Fresh homemade cookies at 8:30 were awesome! The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. Will stay here again!

Excellent rooms, staff, & cleanliness. Extremely convenient and comfortable for families with small children. Only issue was that the hotel has such a big layout with the lobby and food area at one end, it felt like we walked a mile from our room to check in, check out, breakfast, or to buy something in the convenience store.

Every year my family gathers to visit Hershey Park as part of our family tradition for Christmas. We have stayed at this hotel for years and have always found it not only convenient but exceptional in cleanliness and staffed with great people. We travel with our Cocker Spaniel and this particular hotel is well suited for pets which is an added bonus. Great hotel that is in a safe area that has easy access to major highways for day trips to see area attractions. Highly recommended.

Good hotel with HUGE rooms! Best continental breakfast I've had in a quick-stay hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay using our Welcome Rewards night and were able to try a whirlpool suite. The whirlpool was relaxing and the homeyness of the suite was a pleasant surprise. We were on a schedule that prevented us from trying the pool and other amenities. Breakfast was okay for cafeteria style. The place just had a nice feel.

Great hotel for large family gathering

This is the second year in a row we haved stayed here. Accomadations were great, breakfast was nice and the kids enjoyed the pool and basketball.

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing we were unhappy with was being charged a great deal extra for late check-out.

Awesome stay for a connection for our family trying to link along I-70 to join daughter (NJ), son (W & J college lacrosse son), and pet w/ Ohio mom + dad). It wasn't home, but home was not a realistic choice this year. We spent 2 nights, used most of the hotel facilities and were very pleased with the service and friendliness of the space and people working here.

2nd stay!! Great hotel, very accomodating, friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast! We'll be back!

The room was very spacious and everything worked. It was clean and comfortable with good beds. We were visiting the Williams Grove Speedway and Harrisburg, so we found the location really good. Would highly reccomend this hotel and it is great value for money. The staff were very nce and helpful.

Myself and my family found this hotel to be a great value for the money. Check in was smooth and easy. The suite was spacious with the seperate bedroom and kitchenette. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Easy access to Rte. 15 with plenty of stores and eateries nearby, and only a short ride to Harrisburgh and Hershey. No real issues here. Check it out.

We were so pleased with the hotel and its location that we booked for the following weekend.

Very nice room everything was perfect. The only real problem was the temperature, very cold in there and couldn't find a thermostat to change it. No restaurants in walking distance and a little further drive to hershey park than I would have liked, but well worth the money.

We spent an entire day at Hershey Park with 4 kids and arrived at the hotel close to midnight. The staff was great. They were friendly and accomodating to our late arrival. The hotel was easy to find with the use of the GPS. However, it is in a very dark industrial area and you might think you are lost. The room was spacious and very clean. We had the room with a suite, two to a bed including the let-out sofa. The carpet NEEDS REPLACING but overall it was a great stay. We arrived too late to enjoy the pool, so I have no comment about that area. Moreover, I wish the staff would have mentioned the time for breakfast the next morning. Unfortunately we missed it and had to find some place to eat, which was not easy if you want a good sit down breakfast. Our stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel.

Very spacious room, pretty architectural details and gardens in the public areas, accomodating service, good buffet breakfast

The hotel sits right off the highway but doesn't have much food options in the area. Hotels.com says spa tub and there is no public spa tub. We found out they have spa tub rooms. The pool is much smaller than the photo appears. We purposely got a suite so the kids could be in the living area and we had privacy. However the bathroom is only through the bedroom. This was the worst hotel description I've experienced from this website after many hotel stays.

Our weekend was more relaxed due to the comfort of the Homewood Harrisburg. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were courteous. The hotel was conveniently located between Gettysburg and Hershey, PA.

Spacious & clean suite at a very reasonable price. Perfect for what we wanted. Very nice hot & cold breakfast was included. The warm cookies were nice on our arrival. The beds were very comfortable. The only oddity was the presence of tube-type TVs in the room (instead of flat-panel). The worked fine though.

Loved the atmosphere. Really laid back and comfortable. Even had cookies at night and a fantastic breakfast the following morning.

We came to this hotel for a short vacation. We had already tried other hotels in the same area. So far this has been the best hotel in the area. The room was not only clean but well equipped and maintained. The bedding smelled very clean, just out of a good clean wash. The bathroom was also comfortable, including a good shower with plenty of water flow. Next day we were surprised finding probably the best free breakfast in any hotel in the area. No complaints! We recommended it !!

I don't travel much, but when I do I am always scared to pick out a hotel in a city I've never been to...This was the best one I have ever picked out - it was a great price, had one of the best complimentary breakfasts I have ever had - and it was right in between the two places that I had wanted to visit...from now on I will be checking out all the locations for HomeWood Suites when I travel. This may become my stand-by hotel for vacation travel!

Stayed one night with the family to visit Hershey Park. The hotel is about 15 miles from the park, but it was well worth the extra drive. We used the outdoor pool and the temperature was perfect. It was nice to have free breakfast and dinner in the hotel. The suite was great as well and the price was right. No extras.

This hotel was above and beyond what we anticipated. The suites were spacious and clean, as was the hotel in general. There was a nice outdoor pool, things were attended to, towels available. Other than being off the beaten track, I would stay here again. The breakfast buffet was extensive, one of the best I have encountered.

We were able to accomodate 3 adults and 2 children, one being a toddler. The room had a full size refrigerator and and nice little kitchen. It was like a mini condo. Very comfortable! I would defintitly stay here again, as I am very picky about room cleanliness and design (like it doesnt look like its from 1970s or anything with the shag carpet.).
