It's obviously an older structure which needs some work. We booked this due to the pool and the pet policy both of which worked for us.

hotel was clean and quiet. No problems, I'd stay there again...

Was in town for baseball tournament. The room was clean with all amenities needed, including good beds, all for a very reasonable price.

Very quiet and clean. Easy access to FSU. Would stay again.

The room was clean and it was quiet. We were traveling so just spent the night.

It was great. Clean, accessible. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, including Clifton and his associate. For the price, I had expected much worse but was pleasantly surprised. Very impressed. Great job to all. Thanks.

They dont have a xtra bed if you required. Breakfast very limited

Older facility, but well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable. Placed to eat nearby.

a bit old property but rooms were quiet, clean, beds were comfortable. La Quinta has some quirks like small old towels, things like that...but at $55 for a clean room it's a great value....

Room was not made up when arrived at 9:30 at night. Hallway smelled like feces. Horrible experience!!!

Our stay was a comfortable and pleasureable. Home away from home feel. Front desk did a superb job; check in was quick and staff was curteous. Bed was very comfortable. All in all A+

I usually check with the La Quinta Hotel first , I have stayed at numerous ones all over Florida. I find the Hotel reasonably priced.

Good place to sleep for the rate, but no fridge or microwave in room as there are in other La Quintas. Bought drinks for room, but no where to keep them cold. Breakfast is a joke compared to other hotels. Everything is packaged, even the pancakes and bagles. If you want to sleep cheap, this is it. Otherwise, go to Hampton.

Will not stay here again. First room they put us in smelled so bad of cigarette smoke, we didn't step foot in it! Next room was better but wasn't that clean. Breakfast was another disappointment.

If you like smoke stinch and pet stinch then this is the place for you.

the elevator and coke machine not in service really!!!!!!

The hotel is always clean and staff is courteous and professional. We enjoyed our stay but the bedding on one of the beds did not smell clean and looked somewhat crumpled-- as if someone had already used the bed. We suspect the linens were not changed.

No airport shuttle us promised

I was told from the beginning it was a bad time to go to Tallahassee,due to a game and therefore the rates was higher,I was aware of that much. The room on the other hand, for the price I had to pay, we were very disappointed, no frig or microwave, the condition of the room was run down. AS soon as we walked in i checked for bedbugs! thats how bad....

Got a good deal on the room for an over night stay. Conveniently on noisy Appalachee Pkwy but generally easy to find. Older room but clean considering that it is old.

I stayed in 3 different hotels during this trip. This hotel was close in price, but best overall accommodations for comfort and cleanliness. The room was fresh, clean, had a flat screen TV, and coffee maker. No fridge, microwave or continental b-fast. There were a couple of options for food and convenience store within about a 10 minute walk.

Our stay was fine. The front-desk staff was particularly helpful.

Non smoking romm smelled of smoke.

We were on second floor. The elevator was "scary": Thumped and bumbed. Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Nice Flat screen TV but no channel listing found. There was a big Cross Country running event going on Fridat and Saturday, so lobby was full Saturday morning. My wife put grits in her bowl for breakfast but then could find no water in the jug. Desk clerk said he had no way of getting more. So, breakfast was a disappointment.

This hotel was very clean, location was gr8, and the staff was friendly

We had a clean room with no odor or stale smell that others have complained about. I understand that this is a pet-friendly hotel, and that pets can create a cleanliness problem, but we didn't experience it. The only criticism was that there was a small square of peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. I'd stay here again.

Staff was occupied by other things and was not offered help to take things to room when obviously needed. Had trouble with luggage cart, instead of offering help stood on other levels and laughed. Was placed in back of motel when reservation stated request of close to desk due to traveling alone. Staff were rude and appeared prejudice toward me(elderly) and felt racial prejudice being white. Very bad experience, fearful in night for safety of vehicle with only 2 other vehicles parked around me in the back of motel.

The hotel is not fancy, but the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Just fine for a football weekend.

After driving 13 hours and being behind schedule it was wonderful to have the gentlemen at the desk say 'you must be christina'...we were all set to head to our room. Great rooms, pet friendly, it was a great overnight stay.

Breakfast was good - lots of selection. Please make sure you inform guests upon check-in that breakfast times are different M-F than they are Sat and Sun.

the hotel was nice. our oom was huge. the only 2 things I would have to say negative is- the room ac unit was very loud and the breakfast is just a continental breakfast
