Nice location but a run down hotel. Good breakfast. Pool was nice. Maintenance was very good. Got a good deal on Disney tickets but beware of the "tour" . Total waste of time

There is an abandoned hotel next door, for a start. It just made me feel uneasy, although the surrounding area is much better than any hotel on I-92. While we were only staying for a night, we were disappointed to find the rug coming apart from the wall. Also, the bathroom looked messy and the bed looked "sat on"... For the same amount of money, we could have stayed at a value Disney hotel and at least saved $14 by taking Disney transportation to the parks. The free continental breakfast was the worst we have ever had at any other Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express. We wouldn't complain about the furniture not matching, but the rusty bathtub and musty smell sent our experience downhill. For the price, stay at Pop Century or similar at Disney... If your an adult couple traveling alone, both options will still be surrounded by lots and lots of children... but at least at the latter you have that Disney customer service experience.

The hotel staff, from the front desk to the maids, were very pleasant & willing to help. This was a welcome surprise

The best part of this hotel was the breakfast. They offered hot items along with the standard bagels, yogurt. Each day the people maintaining the breakfast did a great job of keeping the food stocked and the dining area clean. The hotel pool was much smaller than the picture leads you to believe on the website, however my daughter is only4 and enjoyed the pool. Overall a good stay considering the value.

We loved the hotel. great value for the money. The breakfast has something for everyone. Easy to park and get to room fast. Room very comfy and roomy. Pool has a fun slide for the kids! Eat breakfast out bu the pool! Love this location. Very close to Downtown Disney and all parks!

We stayed here for 3 days for our Disney vacation and liked it. There were a few little quirks, no towels and a leaky faucet, but they took care of that right away! It is an older hotel, but the rooms were a good size, and there was a balcony, but it looked onto the roof. On the upside, great location to Disney, within walking distance to restaurants, friendly staff and an awesome pool. Our kids, ages 6,7 and 2 loved the pool and the waterslide was so much fun for them! We spent one whole day just lounging by the pool. Overall, we really liked it and would go back! Also, great breakfast and terrible wifi!

I was not at all satisfied. When my kids and I returned from Disney World at 10:30 PM, the housekeeping had not cleaned our room. We didn't have towels, soap, toilet paper, and the garbage wasn't taken away. The next day, we complained to the manager which promised to take care of the problem and was so sorry for what happened, but the same story happened again for the second day. When we came back the second day, they had only fixed the beds, the clean towels were left on top of the sink, there was no soap to wash our hands, no coffee, and they didn't vacuum the room. It was a very dirty hotel and I will not be staying there again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The concierge did not necessarily have the best deals...not even any secret deals like some have. After I payed for tickets through the concierge I went back up to my room and found a much better deal within 2 minutes. The breakfast buffet was plentiful...great way to start off your day. They even did a little something for Easter morning.

Not a good hotel for a family of 5 or more. The room is so small and need more tlc. The pool is so small, it is deceiving in pictures. Breakfast is ok but it is the same everyday so if you stayed for a couple of days it will will be not ok anymore. internet/wifi is so bad in our room. You have to get out of the room to get a connection.i will not book in this hotel again.

We were extremely happy with this hotel and would definitely stay there again. It is a few minutes away from Disney and they offer a great free breakfast.

WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE, BECAUSE THE HOTEL HAS A VERY GOOD CONVENIENCE LOCATION, FURTHER THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD IS GOOD AND WE HAVE SOME RESTAURANTS AND OTHER STORES AROUND THE HOTEL AND DISNEY DOWN TOWN IN NEAR (FOR THAT REASON IS POSSIBLE WALK TO THIS PLACE IS YOU WANT).

Stayed with my family for a week. The room was clean and the service was great. Main attractions and shopping centers are only about 15 minutes drive away. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel provided a quality value added experience for this location. Thank you.

We waited 20 minutes in line to check in at 11pm at night with a 2yr old after a 3hr car ride with 1 person in front of me when I walked in. Housekeeping started vacuuming the halls around 7:45am Saturday morning. The Wi-Fi didn't work from my room for my laptop or IPad. My daughter found trash under the drapes. BUT: Breakfast was nice. Pool area very nice. Staff seemed nice once we were checked in. And location is everything. Parking was tough with a young child too.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life and this was a VERY nice family hotel. I must say that I was tempted to steal the bed!!! I have a very bad back so sleeping on a mushy bed is a killer. The mattresses were phenomenal. Not squishy and saggy at all!! Well done!

