I love this place. Affordable, mostly clean, and friendly staff. The only bad thing is wi-fi connect is the worse.

Considering the fact that this place had supposedly had a recent makeover according to the ads we were disappointed. The comforters had holes and the room smelled of chemicals (probably some sort of spray to "freshen" the room). Breakfast consisted of packaged muffins with no choices. The staff were very accommodating. Overall a disappointment to find on hotels.com.

The rooms are big, decent channel selection. Mostly clean and friendly staff. The cons are that they do airport parking so finding a place to park can be a challenge, housekeeping doesn't clean behind things, & breakfast is coffee and muffins. Other then that, I really like the plce.

The hotel was sufficient for what it was booked for. Not a place that I would have wanted to spend anytime enjoying being in it but it was convenient and perfect to just show up, sleep and park our car for a week for a very good price! The car lot seemed safe, our vehicle was there for a week and we had no problems. The service was good and the shuttle service was quick and accessible. When we arrived there was a loud group of people hanging out in the parking lot and ended up we were staying in the room right next to this group. We ended up being kept up quite late since there were about 10 ppl in the room hanging out and it sounded like they were jumping on the beds and were partying loudly. They eventually left and we were able to get a good sleep after that but the walls were not very sound proof. However, that could have just been our bad luck to be staying next to partyers. All in all, for the price it was pretty good value.

For the price that I was paying the hotel cleanliness exceeded my expectation. The only problem that needed working on was the front desk employees. They lack of customer service and friendliness was area that really need improvement on. I remember calling from the room to extend my stay for another day this employee was terrible, Instead of doing what she is paid to do she told me to do it online. I also remember she told me that I can't extended my stay because it is booked for the day, . I have never heard of a hotel kicking their customers that had already been there, out of all the hotels that I had stayed. In the past year, I can reassure you I had stayed over 20 different hotels and I had never cross that situation, She was not the only one to blame. There is another employee that did the same thing that work there. Beside the lack of laziness and friendliness from the two employee front desk. The overall couldn't been a satisfied stay for the price I was paying.

Its clean, quite. And affordable. The onlh issuse is the guy that works at night and the hispanic lady in the morning are rude.

Very convenient location. Adequately clean. Furniture a little worn, but okay. Very nice staff. I would stay here again.

It was crowded but, only because of Spring Break travelers.Otherwise it was cheap and convenient.

Please beware. I will never stay there again. I had a frightening stay. If your safety is an issue move on.

The staff was helpful. This is a basic hotel but the room was acceptable.

Parking is poor as they also provide parking service got airport

i feel so sorry for the staff at this dreadful motel. they have the impossible task of trying to park 200 cars on a 50 parking spot motel and try to keep everyone happy.. it just can't happen. . noisy fellow travellers kept the whole wing our our motel awake all night..the next night was quieter, we were allowed to move rooms. thumbs up to the staff, thumbs down to the owners..

Exceptional location for the price & location to the airport. IHOP just up the street walking distance open 24 hours.

the customer service was great

Mar.2 room was very noisy. Mar.11 room was quiet.toilet tissue was terrible quality. parking and shuttle service was good --but get that seat belt fixed.It's a safety item that should not be ignored. Staff were friendly and efficient.Will come again

The breakfast cheap muffins. Coffee. The best thing about this place is the price. Manger nice. The wifi in and out. Good place to stay to just get away. Venture the city. Catch a flight. Save a buck. Seems safe .

Very friendly service with shuttle every half hour. Great rate for parking! Nice stopover while travelling.

Price was fantastic, rooms were clean, 24 hr free airport shuttle......what more could I ask for? We were just there from dinner time til abt 4am when we left for the airport. Perfect hotel for that type of thing!

Works as a good close base for travel.

I picked this hotel because it had free wifi, was under $50 a night, was close to the airport and had free shuttle service to and from the airport. Those are pretty much all the benefits. Service was ok, the continental breakfast had the worst coffee I've ever had, the bed was hard, pillows flat, you could hear every vehicle pass by as if the door wasn't closed, the furniture had rips in it and the main room light didn't work. It's a cheap and handy place to lay your head, as long as you can fall asleep.

It was a no frills stay but what can you expect for the price. Close to IHOP so stop there for breakfast. Convenient shuttle to airport and great price for parking shile you are gone. Not as clean as I would have liked and there is no coffee in the room.

It was just what I was expecting for the price. If all you need is a place to sleep before heading back to the airport then it's the best bang for your buck.

Very noisy from road traffic at front area of motel

Furnishing's substandard - e.g. old, dinged up furniture, no kleenex, 1" thick pillows, very thin towels ... not what I expected.

I definitely would not stay here again. The rooms are shabby and the linens are almost worn out. The furniture was worn and stained. If I wasn't so tired when I got there I would have gone somewhere else. I couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning.

ok not bad if your just catching a flight in the morning close to airport 5 minute shuttle that runs 24 hrs a day every 30 min

Was great but lacking a fridge

Nice place to check into if you plan on simply having a place to crash during the night. With free breakfast (consisting of muffins and coffee) and free parking, I'd say you can't go wrong.

I guess it's an older building because there seems to be little insulation from the road and air traffic noisy. Bed was not comfortable.

Shuttle van came promptly when we called and quickly took us back in the morning. We only stayed their to sleep between flights. We requested a room change due to noise and the friendly desk manager did so without any fuss. The heater was noisy so we shut it off. Other than being cold we slept well.

You basically get what you pay for here. For the price, it was decently comfortable and clean. I got the room, because I needed a inexpensive place to spend overnight between flights. One bad thing, was the walls were paper thin and you end up going to sleep when your neighbors do. That probably would be my biggest complaint, but again, it was much less expensive, and for the price, it was an acceptable place to stay.

Handy for Seatac with free shuttle 24/7 and good park & Fly rates. Very Friendly helpful staff. Linens somewhat threadbear. Were given an upstairs room at Midnight after 12hrs travel with heavy suitcases to carry. There were obviously ground floor rooms given to unbooked people who were on the shuttle with us.

Extremely unhelpful people at the desk. Very open and blatant drug dealing and prostitution going on in the parking lot/rooms. What a snake pit! The management is completely incompetent and is only interested in money, not people!

It was a nice stay, just a place to stay. Beds were fine. There was a noise in the pipes which was annoying, but nothing to get upset about.

Good value for the price

I stayed here for a night to catch the flight next day. Includes minimal breakfast (coffee and muffin, better than nothing!), free shuttle service to and from the airport (even at very late night, 2am!), and great staff with a nice smile. The room is clean, no bedbugs or any insects seen.

Staff is lovely.

just needed to be close to airport for an early flight...nothing special about the room....desk person/shuttle driver was very nice!!!
