Quality Inn - בלו ספרינגס

There were a number of things overlooked; dirty counter/desk tops, broken ironing board, loose hooks and handles, doors off of tracks.

Several hairs in and around the tub showed it had not been cleaned. We were given another room, but I had doubts whether that tub had been cleaned. I saw one hair in it and the lever for the shower was left pulled up. When I clean a tub, I make sure that lever is down before I start cleaning. I would never stay there again. Carpet in the elevator was filthy as well.

Friendly and accommodating. I only stayed one night after a long day of driving, and they didn't have a problem securing me a last minute room. I don't know the area very well, but there was a lot around it; lots of shops and restaurants. Plus it's only about 10 minutes from Arrowhead and Kauffman stadiums.

When renovatiopns are complete this will be a great value

Undergoing renovation - dust and little bits of debris throughout the hallway. 'Hot' breakfast very limited. Very noisy late night at my end of the hallway - dorrs slamming, people yelling and running down the hall and stairs.

Bed spread had holes from cigarette burns.

If you aren't looking for anything fancy then I would recommend this hotel. It's your basic hotel. The room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. We got in later in the evening and didn't want to go back out for dinner so we ordered pizza that was delivered right to our room. The continental breakfast was average but we aren't all that picky. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable. Third floor was being renovated, so stairwell was dirty.

Check in was smooth. The room was clean. The room phone did not work our entire stay. The TV kept going off and on. Both problems were reported to front desk and nothing was done. Bathroom tiny. We had a microwave and no refrigerator even tho there was a place for one. Mattress too soft. Breakfast items were cold. Cold eggs are not good. Pool small. There are signs all over motel stating new room design/furniture is coming soon. We have been staying at this same motel for 10+ years and it is going down hill fast. We will not stay here again.

This was the dirtiest, most run down hotel I have ever stayed at. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread (and it was supposedly a smoke free room). The smoke detector was missing and wires were hanging from the ceiling where it was supposed to be. Definitely not impressed and won't be staying there again while in town for business.

it was disgusting. We found hair (not the kind from your head) in our ice bucket, soap scum in the bath tub, no toilet paper in the room. I could go on and on. We ended up getting a full refund.

Hotel advertises free high speed wireless internet. Internet did not work well at all. Would connect for a few seconds then spend 20 minutes trying to reconnect. I fianlly gave up on it.

Room was decent. Bathroom door barely cleared the toilet. Not enough room in bathroom. Decent beds. Bedding could be updated. Staff was polite, and attentive. Pool was unavailable, being resurfaced. Big disappointment for the kids. The hallway smelled of smoke. Site was quite except for highway traffic. Parking lot needs to be fixed, big holes. Overall, an OK experience.

I stay at Quality Inn, Blue Springs almost every month on work visits. I was impressed from my first visit with the cozy B'fast area, the cleanliness of the room, and with above expected furnishings, including a comfortable bed. It is a very good value hotel. I have only two gripes: the location, it is kind of awkward to get into, and location by highway, so may notice traffic noise depending. The other is at check in, every month they ask to make a copy of my id. If you do not plan frequenting, probably not an issue to you.

Toilet leaked, tub leaked water, tiles in bathroom cracked, dead bugs on the floor in the lobby, room number on phone said 112, we were in room 306...way too much chlorine in pool, pool had a ring around it, back parking lot had HUGE holes in it with rebar visible. The entire experience was less than good and it would appear whoever ownes the hotel, could care less about it's condition. The only good comment, is it was directly off I70, which was good for my travel plans. However, I will NOT ever stay there again.

first impression was not good as parking lot was full of deep potholes...pool and jacquizzi area was in need of a new paint job...free breakfast was limited....fix these problems and it would be ok

I had stayed there before, and it was OK. This time everyone working there were just plain rude. It was in no-way a plesant experience.

Hotel was decent. The hotel needs to be freshened up with new beds and tvs and the like but overall for the money not a bad deal.

To say this hotel had seen better days is an understatement. The shower didn't work properly. The tile in the bathroom was cracked and in need of repair. The entire hotel had an air of shabbiness. The plus side was that the bedding seemed clean.

When we went to our first room it smelled like smoke so we moved to a new room. In the second room the TV didn't work so we moved to our third room. The staff was very friendly and eager to help us. It was annoying to switch rooms 3 times, but we finally got settled. This was a hotel where you definitely wouldn't want to walk around in bare feet. We were only there for one night thankfully. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy but it served its purpose.

I would stay at the Quality Inn Kansas City/Blue Springs again!

Hotel needs alot of updating. the pool needs repainted, the rooms are out of date. Breakfast was just ok. on check in the desk clerk was more worried about facebook then checking me in.

Service was very good. After a heavy rain two days before checking out the carpet around the window was wet and the room smelled moldy. All clothing on hangers got moldy. It seems the problem had happened before.

We just need a hotel that for sleeping overnight.. Good Location close to I70 for our road trip and good neighbour hood. This is a perfect spot... We got the beds, quitet room, ice machine.. The cleaniness and welcome athmosphere rate about3... but the staff personality and smile and willing to help are rated 5 :) Breakfast quality is so so.. but not bad.. we like Deny'is and they next door :)

Our room was very nice, the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great and nothing came close to running low. The manager and his staff couldn't have been more helpful or hospitable. The attitude of the manager and all of the staff we met was the best we have seen in a hotel. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone staying in the Kansas City area.

room smelled like smoke but price was great. Good location to surrounding attractions. Staff was friendly except the breakfast staff member(male).
