Once we found the hotel, the location was very, very good. The room for the 3 of us was a good size and comfortable. The staff was helpful.

Delightful little hotel close to Rue Royale, Champs Elysees, Metro, and great little restaurants. On site breakfast was nice. Very pleasant staff. The downside was it is in a very expensive neighborhood.

Hotel Alison is a small boutique hotel extremely well located in the heart of Paris. All the Parisian sites are within walking distance. The hotel is decorated in a trendy modern style with numerous modern paintings. Our double room was small, clean & comfortable. The bath was huge & well appointed. We eat breakfast all 3 mornings at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating, pleasant & helpful. The neighborhood had great restaurants & upscale shopping. I will stay here again when I return to Paris.

As a single female, I felt very safe and comfortable at the Alison and in the area where it is located. The staff is very helpful and polite. If you like to run, it's in a perfect location. I would recommend it most definitely and would stay there again.

My room was very slanted and tiny but reception staff were helpful as they spoke English.

The locvation was very convenient to the sights of Paris (Champs d'Elysses etc.) and to the Metro subway. Room was compact but clean and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and spoke English well.

Great location! Rooms are small but we manage, the bathroom was a good size and the location is a 10 plus rating. We walked everywhere from the hotel and the neighborhood was safe and well lighted. Lots of restaurants to have breakfast close by we only had breakfast the first day in our room and was very well served , reg. continental breakfast for $11 euros per person a block down we found a rest. with coffe and toast for $6 less food but we did not need more since we like to have a good lunch. The front desk employees were very nice and profesional .Overall we find our stay in this hotel very nice and will book it again went we go back.

Good hotel, fair price, helpful front desk, excellent location.

This hotel was in a great location for what I needed to do and where I needed to be. however the lift shaft ran on up the wall of my room and so it was very noisy all night. Also the roof in the bathroom was slanted making washing my hair in the shower virtually impossible without soaking the whole bathroom. This wasn't helped by a lack of shower curtain.

Hotel Alison is close to many of the Paris sites, with only about a five minute walk to the nearest Metro station. Our room was very clean and larger than most double rooms in Europe. The hotel staff was friendly, and we enjoyed our stay.

Basic, clean and convenient to metro stops and key sights

Perfect for an overnight stay when travelling alone and only need a bed which was a very comfortable king single.

Hotel was exactly what we were looking for! In a great location close to many major landmarks in Paris but at the same time not too expensive. Room was clean and bathroom modern. Would highly recommend Hotel Alison!

Great location in the 8th arrondissment. Hotel room was small (like most in Paris), but clean and comfortable. Only thing that was strange was the lack of outlets -- the only one I could find was the one in the bathroom to power up my devices. Wi-fi did seem to work well though.

Good hotel for the price

Amazing for a 3* hotel. So clean and quiet, location is great and staff responsive and helpful. Wifi is free which is great for business travelers, and lots of great free magazines and newspapers. Value for money is really great!

The hotel is close to many great sights and is the perfect location for visitors. Though close to all, the street is very quiet. The hotel room was small but had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Also close to the shuttle/bus that goes to the airport (CDG/Roissy). Overall great hotel and definitely worth the stay.

it was a very good hotel from where you can explore the city. easy to reach by car.

Everything was good with this hotel. It is on a quiet street. Bed is decently comfortable. service was good. Breakfast is small and is $11 Euro. Might want to skip that.

American Couple in our late 20s - Hotel Alison was a great little hotel very close to the Champs Elysees and the Place de la Concorde. Incredibly easy to hop on the Metro at Madeline or Concorde and very easy walking distance to many major sights. Nice quiet street, safe area of Paris. Rooms were average size and beds were comfortable (especially for European hotel standards). Hotel safe included with a euro deposit returned to you at the end of your stay. Windows open wide for good air flow and the shower was very clean. I would definitely recommend for couples or families that want to be close to it all!

I am a solo traveller so a hotel in a safe location close to the sights and transport is important. Hotel Alison was a lovely little hotel and I was able to walk to the Champs Elysees, The Louvre, Opera House and more easily. There is a train station nearby so for the longer journeys you can hop on there and get a connection. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were helpful and friendly, they were also more than happy to speak English as my French is very limited. I would definitely stay there again if I'm lucky enough to Travel to this beautiful city again.

My wife and I and our two daughters (aged 14 and 8) stayed at the hotel during our family vacation in Paris. The hotel was fantastic. We stayed at the family room which consisted of two jointly connected rooms. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned. Service at the front desk was wonderful. The location was just perfect - a quiet street just off Madeleine, literally a few minutes walk from Place de La Concorde, the Champs Elysee and the Opera.

Well u can't expect a sizable room in Paris hotels. It is big enough for one person but a bit squashed for two. Location of this hotel is great, handy to get anywhere in Paris. It is on a quiet street (over the weekend as the primary school opposite the school is closed). Room is very clean. Would go bak again.

