Our stay was short and hectic. I left some of my clothes in the room. When I got home the hotel had already left a message . The staff was exemplary.

As soon as we walked into the hotel, we were hit with the smell of cigarette smoke. There are supposed to be only 7smoking rooms, isolated to one side of the hotel, but on both the second and third floor, I could smell the smoke. We moved our room once, hoping for respite, but both rooms smelled of smoke. The second room had cigarette ashes in the heater. We slept with the window open and left the next day with a full refund from hotels.com.

Staff was quick and friendly. The room was very clean.The bed was comfortable. Decent breakfast.

Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and appropriately stocked. Decent location right off the interstate and only a couple of miles from downtown. The fitness room is pretty small and only has three aerobic machines, but was clean. Breakfast had a nice variety of continental selections. They were also right on top of snow removal. I'd stay here again.

Was a little disappointed in the security. Photo ID not required upon check in, and doors in back of hotel (in parking lot) were not locked. No card was needed for entry. Could just walk right in. Fortunately all I needed was internet, a bed, a tv, and a shower, so it met my requirements.

I would have given this hotel all 5's for ratings if it weren't for a few very minor issues. "Condition or maintenance of the hotel" was given a 4 instead of a 5 because the bathroom door didn't latch or lock closed. It wasn't a big deal, just something that should have worked. Also , the overall temperature in this facility is far too warm. This was the second weekend in a row I stayed there, and both times we had the room heater turned off yet still had to sleep with the window open (in December) in order to not be hot and stuffy. "Surrounding neighborhood" was given a 4 instead of a 5 because there's just nothing around -- but that's a factor of the area -- nothing the hotel can do about that. Other than that, this is a fine hotel -- clean, comfortable and friendly -- and I would have no problem at all staying there again.

stayed here for an overnight stop on the way to montreal. very friendly receptionist, clean and quiet room. breakfast selection could have been a little better

Everything was great. We were upgraded to a king suite.

We had a wonderful experience. We stopped midway on our way to Canada, got in late and received great service from check in to check out. Very comfortable beds with everything we needed to get a good night's sleep and get up and head out the next day with a great breakfast included.

The location suited our family visit to Fairfax and ST. Albans. We were pleasantly suprised with the quality of the motel as this was our frist visit to the area.

Another excellent stay overnight. We're hoping to stay here again when the restaurant & gas station next door are completed.

I travel for business and usually stay at Hamptons or Holiday Inns so this should be comparable. The breakfast food selection was poor. My room was not really cleaned for 3 days. They put in fresh towels, pulled the sheets back up - did not make the bed and didn't even empty the garbage. Water pressure in shower was so bad I bought my own shower head and installed it to try to make it better. Overall I would stay here if you need to be in this location, but don't go out of your way.

The hotel was acceptable and convenient, but the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. It seemed like a low quality bed, which was somewhat unacceptable given the high price of the room

We were in need of a place to stay and this fit the bill! No frills, but good size room and comfy bed.

The stay was fine. My only complaint was no VCR, or movies available. No TV selection what so ever. Just basic cable. and nothing in town to choose from, so basically on a Saturday and Sunday night you have absolutly notahing to do or watch. If they are not going to offer you anything but basic cable, at least have a dvd player or let you know ahead of time so you can bring a lap top or one with you to watch your own movies. very disappointing!

Hotel bed was very comfortable and room was large and clean.

The hotel staff is ever so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the mattresses are heavenly. Roomsare a bit small but I love this hotel. The hotel is directly off the highway so this makes it very convenient for travellers. Love this place!

This hotel was perfectly located for our needs. Right between Burlington and the Canadian border! Nothing fancy, but it's right off the main highway and very convenient!

The hotel was fine. We'll be staying there again next time we visit our son. No complaints at all.

We loved our stay. The beds were cozy and the showers hot. I loved having a fridge in my room and a microwave. The little window with the chair was great for morning writing. The staff was friendly. My only complaint the art was a little boring. I wish you would add some color to the decor.

The hotel was conveniently located and surprisingly comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. The bathroom and shower clean. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but overall, I was pleased with our stay.

Booking me a Single room instead a double, The called an Upgrade and sayd that i will have to take my complain with HOtels .com I endedup sleeping in the most uncomfortable pull out couch

as promised, great value for the price.

This hotel was fine, HOWEVER, overpriced. It definitely did NOT have what one would expect for the money required. The nonsmoking room smelled as if that rule had been broken, towels were missing (but quickly provided when requested). The staff was very nice. I am looking for a room in that same area tonight, but have decided to drive a bit further to avoid the cost.

Stayed there on ly for 1 night with my 2 sons.The room was a littlr small for 3 big guys but over all this hotel was fine and I would recommned it .

Microwave and Refrig.... nice and clean, great breakfast, great pool!
