Didn't like this hotel. Floor felt lumpy and sponge. Everything looke out dated. On the plus side staff was super friendly and breakfast was nice :-)

It was close and convenient to a meeting that I attended.

Our room had a strong odour of disinfectant or deodorizer. There was pet excrement all over the front entrance walkway and the room furniture was shabby. Our request for another room yielded a slightly improved result. This hotel needs to be completely renovated or torn down.

The beds were very comfortable and we liked having the extra pillows. The ironing board was broken but we reported it. The breakfast was good but some hot dishes were finished and not replenished and we would have liked to have eaten them. We were in the breakfast room 45 minutes before the serving time was over. Desk clerks were very helpful. Parking was very convenient.

I think the vending machines need to be updated but the condition of this hotel was excellent. I enjoyed the kindness of the front desk and housekeeping employees. I will definitely stay here again when i visit home!

The local staff was friendly and nice. The reservations people were awful. As a result Days Inn will not be a place I will stay again regardless of location.

Our room was clean and spacious, but only had one small table & chair, and one wood-&-cushioned chair which was not comfortable. Could have used more & more comfortable chairs. A small refrigerator and microwave on top were provided in the room. The building itself seems old and cheaply constructed; for example, anyone walking down the hallway on the floor above could be clearly heard & felt while in your room. The soda machines on the first & second floor did not work. The breakfast was at the lower end of quality you find in this level of hotel - a few cereals, hard-boiled eggs, coffee & juice, pancakes and a few different types of small donuts & muffins along with bread for toast. Fortunately, we were there only to sleep between trips to the casino in Charles Town, and we had breakfast at the casino. The lobby was clean, and the outside of the building well-maintained and well-lighted. The building abuts the interstate (Rt 81) so rooms on the highway side are close enough that traffic noise can be an issue for light sleepers or those who have difficulties falling asleep with traffic sounds. The gentleman manning the front desk at night was quite helpful and friendly. The general vicinity of the hotel commercial so there are plenty of dining and shopping venues very near the hotel.

an excellent one , we had support from Scott on the day shift and the pleasant gentleman on duty on nights,so sorry i forgot his name, and rest of the staff during our trying stay due to a loss of a loved one, at city hospital.which was so close to days inn..It was so comforting to know that there is a place that care ...am glad i decided to choose your place over a couple of ones featured in .the internet... thank you.

The room met expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breaksfast food was not satisfactory...stale, cold, limited coffee available. Easy access to route 81. We probably would not stay here again,

it was quiet, clean, may have to clean windows, and get new HD tv in the rooms.

FAIR for the price. No screen in window. A/C not working properly. TV service needs major overhaul; old TV, no guide or menu, volume way loud or too soft. Seating/chairs very uncomfotable.

Our main objective was to be close to our family gathering and be able to sleep in comfort. The Days Inn room fit the bill for us and the bed was very comfortable, rating 4 stars, since we spent minimal time there.

The place is pretty basic - but for the price is a good deal. Rooms are roomy enough. Rooms were neat and clean, but the bathrooms were a little less so - some mold. The staff was terrifically nice and helpful. Location is very near the Martinsburg Mall and a bunch of chain restaurants. Pizza Hut and Burger King right next door. We were a group of guys playing golf - and for that it was perfect.

Let's see. The A/C in our room barely worked, and the room was broiling when we arrived. One of the outlets in our room only worked in fits, and the bathroom light went on and off constantly. There was trash on the floor around the edges of the bed, and the walls and ceiling were stained and cracked in multiple places. The elevator smelled funny and made ominous sounds, and the card readers on the side doors were completely dead, meaning we had to walk around to the front of the hotel and enter through the lobby every time we took the dogs out. When I mentioned all of this to the guy at the front desk, he didn't even have the decency to look concerned. He just looked at me as if he couldn't comprehend why any of this was a problem. One final insult was the terrible breakfast they served. The only saving grace was the waffle makers, though both were broken in some way.

We stayed on the second floor on the far end from the elevator and we were shocked at how quiet it was there even though there were pets on our floor. There was some mildew/mold growing around the bathroom ceiling and that was worrysome but we were only there one night so we didn't ask to be moved. Otherwise, the room was neat and appeared cleaned. The free breakfast was surprisingly good as well. Lots of items to choose from. I would recommend this hotel for short stays.

Good area, walking distance of Pizza Hut, clean hotel

The hotel location was great near a variety of restaurants and shopping. The guest services was great as well.

Good bed to sleep on. Over 40 channels to watch on TV. Small parking lot but it's next to VA Highway station.

Conveniently located to visit Harpers Ferry & Antitam

The floor of the bathroom was so slippery, my wife and i nearly fell twice. The bathroom tub had mildew.

The policy is they allow dogs but they must not be left alone in the room. Well tell that to the people that left both their dogs in their room alone. They barked, dug at the floor and kept me up. The front desk did offer to move us, but at 12:30am what's the point and the only room they had did not have the right beds for our party. No refunds and a terrible experience for sleeping. The breakfast was good, the bathroom had excellent water pressure. The heating/cooling system was quiet, the bed was not too firm or too soft.