Hotel Alison was great for my requirements. I had the double room with shower, it was on level 6 and had a small balcony - very good for the price. The neighbourhood is very safe (expensive shops and embassy's surrounding) and it takes no time at all to get to all the major sites of Paris. Only thing missing is the personality you get in some of the outer suburbs. My only complaint about the room is that it was a little hot in the middle of summer. Recommended for sure.

Quiet small hotel in business district, functional and clean. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Spotlessly clean. Breakfast worth the extra cost. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to the Roissey bus to the airport which is the best way to go for the price! All around very pleased with our stay at The Hotel Alison.

Had a great stay, everything was clean and convenient. Paris is expensive so it's not cheap, but that's to be expected. The hotel is in a quiet but very central neighbourhood near lots of expensive shops on Rue de Faubourg and the Champs Elysees. I would stay again.

Perfect hotel for those who wants to explore Paris and not spend the entire day in the hotel room. Rooms were a bit small for two people with suitecases etc. Reglardless of that the hotel was perfect for our need. We needed a place close to the center, shopping, and attractions. And to a reasonable price. Bathrooms were perfect, almost new, and rooms were also good standards, except from the size. If you like to sleep long during the weekdays, be aware of the school located on the other side of the road. The kids are a bit noisy...

Reception staff were very helpful and our room was ready when we arrived around midday. Our friends didn't like their room as it was a top floor room which hadn't been renovated. They asked to be moved and without a fuss were given a good room which had been updated. The room was very clean. The bar in reception was non-existent. Location of hotel very good, close to the Louvre, Opera and Champs Elysees . Also within walking distance of Printemps and Galleries la Fayette department stores. Our room was compact but with a large king size bed and a good bathroom. The wardrobe was very small if you are staying more than a few nights. The breakfast was reasonably priced compared to cafes outside but we would have preferred a buffet breakfast. We would definitely stay at the Alyson again for its convenience and very reasonable price.

Great location in heart of Madeleine. Super clean. Nice breakfast room. Small room but the space was well utilized. Staff was attentive even if not especially warm and friendly. No mini-bar or room service (other than beverages). Excellent price, cleanliness and location make it perfect for 3-day business trips.

+: very good location just a few minutes walk off Champs Elysees, decent *** place, good price for quality, friendly staff, clean rooms, we were there over a week-end and all rooms were quiet then (there is a school opposite the hotel) -: breakfast was not inlcuded in price and basic (no buffet), room size was decent for the double room but a bit small for the single room (apparently this is normal for this category in Paris)

Great area. Great staff. Clean larger style room. So peaceful and quiet in the heart of Paris. Easy to walk anywhere Staff at reception helped us with all our needs and questions about Paris. Such a high standard for such an amazing price! Check it out! Our choice and recommendation for those going to Paris...

This hotel was absolutely superb! The staff were all helpful and friendly and had excellent English - which was great since my French is non existent! Our room was more spacious than expected, and very modern and clean. The rate was also the most reasonable I could find in Paris. Location is superb as it is just a short walk to champs de élysées and a metro station. Would absolutely reccomend and would certainly stay again :)

I am almost afraid to give this hotel a positive review - I don't want it to be fully booked the next time I go to Paris! I cannot say enough about the perfect location of this hotel. It could not be better. Enough said. The staff is helpful and friendly, the wifi is free and reliable, and the neighborhood is upscale and safe. (It's also got a convenient little shop across the street for getting water and other essentials for your room.) The rooms are small, but that's Paris: You're not there to hang out in your room all day. They're decorated nicely enough, and impeccably clean. In short, this is astounding value for money, and I cannot wait to return.

I arrived in Paris on the Roissybus from CDG to Opera and was taking a train the following morning from St Lazare, so this hotel was in an ideal location (10min walk from both). It is not, however, such a great location for neighbourhood restaurants/cafes, since the immediate area is mostly devoted to fancy shops. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, modern, and overall extremely pleasant. The hotel has free wifi and there is a computer in the lobby that you can use for a few euros per hour. I did not have breakfast there. I'd say the hotel offered value for money and I would stay there again if I wanted to be on that side of Paris.

This is a nice hotel-especially suited for a short stay. It was clean and stylish, staff was fairly helpful and our room was neat and comfortable. The hotel is on a quiet side street. However, there is an elementary school across the street, so if you plan on staying in your room in the afternoon (why would you in Paris!) it could be loud at recess. We checked in at 2 pm and the kids were at play outside. We would stay here again-great little hotel at a great price.

Nice location, good service. My room was on the third floor facing elementary school on quite street. It is very noisy, during the school breaks. No air-conditioning so you have to keep the window open to get some fresh air but then you get the noise from the school. When you flush the toilet close the top because you will get an unexpected splash from it. Overall it is a good choice for the price.

Hotel Alison is an excellent hotel in a quiet, central location within walking distance of famous landmarks e.g. Place de La Concorde, Le Louvre, Le Champs Elysées etc. Access to airport bus is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is well maintained and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a problem printing our boarding passes and the receptionist did everything in his power to help us solve the problem. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Very polite, english speaking desk. Renovated bathroom. Bedroom is not huge (3x4m).
