It's a cheap hotel, what do you expect. Our room had stained sheets and needed a coat of paint, but everything was clean. We had a mini-fridge and a microwave in the room which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was underwhelming, no fruit and the only juice was OJ that tasted like Sunny Delite. The "gym" had a broken treadmill, broken eliptical and broken stair climber.

Treated us good and Cheap. Coffee not very good but all in all good stay

The room was nice but, the bed was very uncomfortable. We woke up both mornings with major backaches. We liked that it is located on a main street close to restaurants and stores. The staff was very nice and courteous.

Onlythe surrounding neighbourhood is bad. On the bathroom, we don't have a shampoo.

Outstanding hotel staff, that were very friendly and helpful. Rooms could be updated, like carpet, beds, furniture, t.v, etc...

EconoLodge in Plattsburgh New York. It was a nightmare. The room was extremely dirty. Sheets were stained. Air Conditioner didn't work at all. Bathroom had hair in the tub. Towels were dirty. We were upgraded to a suite and that wasn't clean either. There was lube on the sheets. There was an empty bottle of shampoo near the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty. When the water filled up there was a scum on top of it. Towels in this room were stained as well. Pool area wasn't heated. Air conditioner in this room worked but was extremely loud. Save your money go somewhere else. To be avoided at all costs.

For the money, if you're staying in the area this is the place to stay. It was quiet, the room was fine and overall a good value.

The breakfast is a little bit to small, we went out to eat every morning. The bathroom. The bottom of the bath was broken and the temperature of the water in the shower difficult to adjust

Made reservation late so had to stay in smoking room. The hotel neeed to leave more towels for guests. Had left note with cleaners to leave more towels, but they did not leave them. Also ice machine broken & no note left to let guests know.

Would definetly spend the extra dollars and go somewhere else. Horrible experience with my husband and two children. The pool is also, NOT heated. Not even swim-able. Free continental breakfast, not even worth going for. Not even soap in the rooms.

I wasn't looking for anything fancy - and the econo lodge was excellent. it was clean, staff were friendly. and they even have a pool! It's good value for the money. It's not fancy, but it is clean, and well-maintained and relatively modern.

OVERALL PRETTY SATISFIED WITH THE STAY AND HOTEL RATE

I took one look at the room checked it out and left did not stay or say good bye went to holiday inn and stayed

I had a sister in the hospital and this was very convenient. the staff was very friendly as well.

Good location but very old decor. Bed uncomfortable and furrniture dated

The 1st room we were in had peanuts and hair all over the "clean" bed. So they moved us next door and this room had other guests personal papers still in it. The cleanliness of the motel is horrible. The front desk ladies did not seem to really care. Just nasty. The pool was clean. The free breakfast was a joke. Only choose this motel if you are desperate for a room, if not, go down the street, there are plenty more.

Good basic overnight accommodation on our way to Montreal.

Not the best hotel I've stayed in, although it maintained the basics. There was a large event in town so I couldn't check in before 3 p.m., which strikes me as unusually late and caused me to rearrange plans. Checked in to find some of the usual toiletries, notably shampoo/conditioner, not included perhaps due to having to clean in a hurry. Wifi was unreliable. The bed was comfortable and worked well for sleeping, which was the main reason I wanted the room.

Had a very good stay at this hotel, the only 2 things I find is the pool is not open long enough for relaxing after the kids are gone to bed, they have a beautiful, relaxing little back yard behind the pool and we can,t go after 9pm it"s all locked up sametime as the pool. Not that they had lots of kid playing around we hardly heard them but it would be nice to relax after a long day travelling. The air conditioning is loud and old should be changed, make lots of noise.

Stayed only one night, but what a night. There's a business nextdoor with transportation trucks and we heard a loud engine noise running all night. As if this wasn't enough, the air-conditionning wasn't working and windows don't open. Barely slept one hour. I will not go back.

The way this motel is located I did not feel my vehicule was safe at night nor did I like the security of the building concidering there was no locks on the building itself. The pool was too small to swim in and the continental breakfast was a joke so we went to eat else where.

It's convenient and pretty consistent (I've stayed there a few times). As compared with other hotels in the same class, I feel it is good enough quality (perhaps better than the competition) at a good price.

The hotel is certainly convenient for what I had gone to Plattsburgh for. It was also priced reasonably compared to surrounding hotels. Our room had an odd "bleachy" smell that was overpowering. The room was old and extremely basic. Continental breakfast was very basic-cereal, english muffins and waffles-no fruits or yogurts.

CLEAN AND INEXPENSIVE. COULD USE A BIT OF A FACELIFT, BUT FOR THE PRICE I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. I REALLY LIKED THE MINI FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE. I WOULD SUGGEST SUPPLYING A DO NOT DISTURB TAG FOR THE DOOR.

enjoyed our stay ..........

Right off the expressway, and surrounded by many restaurants and stores, this hotel was very convenient for the price. The rooms were clean, service was good, and consumer-oriented amenities, such as continental breakfast, gym, swimming pool, and free parking.

Was good place to stay. Nice pool, clean and quiet. Far enough from highway to not have noise but only few minute drive. Definitely stay there again.

We went at this hotel for one night and it was perfec, the price, the pool, the breakfast. It's a cheap deal if you look around and it also was very quiet.

i was upset as we wait the saturday night for 4 hours and still could not get on the internet as someone , which found out latter was the son of a staff, he kept saying he would be off soon and it never happeded, also when my grand daughter went down the stairs in the pool on the bottom of the stair it is like sand paper and it cut all her toes and made them bleed.

Could not take a shower at this hotel......Either very hot water or freezing water, could not get warm water. Told the management and they said they may look in to it!!!!!!!
