For the price we paid, and the location, ease walking access to Idrive spots, this hotel was a great value!

The rooms were cheaply renovated with outdated fixtures. Our coffee maker didn't work. It may look like a castle on the outside, but the inside is shabby and old. The bedding was the only nice thing in our room. There are also A LOT of families with children at this hotel so if you're expecting a quiet stay then go somewhere else.

The Holiday Inn Castle in Orlando was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay for access to the convention center. Lots of good restaurants and shops in the area and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future.

the hotel is very old. it was due for renovations years ago. carpets are old and stained. bathroom is very dated and not up to date with cauking etc the bedding .... very very outdated: the mattress was lumpy, the comforter was grey and the sheets were very worn out. the most outrages is the service. especially watch for scam: i asked the doorman for a taxi and he tried to put me into a shady limo that was hanging around the hotel. when i asked for a city taxi he lost intetest in helping further. i picked a taxi that was dropping off another customer. btw that limo vehicle is often parked in the vip parking of the hotel :(.

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly staff, would definitely stay again.

Me and my friends had a blast!! We love the area, the hotel was amazing! Definitely we are gonna visit again :)

We stayed here for five nights, this hotel was very clean and comfortable, we would recommend it to others and would stay here again. My only small gripe is that it seemed a little further back off I-drive then exactly on I-drive, the I-trolley was only a short walk away.

I had a work event at Cafe Tu Tu Tangos next to The Castle, so I got a room for my family to stay at for the night. The vending machines did not take dollars, so my husband had to go to every floor to find a machine that accepted dollar bills (that was the solution that the front desk suggested). The bartender at the outside bar was very nice and friendly. I don't remember his name, but he was a caucasian bald guy, I believe. I liked that the restaurant was connected to the hotel and that it was walking distance to Senor Frogs and Dave & Busters.

Given the standard of this very good hotel it was dissapointing to find no refrigerator and no microwave in the room.

The room was great and themed overlooking the pool that was heated-needed to be cleaned. The hot tub area was nice and secluded and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall it was very satisfied.We stayed in hotel 5 nights.The front desk was very helpful they even helped my daughter to send greeting post card. Rooms are nice and clean,tv has Internet connection,beds are very comfy,no cigarette smell.

A little older hotel that has been upgraded...very nice huge HD tv in room...overall very nice stay.

In all the hotel was in good condition except for being dusty. Everything in the main areas was clean, but anything out of arms reach was really dusty. The mirror frame on the wall was really dusty and the carpet under the desk was really dirty, but the bathroom was really clean. The furniture was really nice and even had a granite top. The bed was really cofortable. In all it was a good room.

My husband and I had a great time at this hotel on our honeymoon and plan to stay there the next time we are in town. Also check out the awesome little cafe called cafe tu tu tango that backs up to this hotel! It was the tastiest bite we had. Overall best hotel we had all trip!

A nice hotel, friendly staff, nice to walk outside, lots of restaurants and thing to do, lovely warm pool

would stay again.. small and cozy was my room i like it a lot overlooking the pool area

I thought it was super comfortable, would definitely stay here again

Hotel is nice. Room is ordinary. Fixtures are old. It could have been better if there is a free breakfast.

I WAS VERY UNSATISFIED. I ASKED FOR CONJOINING ROOMS AND THEY TOLD ME YES THEY HAD THEM AND BOOKED THEM FOR US. WHEN WE GET TO THE HOTEL THE RUDE DESK CLERK SAID I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU TALKED TO BUT WE DON'T HAVE ANY AVAILABLE. I WOULD HAVE NEVER STAYED THERE IF I KNEW THIS.

The location was great in the heart of International Dr. but other than that the hotel was beyond average. Service was average, decour was average, the room was average. I think for the price we paid per night that the room should have been nicer. To top things off, the TV in the room used a analog connection. Analog!

Not a convenient location if attending conference in Orlando. the floor in both public and in room need to be vacuum.

Pictures looked better online.. Eh, overall was ok.! Really nothing special, just a room to sleep in..

Excellent location for our working vacation at the FUN coin and money show held at the OCCC.

When we booked in your hotel looked so amazing ! reality is so different,, no bigger rooms, either big bathroom and not complementaries(for example,,, the cookies. The lady in the front desk said this ameniities was when Doubletree was before almost 2 or 3 years ago ....the only good thing is the location and nice restaurants around the area

Hotel was great staff was great room service was very very bad from 4 items that I request they dint have them and finally once it came it was so bad that I could not eat it Breakfast was teasted like card board and the service was really bad In other words great hotel with great people don't eat the food and you will have a great time

The front desk was very helpful; especially K.C. who was extremely nice and knowledgable of the area. The hotel theme is very beatifull and International drive is located in the back of the pool area close for walking to the shops and dinning.

The facility is a little old...

Incredible accomodations for an incredible price through hotels.com!!!
