Comfort Inn Vallejo - ואלחו

We wanted to escape the costliness of the bay and thought we had the ticket with this one! The hotel staff was nice, the location quiet.

A nice clean room and a nice host. Price is right too.

Hadn't vacuumed the room, concerned about overall cleanliness. Close enough to 6 Flags for our one- night stay. Would not likely return.

This hotel meet our expectations. It's close to many shops and attractions. The staf was very helpful. Cons: Not much to offer for breakfast but served our purpose. Walls are thin but we understand because we have two kids that were being loud too.

It was alright. OK to stay for one night. I will stay there again as it is close to my friends house in Vallejo.

Host there is always courteous and ready to please. The price is right for us, and the convenient location as well as the room comfort is great; bed comfortable; a bargain yes, but it's nice too!

The location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was set back away from the main streeet so it felt more secure. The hallway was a bit dingy and so was the room. I didn't want to walk around bare-foot. However, the room had a fridge and a microwave. That's always a plus. Breakfast was decent. Waffles, sausage & eggs were not bad.

You can walk to shopping or to eat. Also close to the freeway so very easy to get around. The phone in the room did not work for some reason and internet was slow too.

Super Clean room, Great service at front desk,but the beds were so uncomfortable. this was the only reason I won't be returning.

We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. Wish the hot tub was working, but that was the only disappointment. Hot breakfast was nice.

good,but room had odor

The staff was nice and the breakfast was not bad. The room's were nice. There were some strange guests but I did not feel unsafe. The rooms were nice.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay for a reasonable rate just before you cross the Benicia bridge. It's close to great shopping, fast food and sit-down dining.

I won't stay again unless it's all that is left available, and it was overpriced for the quality. Room smelled bad, old furnishings, cigarette hole in bedspread (non-smoking room), floors/carpet dirty. Very uncomfortable.

It was good we close to stores and restaurantS. We enjoyed our stay thank you!

Fantastic deal for the price. Great location surrounded by nice shopping & restaurants. And a really nice breakfast buffet included!

The manager of this location couldn't have been any nicer. He was there with a smile when I checked into the room in the late afternoon and was there with that same smile at 8:00am the following morning.

Great gateway to San Francisco and wine country.

Needs upgrade, hall carpets filthy and lobby glass dirty. TV was old tube style, with limited channels and lousy picture quality. Good location for restaurants and shopping across the street.

Good location for my sister and I to visit our family in Vallejo. Also, easy public transportation to San Francisco for shopping. The rooms were well taken care of and clean. Loved the fridge and microwave. Nice surprise. Continental breakfast was good.

Get to breakfast early; it's complete and a bargain; front desk people very nice. We' were very satisfied and make it our place to stay when visiting relatives living in the area..

We were given a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. We know that people violate hotel policies, but we feel that the maid service should have informed management that a non-smoking room had been smoked in. The manager was apologetid and gave us a different room. Next, the TV was set on closed captioning and could not be changed by either us or the manager that night. We endured this annoyance as we watched the Olympics. The manager was pleasant in dealing with these problems, but better training of staff might have eliminated them.

Hot breakfast is included. Well done. Friendly staff and the rooms are clean. NIce pool. Location is great.

Manager was great. Missed and gave me a smoking room, but did go out of his way to find me a downstairs spot. It met my needs for an event nearby. Probably a great spot for those visiting the Six Flags - you could see the fireworks from the hotel. Breakfast was a plus, no active web was a minus.

The staff Mr. Pate was very friendly and informative. The only negative was no hot tub.

very nice place to stay , located near shops and entertainment. My kids and I were there for six flags and found it to be perfectly located for our needs. I will stay there again next year.

Swim pool was not clean and hot tub was out of order breakfirst was good, but employee talk bad behind the guess owner try rip off my credit cards. Will I come back again No No!!!!

the sink did not drain and the spa tub did not work, but it was decent.

I had two rooms and it wa fine, but in the first room the toilet did not flush and the room was stinky and the Internet did not work. We moved to another room for the last night.The second room was fine.

Value for the dollar is here. The only negative was on a Monday morning when we went to their breakfast at about 8:30, there were no hot eggs or meat as there had been before. Cook said she wasn't cooking anymore that morning and complained that she had no help in doing the breakfast. But the other services at the hotel were great! Will stay there again; we have family in that area.

The staff was nice enough, free breakfast was ok, but they could not take care of the problem which was the internet. It was never consistent and only 1 day of 7 was I able to work out of the hotel...absolutely worthless. Luckily there was a Starbucks near by.

Reeked of smoke in the non smoking room. Towel were gray and dirty looking. Rude staff, never was spoke to during check in but had to listen to man scream into phone the whole time in another language. Several TV channels didn't work at all others had no sound. Wireless internet never worked. I called the service number and was treated excellent but they said the problem was at the hotel level and was promised a return call. No return call no service restored. Would have felt better sleeping in my car. I stay at Comfort Inn's regularly and this is by far the worst.

It was decent for only a one night stay. For some reason the pool and hot tub was closed, which was very inconvenient especially after a hot day. The breakfast was very good. So worth it for the price.
