went for a weekend get away. Hotel was amazing. Its close to s cute shopping center, D&B, and so much more. We had a blast.

Love the ducks! Room was gorgeous. Staff was not so friendly.

I love this hotel and would definitely come back. a couple suggestions though. One, the pool furniture needs to be spruced up and the spa was not hot. And with $9 for a cup of coffee from room service, its time to put machines in the rooms guys. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.

The hotel is massive and is a nice romantic getaway. You need more than one night to take full advantage of all the amenities. Be sure to do valet because the self parking is like an exodus through Jerusalem! (Especially in heels)

We loved this hotel. Great rate. Great pool & spa! Will stay here again. The duck march is so cute too. The kids loved it.

The hotel is good so is the location (tourist attractions). But a room is a room. Club level rooms are the same as the cheaper rooms. Just free snacks. I guess they could be used as meals

Couldn't be better!

Attempted to check in at the begining of check in time and line was out the door and moved very slow after 20 mins and not moving five feet we left to be at our event ontime. Returned at 10 pm and line still long and took 45 mins to get checked in. Worst check in expreince I have ever had. Had to change clothes in the parking lot since we couldn't get into our room. The rest of the hotel was great and very clean. No complaints outside of check in.

my fiance and friends stayed over for the night. additional charge was added for something they did not use or was available. Room described as "middle of the road" but I guess that what you get for a highly discounted room.

Nice, clean, decorations and colors a little outdated but overall great quality..

We only stayed at the hotel 1 night but I wish it would have been longer! The hotel was definitely one of the best I have every stayed at. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we are in Orlando.

I felt like I was pledging for a fraternity when dealing with the front desk superior attitudes. They were not pleasant and really didn't care to here any kind of deviations. The older small bar in the older side of the building had anger issue staff members. The waitress refused to serve my table. Bartender did not give a last call warning. Did not care. Can't knock the pool and valet. They were very nice.

Great Hotel.

I've stayed in many hotels around Orlando and had been looking forward to one day staying at the Peabody. This week I did and I felt a bit let down. The hotel was lovely and clean, the employees were very friendly but given the price and star rating, I expected more. In particular, the bathrooms were so small that I couldn't even close/open the door if the bathmat was down because it would get caught under the door. There was no hook for a robe, no robe, no counter space to place anything and no fan. I couldn't even dress in the bathroom it was so small. In addition, the air conditioning seemed to work only sporadically in one of our rooms. It just wasn't what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The food at the B-Line diner was sub-par (on both days we tried) as was the service. That said, the pool and water slide was a big hit with the kids, the ducks were a joy to see, the concierge was great, and the location can't be beat.

always find the staff friendly and helpful, the honesty of the housekeeper team are without doubt the very best I have seen.

The hotel has wonderful amenities, the spa, the pools, the restaurants, the DUCKS! How fun! You can get to any attraction easily, but you don't even have to leave to have a great time.

We had a great time. The pool side service was excellent. You can't go wrong at the Peabody. Watching the ritual of the ducks parade into the fountain was funny and cute.

We were exhibiting at the convention center and this was right across the street. It's a very nice hotel and everything was great. Highly recommended.

If you want a hotel with 1500 rooms and you don't mind impersonal service, this place is for you. The hotel has great amenities and the location is convenient to shopping on International Drive as well as theme parks in the area and is connected to the convention center. My double room was so-so in decor and the bathroom was not all that clean upon check in. The toilet sometimes didn't flush and the toilet seat was broken. I asked for assistance and in the 4 nights I stayed, no one ever fixed either/or. Checking in or any interaction with the front desk, for that matter, was difficult at best due to long lines (hey, with 1500 rooms during spring break what did I expect?) I asked and was turned down when I requested to upgrade my room as well as getting a late checkout. Because I like to end on a positive note, the pool area was very nice and there is a good selection of places to eat on the property. Overall, I was underwhelmed.

The hotel itself was awesome. The front desk staff were not friendly. The day I checked in, their systems went down. They told me to wait around and they would call me when they came back up. One and a half hours went by and I never received a call. After watching several guests check in, I walked up and requested a status update. The young lady rudely told me she had just arrived at work, dismissed my concern and proceeded to ask me if I was ready to check in or not. Had I been dressed up or had a different appearance, instead of being in my travel clothes, I wonder if I would've received better service?.....

self parking is a problem- far away & they give you a problem leaving your car in front for 10 min to load/unload your luggage

The room is large and clean. Everything is great but you need to pay extra for the services they listed. extra service fee for free bottle of water, internet, shuttle bus, etc. I was unhappy because i thought they are free before. The price is fair though.

My son and I had a wonderful time at Peabody. I will definitely love to stay there next time m in Orlando !

I have stayed here couple times before they renovated. Great place, great pools. My only complaints were one hot tub was out of order, other hot tub had young kids and babies in it. Couldn't enjoy it. Was fight between patrons at large pool. Very uncomfortable environment since my kids were there. When I checked in, they never let bell hop know my room, so we waited 2 hours for luggage and had to call 3 times. Tv in bathroom mirror was my favorite part of room! Food and service at cafe was great for breakfast.

I only stayed one night but everything about the hotel was fantastic. The pool and spa were amazing. I will definitely be going back with my family again soon and staying longer!

Excellent hotel all around - service and people were amazing, the kids LOVED the pools, and so did we! Can't wait to come back!

I would definitely stay again! Loved the children's pool area. Top quality everything. Two things I didn't really like but can overlook in next visit. One the front desk clerk was unfriendly, like he was bothered by having to have to check me in. Other one is that the pool is far from room and have to pass by front desk before and after pool usage. That's it, it's a top hotel in my book.

Nice hotel but right in the middle of I-drive which makes it convenient to restaurants but has lots of traffic all day/night. Pool is nice but overcrouded for the size of the hotel. Overall it was nice and clean.

The Peabody is a very nice and beautiful hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. It's a huge hotel with several restaurants and bars, and more than 1 pool and hottub. It's also very centrally located. The TV in the bathroom was also very cool. However, when we originally called the hotel to book our Universal Studio focused vacation, we inquired as to a shuttle service, so that we wouldn't have to pay for parking. We were told, during 2 separate phone calls, that there was, in deed a shuttle service to Universal Studios from the hotel, that would be included in our stay. However, upon checking in, we were informed that there is no shuttle service. The only shuttle service available does not go as far as Universal. In addition to that, we had to pay for parking at the hotel, and at Universal each day, which ended up costing us an additional $100. I probably would not stay at this hotel again just because of the inconvenience and that we were not told this information when asked.

nice pool - liked the diner restaurant

The staff were wonderful, even upgrading our room when I mentioned that I had never been there before. The pool is amazing and there are great restaurant just a 5 minute walk away. My husband and I spent all day there and were very content.
