Concorde Opéra Paris - פריז

מלון יפהפה... מיקום מצוין - ליד תחנת רכבת, מטרו והרבה מסעדות ושופינג. שירות מצוין עם עזרה ידידותית. החדר שלנו היה נוח לשלושה אנשים, עם חלונות שנפתחים לרחוב. החלונות היו עבים ואטומים, וחסמו הכול חוץ מרעשי בניה (שאף חלון לא יכול לחסום). החדר היה גם מאוד מסודר ונקי, עם יותר ממספיק מקום. המעליות תמיד זמינות ומכילות בקלות כמה אנשים, שלא כמו מעליות קטנות במלונות אחרים בפריס. ומעל הכול, הלובי מהמם. העניין הקטן היחיד שאולי אפשר להגיב עליו יהיה שהמרצפות באמבטיה זקוקות לקצת תשומת לב (באריחים), והיה אפשר לאוורר קצת את חדר האמבטיה. חוץ מזה, זה היה כמעט מושלם. אני שמח שבחרנו במלון הזה לשלושה מבוגרים.

השהייה שלנו במלון זה הייתה נהדרת! המלון ממוקם ממש ליד תחנת הרכבת St Lazare . מהרגע שאתה מגיע, אתה נסחף לתוך עידן אחר של מלונות בלתי נשכחים - הלובי יפהפה. הצוות היה קשוב וידידותי. החדר שלנו הכיל מיטה גדולה, היה שפע מקום עבור שני אנשים, וגם שולחן עם כסאות נוחים לישיבה. חדר האמבטיה היה די גדול בהשוואה למקובל בפריז. יש גם הרבה מסעדות באיזור. אנחנו נשהה כאן שוב!

המלון נמצא בשכונה מכובדת עם פעילות רבה, בהתחשב בתחנת הרכבת הסמוכה. זה נוח. הצוות הצטיין בשירות ואדיבות. החדר היה גדול, קצת בלוי, אבל שמור היטב, והיה לו סגנון מרשים ואוטנטי. אשהה כאן שוב.

התארחנו כאן לסופשבוע לאחרונה עם האישה בדיל שהזמנו דרך האתר hotels.com. יש תחושה של וואו כשנכנסים למלון, העיצוב מאוד מלכותי והצוות ידידותי. קיבלנו חדר queen size לסופשבוע והוא היה מאוד קטן, שזה לא דבר רע, וגם לא הרהיטים המיושנים. שתי תלונות על החדר היו האמבטיה, עם עיצוב מתקלף ואריחים סדוקים. וגם, המיזוג לא עבד והיה חם מאוד בחדר ובמסדרונות של המלון. וגם, לא היו שירותים שמצפים למצוא במלון כמו קומקום/תה ומגהץ/קרש גיהוץ, שביקשנו בטלפון, חיכינו 30 דקות והיינו צריכים להתקשר ולבקש שוב לפני שקיבלנו. בסך הכול, זה מלון במיקום מצוין, ממש ליד תחנת המטרו, אבל ממש לא מלון ארבעה כוכבים. טיפ להימנע מהרעש (ממה שקראתי על חדרים קודמים), בקשו חדר בקומה גבוהה, אנחנו היינו בקומה רביעית אז לא הייתה לנו בעיה כזאת.

מיקום המלון היה טוב אם אתה מגיע לפריז למטרת קניות, כי כל החנויות הגדולות נמצאות ממש מעבר לפינה. שידרגנו לחדר דה-לוקס, אבל החדר לא היה מה שציפיתי, ובהחלט לא כמו שהוצג באתר hotels.com . העיצוב נראה כמו החדר שהזמנו מלכתחילה ומדורג כ- Superior , אבל הצוות אמר שזה היה חדר Deluxe. החדר היה בסדר, אבל בהחלט לא הייתי מכנה אותו דה-לוקס.

במיקום נוח ליד מטרו Saint Lazare ותחנת הרכבת. מאוד קרוב ל - Pritemps ו - Gallerie Lafayette לשופינג. בתי קפה/מסעדות בסמוך.

הלובי של מלון זה מקסים. החדרים מיושנים במקצת, לא יזיק לחדש את השטיחים, אולם פרט לכך היה נקי. ביקשתי מיטה קינג-סייז בצ'ק-אין, וקיבלנו שתי מיטות twin שהוצמדו יחד, אבל הן היו נוחות מאד. החדר היה חם מאד כשנכנסנו אליו, אבל יכולתי להוריד את טמפרטורת המזגן ולפתוח חלונות. החדר שלנו פנה לרחוב, וזה היה בסדר מבחינתנו כי גדלנו בניו-יורק ואהבנו את מראה הרחוב. בלובי יש בר מעולה, וארוחת הבוקר היא בופט טוב. נוח מאד לבלות זמן במלון והשרות טוב. ליד המלון יש הרבה מסעדות וחנויות, וגם תחנת רכבת מעולה בפינה. אשהה כאן שוב.

