Bristol Hotel - ציריך

המלון לא היה כל כך קרוב לתחנת הרכבת. ארוחת הבוקר יכלה להיות בריאה יותר לו היו מציעים יותר ירקות/פירות.

בשבילי, אמריקאי שמבלה רק יומיים שלמים בציריך - המלון הזה היה מושלם. לקחתי את הרכבת משדה התעופה לעיר ובקלות מצאתי את דרכי למלון מתחנת הרכבת ברגל ללא שימוש ב GPS. בניגוד לחוות דעת אחרות, היה קל מאוד למצוא אותו. רק להיות חכם. המיטות קטנות, המצעים מעט מגרדים אבל חוץ מזה הכל היה מושלם. החדר וחדר האמבטיה ממש נקיים, מקלחת חמה, אינטרנט מהיר חופשי, ושולחן עבודה וארון בחדר. לא יכולתי להתרגל לטמפרטורה בחדרי, לכן זה היה קצת מבאס, אבל זה לא ממש הפריע לי. הרבה שקעים בחדר, טלויזיה נחמדה עם ערוצים של משחקי כדורגל / פוטבול נהדרים. בנוסף נהניתי מארוחת הבוקר שהם הציעו. שפע של אפשרויות בחירה וסביבה נקייה לאכול בה. אני ממליץ מאוד על המלון הזה לאחרים שנמצאים באיזור הזה, במיוחד לקבוצות קטנות של מטיילים. המחיר ללילה היה דומה לכל מלון אמריקאי, כך שאין צורך לרוקן את כל החסכונות בהתחשב בעובדה ששהיתי בעיר היקרה ביותר לחיות בה בעולם כולו. מלבד המלון, ציריך הייתה פשוט מדהימה, העיר היפה ביותר שאי פעם הייתי בה. העיר נקייה יותר וגרסה טובה יותר של סן פרנסיסקו, חחח. אתם יכולים להגיע לכל מקום שתרצו ברגל או בחשמלית ולא קשה למצוא מזון או רשת אלחוטית חופשית (רק צריך להתחנף ולהגיע לסטארבקס איפשהו, חחח). תהיו מוכנים למזג אויר קר, למרות שזה תלוי בעונה שבה אתם מטיילים שם. בנוסף גם הצוות היה ידידותי להפליא, מועיל וכולם דיברו אנגלית היטב. בסך הכל בין שהותי במלון וציריך עצמה, אני מקווה לחזור לעיר ובשמחה אשהה באותו המלון שוב.

המיקום של המלון ליד תחנת הרכבת נפלא. בשכונה יש גישה נוחה למסעדות ולקניות. המלון נקי, אבל החדרים קטנים ומיטה זוגית היא בעצם שתי מיטות יחיד שחיברו יחד.

מיקום מצוין. במרחק הליכה מתחנת הרכבת ומציריך העתיקה. חדרים נקיים ונוחים. ארוחת בוקר טובה. בסך הכל תמורה מצוינת.

שהיתי במלון זה כדי להתאושש מהטיסה מארצות הברית וכדי לראות קצת את נופי ציריך. המלון ממקום בצורה נוחה ליד תחנת רכבת והעיר העתיקה/אזור קניות. למלון עצמו אולי חסרים קצת מתקנים, אבל החדר היה נקי והשירות היה מעולה. תמורה טובה עבור המחיר בהתחשב בעובדה שמחירי בתי המלון בציריך מופרזים.

מיקום טוב קרוב לתחנה המרכזית במרחק הליכה מה Europcar כך שיכולנו להחזיר את הרכב השכור ולקחת רכבת למילאנו. החדר היה ספרטני אבל נקי ונוח, יותר כמו אכסנייה מאשר מלון אבל המיקום והמחיר עשו אותו אטרקטיבי עבורנו. מזנון ארוחת הבוקר היה הוגן, שום דבר מרהיב, אוכל בסיסי קר שלא היה טוב עבור תחילתו של יום חורף קר. בדלפק הקבלה היה איש אחד שנראה יעיל אבל לא מסביר פנים במיוחד. אנחנו תמיד מטיילים עם תה, קפה, מרק ושתי כוסות פלסטיק כיוון שברוב החדרים לא תמיד מספקים את השירותים האלו. בדלפק הקבלה נתנו לנו קנקן מבודד של מים חמים שיכולנו למלא אותו בעת הצורך. בקבלה היו קפה ותה בחינם ובמלון הייתה רשת אלחוטית חופשית.

מלון במיקום מעולה בציריך - 10 דקות הליכה מתחנת הרכבת המרכזית. מוקף במסעדות מעולות. מחיר סביר - עדיין יקר (זו ציריך). אין בר או מסעדה במלון. האמת שלא צריך כי יש הרבה בקרבת מקום.

המלון ממקום במקום נוח במרחק הליכה מהתחנה ומרחוב הקניות הראשי. יש תחנה לחשמלית קרובה מאוד. מזנון ארוחת בוקר טוב מאוד כלול במחיר. בחדרים הגדולים יש מרפסת עם שולחן וכיסאות. המלון נמצא במרחק הליכה מהעיר העתיקה ויש מסעדות ממש ליד. הצוות מאוד ידידותי ועוזר. למלון יש מרכז לעסקים שהאורחים יכולים להשתמש בו.

