Excellent experience. Very, very quiet. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Will use again= )

Overall the hotel was ok. Stayed there due to early flight from Pitts. airport. We chose it because it had a complimentary shuttle to the airport, and the price compared to others who had a shuttle. Pros: Large room, plenty of towels, clean. Cons: Bed was not comfortable, bathroom fan sounded like one of the jets from the airport was taking off.

Rooms were impeccably clean. Bathroom small, but spotless. Excellent food in dining room. Complimentary (plentiful) breakfast.

The staff was very accomodating.

Air freshener cannot disguise a smoke saturated room

We stayed at the hotel after flying into Pittsburgh late at night. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. Excellent customer service and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. They also have a late night shuttle for airport pick-up. Thank you, Quality Inn of Pittsburgh for a great start to our vacation.

This hotel room was everything you would want or need, but at an affordable price. Granted, there were not a lot of options for breakfast, it was still very sufficient. The front staff was terrific (Thanks, Anita!) and the room was clean and cozy. The free shuttle to the airport was nice as well. I would stay here again without a doubt!

The Hotel was very comfortable and clean and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. However, not having a lounge where one can just relax was disappointing. The Pub & Grill beside the Hotel was disgusting, not appealing and not a place I would go into.

Excellent I couldn't have been happier. Breakfast was amazing. Full breakfast with eggs and bacon. Very clean. Desk attendants were accommodating Will Stay again.

Clean rooms and friendly staff-Good sausage patties

I was there to attend a funeral and the staff could not have been more sympathetic or helpful with all my requests - they even let me have a late check-out to accomodate the timing of the end of the service on Monday. It was also most helpful that they found me a very reliable taxi service to get me to and from my appts. They even ordered a sandwich to be delivered for me to accomodate my schedule.

Too close to Rt22/30 and you can hear the traffic very well. This is an old building that could need new windows and doors for better noise insulation.

Liked that they accept pets, but it's too bad that the trade-off is that you have to stay in one of the "smoking" rooms. Really good breakfast and attendants were alert to refilling items immediately.

worked very well for us since our dogs were welcomed guests........our daughter has moved to the area so we plan on more visits.........will stay at the comfort inn............thank you...........

the restaurant and lounge do not seem to be open. The entrance is poorly marked and difficult to get to! We went to dinner and drove back in a driving rainstorm, and couldn't turn left into the parking lot due to the concrete barriers in the median. Once we found the parking lot however, the staff was cordial, the room was fine, the beds were more comfortable than I would have expected, the breakfast buffet was adequate, and the price was reasonable.

Room was a little pricy for the condition of the hotel and the amenities offered.

We were attending a conference at the airport hotel for several days and really just needed a place to crash at night. Our room was clean which is what is most important to me. Breakfast was free and about what you expect for the typical free breakfasts. Staff was very nice and helpful with things like directions and how to get the airport shuttle. If we had kids along or were not just there at night, we would have missed having a pool.
