the lobby was decorated very nicely. The room definetly needs updating. Breakfast was just ok...needs reorganization...not until the second morning did I find the micro. The rating of 2 sstars out of 5 is correct...but it could be better.

The hotel was fairly clean. King bed was on the hard hard side. The pillows were uncomfortable and lumpy.

I've stayed quite a few times passing through for business trips to north central Florida. Shawn on the night shift always takes care of you. If you are looking to save a few bucks but still have a solid clean place to stay with free wifi and breakfast this is the place to go around this area.

I like this hotel and have stayed there at least 10 times in the last 5 years. But this time things were different. Two car-carrier tractor trailers were parked in back where the Hotel.com rooms are. At 5:05 AM the drivers started unloading and re-loading cars (apparently swapping cars). I am a sound sleeper, but I could not sleep through this -- it was extremely noisy - metal was clanging, the trucks were running with air brakes going on and off. The noise lasted for about 35 minutes. By the time the noise stopped I was wide awake and could not get back to sleep. This was the first bad experience that I had with this Hotel.

Not happy, room so so, parking was horrible had to walk all the way around hotel as truckers parked longways across spots near my room, breakfast items were missing, seemed under staffed in the morning, close to interstate is the positive.

Good place to stay if you will be making a visit to Dade City. Only about 10-12 miles away from town and county fairgrounds.

It was too tiny, there were not enough outlets to plug a computer into, and there was no desk provided to even sit at and use a computer. When a hotel advertises a free Wi-Fi, there should be outlets, and a computer desk. It was also very tiny the room and not at all worth spending ANY money at. I really had a bad experience and requested to cancel the room as soon as I got there. If you like tiny rooms that are not as big as the photo displays, it is not even a good place to recommend because it smells like smoke in every room and I requested a NON-SMOKING ROOM, due to my asthma. The only thing nice about this hotel is the front desk clerk was friendly. That is the reason for a 1 star rating...the whole experience only deserved zero stars, except for the friendly front desk clerk that was there when I was going to check-in.

Good, nice, clean. I had only one complaint. They show signs for the vending machines & Ice machine as down the hall but it was really all the way around and in between the two buildings. I guess they only had one area to accommodate the two building hotel. Not a good idea!

This is my second time here. I thought I would give them another shot. However, the only reason is that they are the cheapest place in the area. I guess you get what you pay for.

It was better than i thought it would be. sometimes your afraid to do booking on line but this hotel was exactly what it said it was. convenient and comfortable and clean.

Our room was clean and staff was courteous. Our room was by the pool and there were kids screaming until one am. Parents were yelling at the kids from the rooms next to ours on the second floor. We did not get a reciept from hotel staff. When asked we were told it would be e-mailed to us. We have not got it yet.

This hotel was located exactly where I needed to be. I booked a smoking room, and it smelled very bad. I went and bought air freshener and then it was ok. I had a problem with the sink and as soon as I called the front desk someone came up and fixed it. I was pleased with that.

The Inn was nice, wasn't dirty and had a nice pool. Overall its a nice place to stay for a night or two.

Great and friendly staff. Easy access to highway and eating establishments.

I booked this hotel for a few of my employees to stay for a few days. One room was great and the other room had bugs. I would not put them there again.

Advertised that microwaves and refrigerators were available upon request, but we're not available when we got there. No first floor rooms available, no elevators, and no help with luggage.

Quiet area,very clean and large room.Dennys next door,MacDonalds across the road.

we were looking for an inexpensive place to stay while visiting family near Dade City. breakfast was adequate but we were not eating there so we really did not care. another nearby hotel was twice the price. we had two people in two double beds and the beds were comfortable. no pets and no smoking was a plus for us. staff was courteous and friendly. would stay again.

my exprerience was "Horrible" because it's located in the area where my cell phone NOT WORKING!!! You don't have any warning with that principal information ... i had to leved to nights before my check out... I don't recomend your service and also the hotel. PS. i tried to talk with customer service but anybody pick up the phone for cancelations. thanks for nothing !!

Very nice hotel, staff, and neighborhood. Yes, would recommend to a friend.

The Days Inn in Brooksville was very clean. The employees were extremely courteous and kept the lobby/breakfast area meticulously clean. The pool has a very nice rock waterfall. My stay there was short but I was very satisfied. The only disappointment was they did not have a jacuzzi.

The bed was as hard as the floor, the pillows was as soft as newspaper and the sheets where as soft as cardboard. need to upgrade the mattress and blankets

Although the room was a bit small it was a nice comfortable stay and the continental breakfast was good too.

Overall. the Day Inns in Brooksville is a nice economical hotel with pool. Nice people, clean room comfortable beds. A computer is available in the Hotel's lobby with internet. The only problem for me is the location is a bit far away from Spring Hill Florida.