מלון ה Zurich Bristol שופץ לאחרונה, נקי וממוקם בנוחות ליד ה Hauptbahnhof (תחנת הרכבת המרכזית). החדרים נקיים, מסודרים ובאופן כללי נוחים. חדר האמבטיה נקי והיה זרם מים חזק (למרות שהמקלחת קטנה מאוד, כמו ברוב בתי המלון האירופאים). היינו בקומה ה 1, לכן היה מעט רעש מהרחוב, אבל היו תריסים חשמליים בסגנון הוריקן על החלון שמנעו את רוב הרעש כשהם היו סגורים. ארוחת הבוקר לא הייתה נהדרת אבל סבירה. צוות המלון היה ידידותי וקשוב בעת הצורך. התלונה היחידה שלי הייתה שהמזרנים היו באיכות ירודה למדי (הרגיש שהקפיצים ננעצים בי מידי פעם). אני בהחלט אשהה שוב בשל כל החבילה: המחיר/הניקיון/המיקום.

חדר בסיסי, אבל הצוות הידידותי והמיקום הנוח פיצו על כך.

This is a simple hotel, but it is clean and quiet, with helpful and friendly staff. It is all one could ask for in a budget hotel. It is an easy walk to the train-station, and a few blocks removed from the noisy tourist section.

For the price that I paid, I would have expected much more than the smallish rooms, and motel-like feeling. There are no electronic key cards, so it is quite inconvenient to drop off the key when you leave, and then have to ask for it every time you want to access your room. Desk service was mediocre, with me having to wait for a couple minutes for a reception when checking in, and slight unfriendliness from one receptionist.

Hotel location is great! 10 minutes walk to the main train station. Safe location!

Great hotel, friendly staff that were very helpful and multilingual. Hotel is 2 blocks from the Zurich HB and has many shops, bars and cafes around. Will stay again!

Overall was very happy with our stay, they let us check at 10am, which was really nice given we had just taken an over night train. Hotel was very reasonably priced for the area, and included a decent breakfast. Room and bathroom were clean. Both bathroom and room were small, but compared to other european hotels I'd say were average. Hotel staff was friendly spoke good english, and were also helpful. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Close to the main station, very handy for the old town as well. Decor is a bit sterile but great for a 1 or 2 night stopover. Continental breakfast pretty good too.

Liked the free WiFi and breakfast. Closer to heart of city than we had expected. Friendly staff at desk. Eating out was pricier than expected.

We enjoyed our overnight in Zurich before heading to the Engadine Valley. Hotel was convenient to train, museum, and a nice walk to Lake Zurich.

My room was very small but pristine. everything was there that I needed and the location was perfect, short walk from the train station and Old Town.

Was the best hotel that I stayed in during my time in Europe. Lovely and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good location in a good neighbourhood not far to walk to the historic centre.

Just two minor issues:1. No hot drinks making facilities in rooms and 2. The towels in the room are very poor quality.

It was excellent, very friendly helpful staff, great buffet breakfast. Hotel situated a few metres from the main station and great location for walking tours of Zurich. Free WI- FI in rooms, good modern shower rooms. Moderm bedrooms - 5th floor is in the roof space so rooms smaller and low ceilings near dormer windows but enough space for 2 people. Quiet location, flat screen TVs and a host of channels.

The triple room was quite spacious with a balcony, considering the location and price. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was typical. Staffs could be a bit more friendly and consistent in providing information to guests.

booked this hotel due to no rooms available in Freiburg. But it was a nice and comfortable hotel with a great restaurant for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was included in the room rate with a good spread of the usual breads, cold cuts, and cereals and pretty good soft/hard boiled eggs. The hotel is pretty near to the Highway-5 and you will need to have a car to go in-out to Freiburg(15min), Europa Park in Rust(15min) and Strasbourg(1.5hr). I would recommend this hotel for those who drive.

Location of hotel was great. 5 minute walk to train station and less than 5 minute walk to Old Town. Only negative was bed wasn't very comfortable.

This hotel is "no-frills" but this is not to be interpreted in a negative way. The receptionist was polite and multi-lingual. My room was clean.with small but perfectly adequate bathroom with a nice shower and heated towels (no freebie shampoos or lotions). Included breakfast was certainly adequate but definitely "no frills." Easy walk to/from Central Station and trolleys. Right next to the "old quarter." This hotel should be inexpensive compared to the others you might be considering.

Difficult to find but once found very nice place. Buffet breakfast, though called continental, is a real bonus.Highly recommended.

Everything fine but basic. Would have expected a bit more for the price.

Very nice, straight forward clean functional room. good bathroom. no fridge but chilled the beer bought at supermarket under the cold water tap - 30minuntes - water is icy cold. Receptionists were very friendly. Breakfast was basic fare but satisfactory enough. Location is excellent. Tram (5min walk) to airport close. HBF train 5 more minutes walk.

There are two people that made this trip/vacation to Zurich amazing and they are Beatrice and Selina they are the best service desk staff my family and I ever met, we were greeted with a big smile and help us with every questions that we had about the city... They even check the platform number for us before we left the hotel. This hotel will be in my family's a must visit everytime we go to Zurich.

Bristol Hotel Zurich is a 3 minute walk from Zurich Hauptbahnhof (Central Train Station). It is at the start of the city centre, and you can walk to anything that is worth going to see. (You can also get trains to Zurich Airport very easily from the main station). There is also many tram stops nearby, and about 200m away, you can get on the boat at the Landesmuseum, and take a ride out into Lake Zurich, which only costs around 4 CHF. Free internet and Breakfast is included. The prices may seem a little scary at first, but when you do the research, Bristol Hotel is definite value for money,considering how expensive Zurich accomodation is. There are also many good restaurants close by as well. The rooms are a little small, but most of continental europe seems to be like that. You get used to it. A good choice overall.

the best thing about hotel bristol was its central location. walking distance to the central station, old town and the zurich lake. That also means that there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in easy access all the time. The standard 4 persons room was quite small for 4 adults, but it was clean and bright.

Staff very helpful. Convenient for station shopping sights etc. Hotel basic but very clean with helpful staff.

nice simple hotel, within a couple blocks of old city. nice quiet road with lots of trees. very helpful front desk service. good value
