We had a very good stay at the Lombard hotel. Everything was in excellent shape, and the staff were very friendly. It was like a home away from home. We'll be back.

For one night, it was okay.

The motel wasn't marked that well,it was right along the street but just small signs.The room was clean well kept.The wife said didn't have enough electric outlets in the room .I noticed they had no fruit for breakfast the two mornings we were there.

As hotels in downtown Chicago are expensive, my friends and I decided to stay in a hotel near downtown but with cheaper rates. Our expectations have been met at Stay Inn in Lombard

The hoteil is quiet and comfortable. Great value

My stay was very good. The location was excellent and the room was nice. The bed was comfortable and the front desk service was great. I would suggest they upgrade there TV's but that was the least of my concern. The outside and inside of the hotel was nice as well.

The hotel was good and the breakfast was outstanding

For the money this is a great hotel. The room was nice with a very comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Staff was great and facility well maintained.....cigarette smell came into our bathroom through the ventilation system and management gave us a can of spray to deal with it. Tolerable but would have preferred non smoking building. Exercise room was a joke as it had onlhy 3 pieces of home style equipment....not good if you are used to commercial equipment. Would have liked sausage or some meat to go with scrambled eggs....but otherwise breakfast OK.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was outstanding. Hotel is very near our family.

room furniture was outdated & scratched, used & unmatching, and tube tv's. But, the room was large and clean.

Great Stay Great Location( Needs remodeling )

My first morning I observed a group of undesirables being asked to leave by management. Apparently they had stayed the night and my guess is that they were conducting business within the confines of their hotel room. The police arrived and took over the situation but hotel management handled the situation very professionally. There is something with this place though for the remainder of my 3 nights stay I had the feeling that this was not a safe place to be.

its ok quite a distance to Chicago downtown where we had the conference. to me love the location its make me relax so much and had good sleep.

It was fine but the hotel staff were not as friendly as I hoped

Great hotel. We'd stay there again

We were staying here overnight before going to O'Hare airport. The hotel is 30 minutes drive to airport and 15 minutes drive to Oakbrook Mall. This hotel is not great if you need to enjoy but you could stay bare minimum. We were given a room with king bed and yellow stains in it. I was not sure if this stain remains after wash. So we asked for another room and they offered it because the whole hotel was almost empty except for a few people. In another room the couch had some white stains and the bath tub was so old with lots of stains/spots all around. It probably requires renovation. Free breakfast was okay. There were no fruits and only orange juice was available. The free Wi-fi is better. Old tube television was okay. The remote control has so much of dust in it. The carpet in the whole hotel was smelling and not welcoming, inlcuding both the rooms that we were offered. Finally, this is a hotel just to get some night sleep and some food before leaving somewhere. Not for fun or joy.

Traveling with a baby always has me nervous because cleanliness is a MUST. This hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The bed is comfy(pillow top mattress) which is a plus. House keeping was very thorough. They also had a pack-n-play that came in handy with my 8 month old. Very quiet stay that i will be returning to. The neighborhood is spectacular. Shopping centers are in several close locations and restaurants are as well. Sales tax in Lombard is not as high as Chicago so that's also a plus. It's not a far drive from Chicago itself but it is about a half hour drive from downtown Chicago.

This was a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The room was clean, bed was comfy, the hotel was quiet and the continental breakfast was good. All in all it was a great hotel for the price..would definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel because it was the best pice and only a short drive to down town Chicago! It was very nice and clean. The only down side was no pool. But it was in a very nice town and had a lot of place to shop at or eat. We will stay here if we ever go to Chicago again!

Nice location clean room good rate you can't go wrong.

Best hotel I've stayed at in a long time ! Amazing service , clean rooms and great prices . Truly enjoyed myself!

It was great

It was good overall, but with 2 laptops and 2 phones it would have been nice to have more than one, 3prong outlet in the room. There was one on the base of a desk lamp and the bathroom had one, but I generally don't work there, and charging your phone on the sink is really not a good idea. The curtain was messed up and wouldn't close all the way, and the control cover on the air fell off when I went to adjust the heat. It was a clean place to take a shower and sleep, which was all we needed.

The night shift attendant was great as were all employees that I came into contact with. I had an issue it the pizza service on the TV guide and the lady at the front desk personally brought me menus from other pizza places and contacted the first pizza place I call and spoke with the manager in regards to the awful service I received.

Budget friendly and excellent service. Also great breakfast and customer service from staff.

I stayed there for 5 nights recently and it was clean, the room was very nice and all the staff were both helpful and friendly.

Great accommodations at a most reasonable rate!

Free breakfast was the WORST!! Night clerk told us to "hold on" while he took personal call!!
