Very clean, comfortable, checked in late but staff was very friendly & helpful. The Aveda products & extra towels were a nice treat. Would definetely stay there again

The location is good and quiet, the bed comfortable, the housekeeping never clean my room, Never changed the bedding and towels had bad odor; I ate fruits the first night in my room, I dropped a grape on the carpet and the next day in the afternoon, the grape was still on the carpet. My package included breakfast we got cold eggs, cold bacon and cold toast, and a cup of coffee. Do not think I will be using the services of Indigo.

The hotel decor is very tropical and Florida like, the surronding area is beatifull with a golf course as a backdrop. Howevr I was not impressed with teh room comfort the wall a/c unit did not cool enough it looks like an old unit. The king matress was saking in the center.

We were looking foot a fairly clean hotel that wouldn't break the bank during our stay during Spring break. If we had to do it again, I would have paid the extra to be closer to the beach. It was, however, a clean and safe little hotel with only one complaint. Breakfast was not a breakfast buffet. You had to pick a few item off the list. There was only one person serving, which was too much to wait on for the many breakfast guest, resulting in long wait time for your food or even a coffee refill. It was just a one time hotel for me.

We wanted to get out of Miami for the weekend. This place had a really big pool. The skimmer net was mangled so I wasn't able to clean the pool, which I enjoy. Rooms were awesome. Cold AC, comfy bed, big tv, great shower, and aveda products in shower. Walking distance to Shulas original steak house. We sat at bar on Friday and had a romantic dinner on Saturday. The staff was above friendly. Indigo is a must stay.

Very accomadating staff. A bit of a drive fr om the beachs (30 min) but the suburb is very nice. Nice peceful place ...we would stay again

The stay were fine. The personal very very good and always helpfull.The quality of the bed could be better.

We enjoyed our stay. The front staff was very nice and helpful. My only issue was that the shower fixture was not working correctly.

This hotel is right off the freeway so we had no trouble finding it. We got there fairly late and left early but it seemed like a nice place with lovely grounds. Bed was good (which is my number one criteria).

This is a lovely hotel wiht beautiful grounds, and conveniently located.. WE had a two room suite on the second floor facing the street and therein was the problem..This is absolutely the noisiest hotel we had ever stayed in..It was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep! even with ear plugs due to the roaring traffic noise all night long. Perhaps that would not have happend with a room that faced the grounds rather than the street....So beware of this place and make sure and get a room that is away from the street or you wil be up all night!

This is the first review I've ever written and feel that I cannot let this go by! stayed here years ago when it was Shulas and thought they would have fixed this problem with the remodel. The rooms have a TERRIBLE moldy/mildew smell. The smell permeated my laptop bag, suitcase and even papers. Everything was either thrown out or sent to the cleaners when I got home. I can't imagine what people thought of how I smelled at meetings. I knew it was bad when I was there but didn't realize how bad until I got home and opened my suitcase.

I was very impressed with my stay. The colors are bright and relaxing. I read some bad reviews and did not see any of the issues they talked about.

Hotel service is great.

My daughters feet were black after walking around on the shabby carpet and the arm chair was dirty and threadbare. Nice bedding and great shower but the shower didn't drain so you were standing in a puddle of water. This place was obviously nice when constructed but in serious need of some upgrade, repair and cleaning.

Was a very nice place. Room Service and overall food of the place was ok, nothing amazing. Hotel bar is great because of the staff they have working there. No problems just a nice place to stay with not much to eat if you want to eat at the hotel. Very friendly staff that made a good trip great. Only major anoying part was in the room with the a/c unit. comes on, goes off. as soon as you fall asleep the a/c unit would turn on for about 10 minutes and then shut off, very loud.

I enjoy my stay there. The service was top notch!! Room service (Ana) was very friendly & helpful to accommodate all my needs. I would definitely stay there again.

While the Indigo has very nice surroundings and a very cheerful and tropical environment, what it does not have is HOT WATER! I spent the first night and the last night of my vacation at the Indigo and niether of the two rooms had hot water either in the bathroom sink or shower.

Nice Hotel and staff. The rooms were somewhat old but well kept and clean. The main problem is the location which is far away from tourist attractions.

Picked the Hotel Indigo Miami Lakes becuase of the convenience to Sun Life Stadium. Came to see a football game and have a nice stay while in Miami. The staff was tremendous, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and priced right. Will definitely come back.

passing through two card-access doors with numerous heavy luggage is not that convenient so check at front desk before proceeding to the allocated room!

It is a nice hotel.We have been there several times but I am concerned about the noise. Usually the rooms that we have had are divided by a door to another room so you can hear the voices of the persons next to your room very clearly so we are a little frustrated about that.

The hotel was very nice and bed was comfortable. Daniel was very hospitable and friendly during our check-in. He brought a mini fridge to our room as we needed it for insulin. The hotel was very quiet and the room was excellent. My only suggestions would be to provide a refrigerator as a regular room amenity and expand the channels available on the tv. Great hotel!

It was a good stay. Clean, great environment and location.They allowed us to check in early after a long international flight. Great service.

Just stay there for a few hours but was very happy which I saw.

This is an older hotel that has been updated. I thought the beds were soft and it seemed like the box springs needed to be replaced. The air conditioner fan did squeak. Had a room change and the other air conditioner fan squeaked as well. It's ok but not great.

I had a wonderful experience and I will be returning again

The hotel was 5 star quality without having to pay 5 st.ar price, a friend of mine paid 6 times more than I did.just to stay on south beach and his hotel room was half the size. All in all, I loved it and slept like a baby, very comfortable beds by the way.

Room was nice and clean. Chris was very helpful when I was checking in. The room was very humid inside even with the AC on. The phone didn't work.

Bathroom was updated, shower stall as compared to shower/tubs most hotels provide. Furniture dated but comfortable. Manager was helpful after we did not like the handicap room he gave us in the beginning, but upon request he gave us a better room with a golf course view. Building is a little dated but maintained. Could use more updating.

Good overall, Bathrooms showed alot of rust in overhead pipes

The lobby and our room were absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and the staff very helpful. Unfortunately, the house keeping staff is VERY loud in the morning if you're trying to sleep in...

It's been a long time since I stayed at a Hotel where I was satisfied with everything. Either the rooms not clean enough or the beds was too hard or soft, too much nose or the Staff is not friendly or too busy, but not at this Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I slept very comfortable. The Hotel is very clean and cozy and is located in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to McDonalds and a shopping center. Very close the Express(826). If or when I'm in the area again, I will book my reservation at Hotel Indigoain. Thanks

i think the bathroom is not that good cause the pipes are expose that looks so bad that it makes the hotel looks bad. the bent from the air condiction in the bathroom is nasty too.the vase outside the room its in the wrong spot every time you go by you hit it. the pool its surround like a forest of trees that dont let me see my daughter and son inside the pool . i ask to be with view to the pool and it didn't happen.
