Very comfortable, clean, hot water. Breakfast was excellent, lots of good choices. Staff was approachable.

We returned from our conference late at night, around 2:30am, as I was searching for a parking spot my wife was hit on by two very drunk hotel guests in the lobby. Then we got to our room and the room next to us was up partying and loud enough that we could clearly hear their conversations through the doors and walls. I walked down to the front desk, the person there didn't even come out of the back room, they sat within sight and shouted from there. I told them of both incidents and they said they would take care of it. Taking care of it was to call the room and let them know there were complaints. It took another hour and 4 more calls to the front desk before someone walked down to the room, and even then they did nothing except watch some people say they were leaving and quieting down. And at no time was there an offer to compensate us in anyway, only an offer for US not the loud guests, to move. Extremely annoyed. Won't be staying there again unless we have to.

Hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast was perfect for our week stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is little north than we like to stay but it so worth the drive. Better neighborhood, great food choices and best front desk in Spokane.

very clean and nice I highly recomend it....

Reasonable rate and clean stay!! We really liked the fact that the indoor pool was opened 24 hours. Most hotels have a 10pm shut down on pools. After a long day we had the option of entering the pool room late at night and soak in a nice hot tub.

motel was very clean and it was easy to get to and from anywhere we went. We have stayed here many time and will do so again.

Great facility. We had only 10 hrs. for the stop and our room was perfect for a couple just staying overnight. Very clean throughout. Very good access to guest vehicles and all amenities. We're goin' back!

For what we paid through Hotels . com for this room, we were amazed at the quality of service we received, and how nice the room was.

The staff at the hotel was so awesome from check-in, or little tourist questions or check-out. The location was prefect to get to Mt. Spokane outdoor events and great trails. Wonderful food locations near by, The Onion and Tomato Street were prefect!

It was a very nice hotel with a comfortable large room. The breakfast had lots of choices and was good. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Shopping and restaurants close by.

Hotel was nice and clean. I was a little annoyed that we had to wait 2 1/2 hours for the roll away bed and extra pillows. Everything was fine except for that.

Indoor Pool is fantastic-very nice/ clean rooms-not far from I-90 but in a nice part of Spokane-very inexpensive given all of the amenities-pool, quiet, good desk staff, enough parking

Booked this hotel on line. Good thing....last room taken as I waited in line. Very nice facility. Rooms were so clean and comfortable. A few more protein sources on the breakfast would be nice. Might want to caution employees about letting people in locked entrances. A person that says they have forgot their card should go to the front desk. Safety first.

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and efficient. Great stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast included biscuits and sausage gravy in addition to waffles, which was a nice surprise. The carpet in our room was lumpy and dirty....but other than that, the room was very clean. The pool area was great and the fitness room good. I would definately stay here again.

Clean, newly remodeled room. Friendly & helpfull staff. Breakfast & parking included. ***24-hour pool & hot tub*** even sold bathing suits in case you forgot yours. I have stayed at expensive hotels and I'm wondering why.... This property had more to offer for much less!

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable with newer linens. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Pool and hot tub were fine. Price was very reasonable. Only downside was the thin towels and the room could have used another lamp. Other than that, it was perfect for our stay of 3 nights.

Room clean and bright. Wifi worked good. Breakfast hours suited our schedule.

I was here for business, which it was convenient to. The breakfast is decent, the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel near shopping and next door to Costco

Excellent Front Desk Service! this is not the first time I have stayed and is always my first choice when visiting Spokane. Girls at the front desk are top notch! Very pleasant and very helpful. Cookies are an added bonus!

the only thing we we're a little disappointed in was the breakfast, not enough fresh fruit , the bananas were almost ready for banana bread other than that we had a very nice stay and would stay there again

This hotel was just fine. The staff were really cordial and pleasant. They had a nice clean pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good, not fancy but just fine. I would recommend this hotel as a fairly-priced, clean and pleasant place to stay.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Our 3rd stay here. No disappointments or unpleasant surprises. Beds comfortable, linen snowy white, lots of big, soft white pillows, parking convenient. breakfast room clean, attended by staff, huge selection of breakfast items, shouldn't disappoint anyone. Stayed before, will stay again, recommended to friends, who also not disappointed.

The staff were amazing and helpful and very curtious. The hotel was close to shopping and restauraunts and the breakfast was good too.

The only complaint I have is our room had a weird smell to it. At first we thought maybe it was the cleaning product. But after entering it again it was almost like a body odor smell. The comforter also had a chunk of nasty on it. We had to roll it off and turn up the heat. Had we not already unpacked we would of asked for a different room. Next time I will. The room also could of used a deeper cleaning. Surface cleaning only is ok for a little while-

We got a great deal through Hotel.com. It was an excellent deal for the price. My only complaint was that the hot tub was down for repairs.

Great price for the night, A bit outdated rooms, but was clean. Breakfast was good and staff was nice.

The hotel was fair but the front desk did not have a clue We asked for a quiet room away from ice machine,pop machine ,stairs, when we arrived at hotel the front desk put us in a room right across from the ice machine and pop machine next to the stairs. We did change to a quieter room but I feel the front desk should be more on the ball when checking reservations.
