Red Lion Hotel Pasco - pxeu

3161 is the worst room in the hotel, especially when Charlie's Produce backs up at 5 a:m and starts the engines and keeps them cranking all morning. That was NOt a pleasant experience.

I have stayed there before. Convenient to Pasco Airport

Stayed here a night, very clean, has everything you need within a mile. Grocery store down the road, food and booze within the hotel.If I find myself in the Tri-Cities area for business again I will stay here.

The place is beautiful and luxurious. But if your hungry, you better have a car. My flight was postponed till next day and took shuttle to hotel. Needed dinner and had to walk one mile in the freezing cold to find places to eat. Also, the pillows are those really soft ones....I'm not a fan. Breakfast looked and smelled great....but wasn't included in my reservation. The room was clean and mattress was comfortable.

Great service. And great bar is a place to enjoy and relax.

Large room, double bathroom sinks, view of pool. Good TV, weak cable channels. Good airport shuttle. Cottage cheese ceiling, icemaker down the hall did not work, room not cleaned one out of 4 days, breakfast not included and very expensive. We probably will not return.

It was not good at all. I checked in and went to the room and there was a terrible noise coming from what sounded like the pipes. I called the front desk and they said they woudl check it out. An hour later the noise was just as bad and I called the front desk again and was told they had recieved dn ce2htey eh eocE

It was a convient location. They appear to be remodeing. Some of the long term tenents are too loud.

We stay here every three weeks while passing through as our half way point. Staff is very polite and breakfasts are delicious and reasonable.

Two things that bothered us. Why would a hotel not have automatic doors? We struggled with our heavy luggage and opening not one door but two to get into the hotel. The second thing was, we stayed in at least 8 different hotels this trip and yours was the nicest place but the worst shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. The bottles were so small only one person could use it and they were the worst quality. Would have thought a place as nice as yours could have provided a little better quality. Other than that great place

I wasn't there very long but I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff I met. the only complaint I would have was not getting the wake up call I needed at 3 am

We liked our stay very much. The only disappointing thing was the slow service from the kitchen. We were not there during a busy time. Staff was friendly and the food delicious.

Rooms are outdated and walls are very thin. You can hear surrounding rooms conversatoins.

Carpets were dirty, and as a result the hotel smelled bad, especially the elevators. The lack of attention to cleanliness overwhelmed everything else.

I am 100% impressed with the problem solving approach of Zac at the desk who took care of a significant problem we had when a foreign guest missed her flight. When I come to the Pasco airport I intend to always use the Red Lion Motel and will recommend it to anyone who asks!

My overall experience of the stay was not great. First my room key did not work. Then my room did not have a desk chair and then I tried calling the frontdesk and no one answered the phone for hours. I had to go downstairs. I tried taking a bath that night and found hair all over the bathtub. The next day when housekeeping cleaned up my room, I found hair in the towel.

Our room was bottom level facing the pool. We enjoyed the pool area. Room was clean. Closet and bathroom could use some updating. The staff was nice. Left a ring and called next day they had ring. Mailed it that day.

Had to ask for the rollaway bed and then when we got it, it was awful-Springs sticking out. Front desk people seemed put out when you asked for something. The room was clean but the halls were hot and stuffy. Stayed at the Hilton garden Inn on way back-MUCH BETTER CHOICE and cheaper!

Very enjoyable stay, close to everything, easy access to room, it was a first floor room so parking was outside the door. very nice coffee , microwave and frig in a stand.

Older hotel. Rooms have been updated and aren't too bad. The location is extremely convenient. It's a long distance from the front desk to the room. The staff was short handed when I checked in so the process of checking in wasn't the best. Overall it was a lackluster experience.

It was great for brief over night stay

The Red Lion Hotel in El Paso was an hotel that met the basic requirements for an overnight stay. The room overlooked the parking lot. The main resturant was closed so we had to eat at the bar on bar stools. Satisfactory here should be taken to mean that it meet what we were looking for during this phase of the trip; nothing bad but nothing outstanding; met expectations. Thank you.

This hotel is a little dated. Clean, but just shabby. Did not like Pasco at all!

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable, and room was clean and nicely updated. Ended up in a handicap room which was a first, Overall very happy with this hotel

I loved it, Red Lion is the only spot for me.

Very clean but not located near any resturants. Food from hotel is expensive......very good, but expensive. Hotel is quite. Air conditioning in room was marginal, but that was due to a mechanical problem. I didn't feel like moving so just opened a window at night and lived with it.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Red Lion Hotel Pasco. Airport transport excellent.

They definetly put more money and maintenance into their lobby area, restaurants and entry. While the room was clean and adequate the AC had a broken knob so you couldnt turn it on (we borrowed the knob from our other partys room) then we did turn it on and it was so squeeky we couldnt stand to listen to it! Other than the AC needing oil and maintenance before the hot season is there to stay the rest was great.

Fresh smelling sheets, a comfortable bed, quiet and darkening curtains helped me to sleep in a strange bed. Friendly hotel service delivered wash clothes when the maid forgot to leave some in bathroom. Shower curtains should be replaced to keep water in tub....I mopped up a lot of water on floor after showers. Overall a great experience and nothing difficult to report.

The lock on the door was loose. We stayed in a pet friendly room and it seemed that they dont really take care of these rooms like they would a room that did not allow pets. Maybe if the floors inside were laminate it would feel cleaner.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you are flying out of the Tri-Cities Airport. You can leave your car parked at the hotel and save significantly on airport parking fees. (They do charge a one-time $25 fee to park at the hotel, but that's way better than what you pay at the airport over several days.) The hotel shuttle starts at 4:30 a.m. (no joke when you have to be at the aiport by 5 a.m. to get through security) and when you return you just pick up the courtesy phone (located next to baggage claim) and ask for a ride back from the airport to the hotel.

Always stay here when I leave from Pasco airport. So close you could walk to airport but free shuttle is wonderful. If you stay one night at the hotel you get free parking for the entire length of your plane trip. Great, clean, quiet rooms.

I would have given it 5 stars but we got the side of the hotel facing the freeway and each room has a sliding glass door which allows a lot of traffic noise in...lucky we sleep with a fan on for white noise or we would have never gotten to sleep! Other than that it's a great hotel!