אני אוהב את המלון הזה כי הוא במרחק הליכה מ - Printemps ו - Galeries. הוא ממוקם באיזור נחמד והמלון מרשים.

לובי מפואר, חדרים בגודל נחמד, חדר אמבטיה טוב, מצעים וכריות באיכות מאוד טובה, אהבתי את המגע, מיקום נהדר

תנו לי לסדר את התגובות שלי כדי שזה יהיה יעיל יותר: - מלון מצוין, לובי מאוד גדול - החדר היה מושלם, קצת קטן אבל שקט - בקשו חדר רחוק מהרחוב אם רעש הוא בעיה (מה שעשינו לפני שהגענו) - חדר אמבטיה משיש בחדר - מיקום מושלם, ליד תחנת St Lazare, תחנה אחת מ - Garu du Nord - השוער - וינסנט - יהלום, מאוד מועיל, והמלצות האוכל שלו היו תמיד במקום - בסך הכול אשתי ואני חשבנו שזה מלון מצוין בשביל המחיר!

We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the hotel very much.

the hotel was good on the whole. a bit cheaper than others of the same standard in the area. that said, the internet connection (despite being free) was painfully slow. almost like the internet was in 1999. unless that is fixed i will have to consider looking at something else.

Good location, close to restaurants and shops and easy access to tourist destinations.

I think this was a great deal for price. The lobby was beautiful and oranate. We got a small room for an excellent price. Thw bathroom was not that great, tiles and grout had some black and were older. Definitely not a 4 star bathroom/room rating. More like a 3 star. But definitely acceptable. The only concern I had was that we confirmed a king size (one bed) They put us in early check in which was fantastic , in a room facing Main Street. It was awesome BUT it was 2 single beds put together. We did not notice til we had unpacked everything and went to bed. Next morning we asked to fix and they wanted us to pay for upgrade. We asked for them to waive charge but they wouldn't. We had to repack everything (when on vacation this is a hassle), wait for porter to show up to help us move... They gave us a much smaller room overlooking an interior courtyard of roofs and mechanicals. It would have been much better business sense to include the upgrade especially since we had to re-pack and wait to get moved. However, I roils highly recommend this hotel, it's a great plaice, the staff was awesome and I didn't mind a small room with an older bathroom.

We had a fairly large room for Paris. Bathroom was quite large. Bed was comfortable. TV was small, but we weren't spending too much time watching it. No view from our room window, however. The hotel lobby was magnificent. The hotel itself was about a 20 minute walk to the Place de la Concorde. It was about a 10minute walk to the Galleries Lafayette. There were several nice restaurants in the region, too.

Loved, loved, loved the concierge service! The best I've seen in a long time. Would/will stay here again just for their service. The hotel, which is beautiful, is located in a great location. Cleaning service was fantastic. My only complaint would be that I felt the bar service could've been a little more attentive and friendlier. Wonderful staff. Wonderful hotel. Would recommend to anyone.

The Concorde Opera is a fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. The Hotel itself if beautiful and the staff are great, the concierge service is excellent. The rooms are a little on the small side but very comfortable and clean. Would definately stay here again on a return to Paris.

Excellent location for us, especially during the January sales and close proximity to Printemps and other stores and small shops. A great bakery across the street which provided a very inexpensive breakfast of coffee, oj and a croissant. Small cafes on side streets also provided relatively inexpensive meals that appeared to cater to locals. Lovely hotel, clean and friendly staff!

Very conveniently located. Lovelh lobby. Some rooms are great, others are very unremarkable and showers are deeply unreliable (lack power and alternate from hot to cold and back).

Was close to the train station (next door!) Very nice sized bedrooms and amazing lobby! Limited Room service on holidays ie Sunday

i stayed in delux room with double bed which was actually just two single beds. It was uncomfortable for a couple to sleep because the bed keep moving and split apart. No free wifi. No coffee pot. It was good that slippers were provided. Shower was a bit challenge because the water temperature keeps changing from too hot to too cold. Location wise this hotel was perfect. Room size was not too small by paris standard. No english paper or magazine provided. If you want to stay in a hotel that is easy to move around then i recommend, because it is close to saint lazare train station and shopping area. But if you want to enjoy more than that, i would not recommend.

Enjoyed, beware of pricey breakfast!

loved the spacious rooms. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The architecture in the lobby was very nice. My only issue was with the cleanliness of the breakfast area floor - there was so much dirt, food crumbs and even a used dental stick on the carpet. It was quite grim. This put me off eating breakfast because it made me question the hygiene of the kitchen.

