Travelodge Hotel Calgary Airport - קלגרי

The building and rooms are reasonable. One elevator was broken down when I checked in. The next day it was fixed, but I think both elevators still need to be replaced or overhauled in a major way. WIFI was a good connection.

A real dump, room cleanliness was marginal, it was overpriced and service was non existent. It felt like u were inconveniencing them by being there. I would never return

Smelly rooms, dirty corridors, rude front desk staff, all nestled in the ghetto of Calgary NE... It really deserves a half star rating...

Check in was okay, 10 minute line. Rooms are below average and in dire need of a renovation. Heat in room did not work. Overpriced and under serviced.

It is convenient to the airport, offering shuttle service to and from. Could use a little upgrading in the rooms and have better restaurant facilities

The heating was a problem in my room and when I asked for an extra blanket from the reception, the guy said come and get it as he could not leave the reception and there was no one availble to get it to your room or he can change the room. I had to change the room at 11pm in the night! Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

i did not like the stay at all there and i will not stay there again.the walls are to thin and the very nosey

Very poor customer service.

I had to wait an hr and a half for the shuttle so in turn I missed being able to eat at the hotel restaurant and nothing was really in walking distance and the staff could not give me decent enough directions to get to any restaurant that was in walking distance but on the upside the room was cozy and and clean

Hotel was tidy but rooms V V basic it really didn't feel nice rooms where clean don't get me wrong but not the normal travelodge standard by far! Location was ok walking distance to few restaurants and shopping mall.

Was surprised that it seemed quite run down although the bathroom was fine and the bed comfortable enough but the room was boiling hot when we got there and when we told them about it at checkout they sluffed it off.

Although a bit apprehensive about staying here, I did anyway and I have to say it was most comfortable. Clean and quiet....the only thing was I found the room a little cold and I could not control the heat..but the bed was very warm so all was good1

I would not stay in this hotel again. The hallways and elevators were not clean and a bit run down. The rooms were extremely small. We barely had room to put our two large suitcases on the floor and open them. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They were prompt with the shuttle to and from the airport. For the cost of the room I would certainly stay elsewhere. Staff were accomodating.

As a smoker, I am happy to find a hotel that allows it, and it was a pleasant surprise to find the room so nice & not smelling of smoke at all. It was clean & everyone was pleasant.

the room stunk like a cigarette butt. the bed was as hard as a rock. we gave a 50 dollar deposit on our visa and thought it would be reversed the next morning after checking our bank account we found out after phoning the hotel that it would take up to 3 days for our money to be returned. there were always people smoking close to the hotel entrance it made us sick. when we returned from our a holiday people were still smoking outside of the hotel entrance. our room was cold as ice. staff started making noise at 7 o'clock in the morning keeping us awake. we pre paid for our room months ago and were not told about the 50 dollar deposit being required guests at your hotel should be more informed about what is going on the rules and regulations. your staff should be able to communicate with people better than what they do, they were very hard to understand and could not speak English very well. we will not be staying at this location anymore and will not be able to give any kind of a recommendation other than a poor 1

Absolutely terrible. Alarm off in middle of night (apparently this is frequent). Never a smile from front desk nor even addressing all the people in lobby during alarm. Room dirty. Basic cleaning. Lightbulbs missing, chipped sink, stained ceiling in bathroom (mold??) Few good channels on TV, low selection of movies but worst was attitude of front desk people. No one ever spoke to you, nary a good morning (and I was there 3 nights). Restaurant staff was very pleasant but very limited choice. Face plates on switches absolutely filthly (take your lysol!!)

we would never stay here again. When I booked our stay on the 1800number the operator told me our parking for our two week vacation was free. When we arrived at hotel we were informed that there was a 30 dollar charge per week. Went to get ice,ice machine was not working. We asked for a wake up call for 2 30 am as we had to be at the air port at 3am We did not receive call. We called for airport Shuttle to go back to hotel from our vacation. They didnot answer phone so we ended up taking a taxi that cost us another 35 dollars. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS HOTEL

My room key didn't work in the door so everytime I needed to leave, I would have to get the hotel manager to open the door for me when I returned. There were stains on the walls, lamps and carpets. I stayed in a smoking room and there were tons of cigarette burns in the bed spread and holes in the bed cover. The bathroom had stains on the ceiling and the tub looked dirty. The window did not lock so I used hangers to keep anyone from opening them from the outside. It was a scary place to stay. Oddly enough, the bed was comfortable. I would not stay at this hotel ever again.

Not a great place to stay to begin with but we only ended up staying for 2 hours..by the time the shuttle picks you up it takes them a 1/2 an hour to get there 20 minutes to get to the hotel to find out that you cant leave the time you want on the shuttle because it was fully booked so its a totally waste of money they refuse to give you a cab voucher even though there service is full they should state that so people know these things... I just wanna say stay else where it is dissapointing..which resulted in having to get up 1 1/2 hours early just to get back to the airport to be on time also only runs every hour.thanks

Time for an upgrade. An old, shabby, tired looking hotel.

I WENT TO LOOK OUT THE WINDOW TO CHECK THE WEATHER AND A MAN WAS URINATING ON THE SIDEWALK BETWEEN BUILDINGS

Entrance of Hotel looks great along with the lobby. But once you walk past check in and into the main floor, It was small, plain, and had a worn out feeling to it. The portible AC unit was broke! A very stuffy night. the beds were really broken down and very soft. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Parking lot was packed. Unfortunarely this was the only hotel that was available by the airport that night. Other than the front entrance, this hotel needs a updated remodel. It's basically a typical truck stop hotel.

location great, room clean, service excellent. room too hot, electrical outlets did not work, had to carry coffee machine to bathroom for hydro.

Stay was pleasant and the hotel staff were helpful

Convienient location, very helpful staff, reasonably priced.

This property looked great from the outside. Sadly it appears exceedingly worn in all regards. Nothing more to say, other than it sure was deceiving.

Will not stay there again, hotel in poor condition and staff is poorly trained on proper service for guest

AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE ROOMS NEED TO BE UPDATED. MY HUSBAND FOUND A BUG ON THE BED.

The hotel and staff were terrible. I stayed four 4 nights. My room was not cleaned 2 of those nights and when I mentioned this to reception staff they looked at me as if to say "What is your problem". No coffee and shampoo in room several days.

Bed comfortable. Room very small and settee behind the TV! Given a disability room for some reason. Served our needs for just one night.

There was a bag of garbage on the floor outside the neighboring room the entire time we were there. The pool was so cold that even myself (having rown up in the north) couldn't go swimming. The air conditioner was so worn out it did no good. the window only opened up 2 inches, making the room extremely stuffy. The room card keys had to be reset every time we used them. Beds were old and sagging in the middle. On the up side, the staff was very friendly and congenial. The room itself was clean, plenty of towels. Location was pretty good for being in a light industrial area. There was plenty of shopping and estaurants nearby without having to go onto the main highway. Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good convenient location for me and anyone wanting to be near downtown and the airport. The hotel condition is average but the price is right.

time to upgrade the cable, bathrooms, door locks, air conditioner and the pool wow cold.

Staff was wonderful, as is location to airport. Rooms need updating. Had to rewire the room with extension cords to get air conditioning working as the outlets near by didn't work. I'd suggest checking out the functionality before committing.

We couldn't sleep because it was way too warm in the room and that with the A/C.