Friendly staff, clean facility, convenient, lovely pool area. Rooms unavailable early, and water slide not working--disappointing for kids. Had to ask twice for a rollaway cot but on second request it was promptly brought. Only one staff person available for check in--could have used additional help although the person on staff was very pleasant, helpful and unflustered by the line.

While our rooms A/C units worked well, the hall ways had NO A/C. We were told they were waiting for a part to repair the unit. The pool was GROSS and broken. I would not let my grand daughter into the oil slicked, green pool. The breakfast was quite nice, lots of food, and drinks. The staff was very helpful and worked hard. Please give them a break and spend some money on this hotel. It is very run down. I was surprised and disappointed.

Pulling up there were lights on the building that were burned out. The lobby was fine and the breakfast area was the most ample one I have seen. We had a petrified bug smooshed on the back of our door, the room was dated and the bathroom really small. We normally really like HI Express and I booked this one based on the pool. The first night we were told the slide was down but the pool was open. At breakfast maintenance was roping the pool off - closed. That was the final straw. This hotel is run down and in need of renovations. The pool looks like a swamp with chipping paint. I have no idea when the photos were taken, but they must be OLD!!! We looked in the hot tub and it looked as if someone dumped sand into the bottom. The location is great. It is near shopping and restaurants. We stayed 1 night - checking out early of a planned 4 night stay. We have a 5 and a 6 year old and no pool did us in. They did have a deal with the hotel across the road to use their pool but with 2 kids and pool stuff crossing a busy street was not going to work for us.

Hotel is older but the rooms were modern and clean. The pool could use some maintenance. I would say it's a good value for the price and i would stay again.

Hotel was practical, and pretty comfortable. Bed was a little hard but rooms spacious and staff welcoming. Great to be able to enjoy the parks but get away again at night.

The room smelled very musty and was almost unbearable when we entered the room. Since we were tired and needed to get some sleep, we just dealt with it. The real clincher for me was that there were NO towels in the room, except for one face cloth and one hand towel. I didn't even realize they were missing until I was dripping wet! Then when I went to the front desk, they took 20 minutes to get them up to the room. By then, we were ready to leave and did us no good. . . . I expected more, and was definately disappointed. . .

I arrived at 1:00 am after a hole day in Magic Kingdom. In the front desk they assigned me room 528 when I open the door the room was dirty, tv on, bed not done, towels in the bed; so I ask for a change of room and they told me to wait until someone clean the room. I was upset because I have 3 kids and I was carry one of them, then maintenance man came and onece I seriously requested other room they send me to 310, just before open the door, the maintenance man received instructions by radio to switch to room 107, so we finaly get a clean room, but when I tryed to use the phone to tell my friends about the changes the phone didn't work and they were unable to fixed.

My husband and I went to Disney for a few days without our little ones. The pool looked amazing, and the location is great! Def going to stay again and bring the kids next time. Also, the staff were great :)

price comperable with others in area,but breakfast included made it a bargin. (two hungry sons and a husband)

Yes the hotel has aged, but who doesn't. The room was a good size and very clean. The beds are old and you feel it. The breakfast was excellent. The pool could use a heater. I will stay here again.

The hotel was clean, but needed some updating. Not the standard that I would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Breaksfast was great, offering a great variety. I booked in this area to be close to Downtown Disney. It was close but not a walking distance. I picked this resort for the free Disney shuttle, however, I was not aware that you could only go to the park 3 certain times and return 3 certain times. I found that I could never get the shuttle back without sitting and waiting for a really long time. Also, had I wanted to go to the park early and then return mid afternoon to relax, and go back to the park later in the evening, the shuttle times did not allow this. I ended up paying for taxis all 3 nights to get back.

The room is very comfortable and big enough. It offers the shuttle to Disney World. Also, it is very close to Universal Studio. We save a lot of money on transportation by staying this hotel. very good

The bed sheets are new and clean. The bathrooms needs a refresh. Nicely locate. The staff ate the front desk are very nice and very smiley!!!