Location was great. Very comfortable room and nice staff.

We loved this hotel, definitely recommend it. Everybody spoke English, was very helpful, rooms were very comfortable with a big washroom. The shower was a little weird, but not a big deal. Great eateries immediately around you, and walking distance to Champs-Elysee.

The hotel staff was amazing to deal with and really understanding when we got stuck on a tour and were several hours late checking out. The lobby and general appearance of the hotel was excellent. It was also ideally located as it was easy to get to a lot of the main attractions by walking or public transport. The rooms themselves were pretty basic...nothing too special (I had a standard room). But everything else was a real plus.

Every time we visit Paris we choose new hotel to stay . Now it was a turn of Concord Opera. I have never stayed in Paris for such a low price before and I was really afraid that something would be wrong. But surprisingly we had perfect deluxe room - specious, quiet and decorated in perfect style of old Paris. Long balcony and wonderful view to real Paris, perfectly working AC, big marble bathroom with good light and balcony also. I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel. All was very good or rather perfect. Usually I pay twice more for such a quality room . We have only positive experience and recommend this hotel to everybody who likes to stay in 4 star hotel with 5 star care for the price of 3 star hotel.

Got engaged in Paris recently and stayed in the Paris opera. Beautiful hotel everything you could want when lookin for somewhere really nice to stay.. Beautifull view in the room we stayed in, a balcony in the bedroom and bathroom that we could see the Eiffel tower from. Rooms just need to be updated a little. Loved everything about this hotel though and the staff were very professional.

Good

Close to major attractions and the metro. Many close by resteraunts and coffee shops. Overall a nice, clean and elegant hotel.

The hotel was mostly excellent (comfort, staff service, etc) apart from the ac, which was not the best; would have been a more important issue in warmer weather.

Enjoyed the convenient location. The hotel was all that we asked of it. Very impressive lobby

Over all a good experience, the hotel is in the center of Paris, walk distance to the big stores, Opera, Louvre, Champs-Élysées. Metro station is 2 mins away.There was 5 of us, so 2 got standard room, which is big for Paris, and 3 of us got family room, which was very big room, have balcony and big windows. For breakfast, there are lots coffee opposite of the hotel, cheap and very tasty. Only thing I didn't like was the shower, in the morning , pressure is low and temperature keep changing, so there was time, it was burning hot. But I would stay there again for sure.

We enjoyed the stay of 4 nights. The room was small but the price was also attractive. Service was very attentive and helpful particularly the bellmen and the concierge. The hotel is well located with easy access to several metro lines and numerous bus routes. I would gladly stay there again.

The rooms were too hot even after complaining to the receptionist, they sent a maintenance guy who stated that it was working when it wasn't.

Hotel was great. Staff really courteous and spoke great English.

We stayed 8 nights in superior room w. balcony french doors overlooking busy front streets. Overall, Excellent & Comfortable. Room was small & bathroom large. Bed comfy, all clean. Concierges always helpful with any little thing & directions. Highly recommend location for all transport & walkers. Howevers include: flaky Wi-Fi, tho free, inconsistent & frustrating. Shower temp uneven. Had to squeeze between end of bed & desk. Hotel could improve room layout by hanging TV on wall, smaller desk. Housekeeping & Rm Service fast on requests. Room A/C fine & windows truly soundproof street noise. No hotel bathrobes, tho didn't ask. Think you could pay much more & not do better in Paris.

one of the best I have been to in Paris. The staff was incredibly efficient and extremely helpful on all accounts. Location was probably the most central in terms of trains and subway convenience. I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was built to take the boat train passengers in another era and it retains the grandeur of the times in it's foyer and lobby areas which are breathtaking. However be assured the rest of the hotel is modern, comfortable and well maintained. Being next to St Lazare station it was excellent for the metro and we found it very convenient for all the sightseeing we did.

I enjoyed the stay. The room and washrooms were both a very good size for a Paris hotel. The service was also attentive. I had a room facing the street which can be noisy at night or in the morning. The rooms could use a coat of paint but were clean and comfortable for my family of three (I had a deluxe room). The accommodat was not expensive for a 4star hotel in Paris so I was quite satified and would stay there again but perhaps would ask for a quiter room.

The location of the hotel and service was impeccable especially the concierge service. Free wifi was also a huge bonus. The building was extremely beautiful especially the hotel foyer. Location wise it was very convenient to almost all places, all the taxi drivers knew where the hotel was which madd things easy too. Had issues with the hot/cold water which possibly is due to the hotel facilities being quite old. During showers, the control of the hot/cold water was difficult and very temperamental.
