Beautiful work on the remodeling. Room was brand new. Terrific decor. Love the new lounge. All and all a first rate experience.

The staff was extremely pleasant and professional. The restaurant, Char, was outstanding. My only issue was a BIG greasy face print smack in the middle of the window. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Parking is HORRENDOUS! Dried vomit down side of bed and on side of nightstand. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Cheap metal folding chairs were the "patio furniture." Parking area poorly lit. Housekeeping began knocking on door at 9 am on Sun morning. Front desk began phoning at 10:55 am. (We had asked for a later checkout time because we were at an event until late into the pm... They said no problem... No extra charge. I don't know what happened there... Not a bad hotel, nice updates. Needs a deep cleaning, better & more parking, more considerate staff & more secutity. Was generally nice,

The staff are all helpful. All scene around are beautiful. The George Eastman House and the Science Musuem nearby are the places should not be missed.

The hotel desperately needs an update- the decor is really outdated, the carpeting is worn, and the caulking in the bathroom could be redone. But the bed was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is nice. It's within walking distance of several restaurants and it is a good neighborhood to take a walk and unwind. I read in another review that there was no parking available, but the hotel does have a fairly large parking lot. If there was another hotel in the neighborhood at a similar price, I'd probably stay elsewhere. But I prefer staying here than out near the airport.

This hotel isn't on a freeway, in downtown or near the airport, but in a great neighborhood with grand homes from the George Eastman era (Eastman was founder of Eastman Kodak and philanthropist for whom the Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester is named). What a wonderful neighborhood to go for walks in, and some decent food nearby too. The hotel is fairly large, not a chain, has a nice bar for evening discussions and decent wines. Hotel is nothing too fancy, but good service, comfortable rooms and amenities, and I will stay there again.

A nicely appointed, but not luxurious, mid-size hotel in a very classy residential neighbourhood of East Rochester. It has some very helpful reception desk staff who are quite prepared to print off directional aids to some of the top tourist sites and restaurants. Very close to George Eastman Estate and Rochester Museum and Science Center, two of the best sites. Avoid having meals in the hotel, since there are great alternatives only 5 minutes away by car.

Eh nice room a Flat screen in both living room and bedroom. didnt stay long enough to really grade the service.

Excellent hotel, afforable centrally located in downtown art area. Very much enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived the staff couldn't find our reservation, so they upgraded us to a big room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. That was great! But when we asked for extra linnen and a ironing board, they didn't provide this - despite the fact that we called them at front desk to remind them. They seemed slightly dis-organized at front desk.

Overall my stay was pleasant. The staff was great, the room was neat and clean. The hotel could use to be freshened up a bit, but I undertand the property is for sale and remodeling was put on hold. This has been the standard in Rochester for many years and hope it is for many years to come...

The location of this hotel as well as the size and cleanningness of the room make it a smart choice if you're in Rochester for a short stay. The only thing that didn't work was the Internet connection (we were staying at the 5th floor). Other than that, our stay at this hotel was great. Would definitely stay again.

I was on the 5th floor and the 7th floor and above seem to be fully renovated and beautiful. My room was comfortable and very large. Not a luxury accommodation but worth the price. Only drawback is noise travels easily between rooms so when my next door neighbor decided to watch TV at 5 AM, I could hear it much too clearly! Lovely location, restaurant is pricy but delicious food and the jazz bar has great music starting at 8.

This hotel is a wonderful hotel if you book a deluxe room- it was huge, rennovated and wonderful; however, the front desk staff weren't as wonderful. I had some mix ups with the reservations and it turns out I was double charged. In trying to fix this issue the front desk staff were not at all helpful. Also check out is at 11:00am and they are sticklers about this. I left my room at 11:15 and had received a knock on the door from housekeeping and a phone call from the front desk. When leaving I said the wrong room number and was met with a lot of attitude from the receptionist. I loved the hotel, the location; however, I was disappointed by the staff. I'm not a picky hotel person either and not hard to please but in this case I was frustrated with the service.

Unfortunely our room overlooked the dumpster, and we were right next to the elevator shaft which was disturbing. Room service screwed up our order and delivered only one breakfast.

場所も良く、一階には素敵なレストランがあるし、夜11時まで無料送迎で近くのレストランやバーにもいけます。また、無料パーキングなのも良かったです。オススメのホテルですー。
