in the area.

Too spread out, creating long walks. Charge for parking. Inaccurate directions to rooms, and confusing room numbers. Incorrect information regarding the restaurant. I will not be staying there on my next trip to LA. The only good thing I have report is their Lost and Found people who handled an inquiry for me in a very professional and caring manner.

Overall it was a decent place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. But beware of unwanted wake up calls. We stayed 3 nights and at 6am the first morning we got a wake up call we never asked for. We brushed it off and said it was probably the previous guest. We called the operator and were assured that it was cancelled. 6am second morning lo and behold another wake up call. We were livid, so I called the operator and the manager. They apologized and assured me it would be cancelled. I even went to the front desk to speak face to face with a manager. She apologized again and sent up free breakfast vouchers. That night we had a message. I checked the phone and there was no message but again there was a 6am wake up call scheduled. I called the operator and the night manager. They AGAIN apologized. I gave them an hour to get it cancelled. It never was. I had to mess with the phone options to figure out how to cancel the last one myself. When I called the "corporate office" number that was given to me I got the hotel and spoke with another manager. She explained that some kinds of wake up calls are set up in the room and no one else can see them and have to be cancelled in the room. I dont understand why out of everyone I spoke with during my stay could have explained that or given guests some kind of warning.

The hotel was convenient since I was attending a conference there. The air conditioning did not really work in the room and so I needed to keep the window open. There is a lot of outside noise that travels into the room, and a constant humming noise throughout the hotel. I have a hard time sleeping with noise - this is the main reason I ranked it a 2 in terms of Comfort.

Exposed wires, bathtub had black "backed up" gunk in it, no security locks on doors, old decor.

Location is great. Took as almost 45 minutes to be picked up from airport. All other hotels seemed to have more vans available. The room was old. Needs restoring. Person at counter really friendly. Ralps supermarket across the street is great.

This hotel is falling apart and needs to be either torn down or completely re-done. The staff was friendly and that was about all.

Have stayed at the Hacienda since 1980 so I was disappointed with my stay. Sadly it's always the little things you remember - the TV remote did not work (Yes. it had batteries.), the bedside lamp had no switch and could not be used (it had been broken off), and the standard lamp in the corner of the room would not work at all. But I will persist - this is good hotel!

I really enjoy the Hacienda Hotel. This is the only hotel that I have made a point to stay at again. It offers quite a bit for a great price. The only thing I was disappointed with this time was I booked a king-sized bed and there was no refrigerator like in the queen-sized bed rooms. I figure if I am paying more for a supposedly better room, it should still have the same amenities as the other rooms, plus more (i.e., the larger bed). Other than that, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely stay again.

I have stayed once before and this time they put me in the south tower. It was much nicer (which isn't really saying much) but the hotel is clean, close to LAX, and closer to food and amenities if you need anything. I stay here when I have early flights the next morning and all I can say is that it is what it is and I want to pay for an inexpensive hotel because all I need is a clean bed and a safe nights sleep. That is what you will get.

A hotel with good location near to LAX airport, BUT service at front desk was YUCK!!! At first we plan to stay for 1 night BUT due to plan changing therefore we booked additional 1 night, it mean there 2 booking and both under my hubby name, my hubby was using his English name which is not appear in his passport, 1st night checked in was fine BUT the next day morning when we go to the front desk and told them we have another booking for the 2nd night and shown them the confirmation number from Hotel.com, they kept insist due to the name difference from the passport they can't let us check in for the 2nd night, when my hubby shown them the credit card that he used for the booking, the ridiculous answer from them :- "IT CAN BE THE FAULT CARD" and insist my hubby to call hotel.com to chance the name as per passport. That the worst experience we have. We will definitely not to go back and stay in the near future.

Not sure what the other reviews are talking about. The rooms are very clean and mine didn't smell moldy or musty. The hotel is stretched out in a very bizarre fashion, but I think it added to its charm. The staff was very friendly and responded to my requests immediately. The only complaint I would have is for some reason my phone kept ringing at 4:00 AM for a wake up call that we didn't request.

The lobby is the nicest thing about the hotel. We were there 2 nites and had to switch rooms after the first nite because the noise above our room from the room over us was extremely loud. They were just walking on the floor and it sounded like a truck. And the airplanes flying over were very loud. After we changed rooms the next day we were on the top floor and the room was dirty and again the noise from the planes was horrible. Then the hotel has only one choice for ventilation, and the hotel chooses it so you have no control for your room. If you want heat or air conditioning, you have no choice, it's whatever the hotel chooses. The nite we were there they had heat and it was very hot in our room and when we tried opening the window, the screens were do filthy, it would have been like breathing pollution dust. The hotel was built in the 50's and I don't think anything has ever been done to upgrade it.

Right from the beginning of check-in, I was not impressed with this hotel. The hotel receptionist was in no way pleasant, in fact she was quite rude ~ very short with remarks and not welcoming at all. She seemed to be much more interested in the conversation she was having with a co-worker. There was peeling plaster from one of the walls in our room, and the beds were not comfortable at all. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location ~ close to airport, shopping, beach. Needless to say, I'm sure I can find a better hotel in this area in which to stay. Even the price of our stay was not worth it!

I had to change rooms as front door lock did not work. When I informed the front desk they acted like I did not know how to use the lock until security confirmed. Then the TV & wifi did not work. When I switched rooms again the bathroom was already flooded & the front desk mentioned they heard as the room underneath me complained of water dripping. I tired the hotel twice cause its a good location but they failed miserably both times.

Staff was very friendly. The second night was in elavator stuck for a little bit. Rest of the family couldn't get up to room. Don't know if I would stay there again with our kids.

On two recent stays for a simple overnight transfer each time I had to request a different room from a door room lock not work to plumbing TV/wirless not working. I was also caught off guard how little the staff cared about these issues both times. It's unfortuante as this is a good alternative location convenient to several restaurants & a market versus staying on Century Blvd.
