not in good area and not in good shape

The lady at the front desk the night we stayed on 4/19, was the most helpful person the entire trip.

We had a great time. Room was nice and clean

The pool and hot tub area was cleaner than most hotels I've stayed at. The breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean and air conditioner worked well. Shower had multiple head settings which was great after being on the road so long. Plus the 30% discount from hotels.com made it an affordable stay.

The downtown area is easy to get to, also the mall and Boise State University.

We went to Boise to check out university.Hotel is about 10 min away. Very nice place. Wonderfull breakfast. Planing another visit to Boise and defenetly will make reservation at same hotel. Stuff is very friendly. Room was clean.

Everything was great about the place. Just the location requires a car to get into town. A nice gym is only 2 blocks away and included.

Even though they say this hotel has been updated, it needs more updating. I have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express' and this is by far the poorest in conditons.

Stayed for work. It was fairly centrally located for the business I needed to conduct there. Close to just about anything you would need.The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.

I just returned from my 3 weeks long overseas trip without my husband and my kids; and due to bad winter weather; my husband and I decided to check in at a local hotel for New years Eve celebration (we do this sometimes). Booked 3 days 2 nights. We didnt check in until later around 7pm on Dec 31. The boys love swimming so after 1st good night and day stay, we wanted a late check out so that we could spend another day enjoying the pool. Its hard to get the hold someone from the Front Desk. Many calls unanswered. Twice husband had to go downstairs to find theres noone available. If we found someone, she didnt seem to be able to make the decision. Eventhough the hotel was pretty much empty on January 1st evening (many checked out that morning); they couldnt grant our request for a 3:30pm late check out. They didnt even offer a consideration. The lady kept saying: Late Check out offerd to Priority Club Members only. We're not but we are Skymiles Frequent Flier, this hotel is partnering with. We even was willing to pay half day rate. We ended getting up as early as 4am and left the hotels around 6am on January 2, 2013 where Breakfast was not even ready that morning! I will remember this Holiday Inn will not take care of you as good as they take care of their Priority club Members.

We were delighted with the quality of this hotel and the service we received as guests. The staff was so welcoming and pleasant upon our arrival. Our room was immaculate and appeared to be recently updated in style with flat screen tv and ample desk work space in room. In the morning we were treated to a variety of hot choices for breakfast. A very efficient young woman in the dining area made sure that all the hot food was replenished and immediately replaced the juices when empty. Would definitely stay again.

My stay here worked out perfectly. The staff was responsive to my request for a room change, the room was quiet, and the breakfast was fresh and hot. A very satisfied customer here!

I loved my stay at Holiday Inn Express Boise. It was close to many fun places and the breakfast was great!

My experience at the Holiday Inn Express Boise was wonderful! Their breakfast was amazing! Also their rooms were so comfortable and clean. I plan on staying here in the future! I also recommend this hotel to everyone including family members.

It was great stay came in late, lady at front desk went above and beyond her duties to get my family and I to our room and comfortable

We found great last minute trip rates and found our room to be lovely. Comfortable king size bed, flat screen with movie channels, microwave and refrigerator. The frot desk brought a crib to our room for our infant and loaned is a wine key for our bottle of wine (great customer service). The offered continental breakfast was awesome also. We will definitely stay at a holiday express again. Highly reccomend!

very nice placeto stay. Stayed 1 night to pick-up my 8 year old grandson to come to Pittsburgh, PA for Christmas. We both had a nice, comfortable visit. Not one complaint, or suggestion.

Great place to stay, nice room, great breakfast...and it's close to Boise State University.....Great location.

We were in town for continued education for my job and this motel, even though it was not the closest, met out needs, quiet, clean and comfortable. The room was a bit smaller that others but it was clean.

Nice location, easily accessed from I-84 or the airport yet far enough away from the noise, nice breakfast, and friendly employee's.

Stayed in this hotel twice on our way to and from Portland. Very clean and very quiet with friendly staff. The only improvement they could make, is to have more than one highchair in the breakfast room. Both morning there were lots of kids eating, and both mornings the highchair was taken and we had to tag team eating by having our 8 month old on our lap.

Very clean, nice staff, great room. Pet fee however is $20.00/night, and they charge all the state and room taxes for the pets too! But not for extra people....

This is a reasonable place to stay near the airport. Room was clean and the breakfast decent.

Everything was going great with our hotel room until it was time to go to bed and we pulled back the sheets and noticed they were dirty. Not stained, but dirty with dried blood on them. It was very disturbing to me and my 3 young kids who were staying there with me. Everything else was good besides the dirty sheets.

I have always had good experiences with Holiday Inn Express. This was not one of the best ones. There were big greasy handprints on one of the light switches. The garbage cans were right next to each other, rather than there being one in the bathroom. The fixtures in the shower didn't look as clean as I have seen in other hotels. The continental breakfast was not the best either. The bread, bagel and biscuits were dry and hard. The person who keeps everything well stocked was too busy complaining with a guest. Not one of my best stays at a Holiday Inn Express.

I appreciate fitted sheets but these are too small. The corners popped off two seconds after crawling into bed. I have fibromyalgia. One of the isses is the wrinkles in the sheets are actually painful. Otherwise....Nice place!
