Hampton Inn Austin - Northwest Arboretum - אוסטין

We had booked two rooms well over two months ago, both King. When we arrived at the hotel only one room was King and the other was double. They made no apologizes and tried to say that is what we requested even after we showed them our confirmation information listing King rooms. To top it off....there was a roach in one of the rooms

This was a very nice hotel and would stay again if in the area. It is close to shopping and food. The staff was exceptional and very accomodating! I was able to sleep well which says a lot considering I don't typically sleep soundly when staying at a hotel. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

It was great staying at Hampton Inn!! Clean, quiet and friendly staff. One suggestion for the hotel is to add refrigerators to the rooms.

We were given the room closest to the front desk which means EVERYONE walks noisily past. We asked for a room change before we even went in our room and were told we could not change. I know for a fact the hotel was not full so there was no reason to deny our request. Pets are allowed at this hotel but every other hotel I have stayed at requires pets to be accompanied at all times. This hotel does not. A large dog was barking until 2am. The second time we called the front desk to ask that something be done, the front desk clerk said they wouldn't do anything and hung up on my husband.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, close proximity to everywhere we wanted to visit but far enough away from busy locations to have some peace and quiet. And I cannot fail to mention that they have really really good coffee in the lobby all day and all night. I have never found good coffee at a hotel before this!

Very comfortable. Brand new TV! Good breakfast. Very comfortable lobby for eating breakfast and doing work.

Our stay was very pleasant. The front desk representatives were helpful and answered all the questions we had. The room was spacious and had all we needed for our stay.

The hotel is pretty clean and the breakfast was great. However, the room is far too small for a group of 4 and over. For the price, I was expecting a bigger room. If you've never been in Austin, I should tell you the hotel is around 20 minutes away from the city center, so it is a far drive. Pool and staff were great and friendly. Laundromat is available in a separate building. Overall it was a good stay, but wasn't really wowed by it.

Rose was awesome! Even though she was short staffed meaning alone, she did all she could in order to accomadate our needs and keep everyone satisfied!

Great for the price

Overall, the hotel was very nice. The room was organized and clean, had a nice TV, refrigerator, and controllable heat and air conditioning. The bed was so comfortable it was the best I'd slept in weeks. There was even complimentary breakfast every morning from 6:00 to 10:00 am. I only wish it was closer to downtown Austin.

Weekend in Austin was great thanks to the front desk staff who treated the kids to a toy each and a gatoraid when we arrived. Room was neat and location was awesome. Would stay there again!

No shower caps , bed was not changed when ask . Room linens definitely needs cleaning . Thank u

We had a good stay here for three nights. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Room was clean. Quiet. Nice people. Great bed. Free Wi-Fi. Free coffee and USA Today. Lots of shopping and places to eat in the area but not close to downtown Austin. Having a car is a must. Would stay there again.

Great location; the price was right; friendly and helpful reception at front desk. Several annoying factors in the room: A/C fan was noisy (recurring squeal); closet door would not open or close properly; a used washcloth had been left on the shower rod. None of these were showstoppers, but detracted from the overall experience.

The staff were helpful and arranged a quick shuttle trip to my nearby appt.

Bathroom floor needed a good mopping!!! Otherwise the rest of room was clean.

Everything was wonderful but the bed. The mattress was hard as a rock. This was the kind of bed one would find at hunting camp. I have had better nights sleep backpacking. The breakfast was good though. We stay at Hampton all the time and this is the first timewe've had a bad nights sleep.

Liked hotel very much. convenient location, nice rooom and good breakfast.

This is a wonderfully run hotel. Each one of the different staff that I encountered were professional and kind. The front desk staff were terrific.. especially Rose and I think her name was Amanda... we stayed for 5 days and then went to SA for and over night and then back to this same hotel for another two nites.We were tired when we arrived back and we were treated like family including cookies in our room . Certainly we will stay there again.. only negative is a hot tub would have been great at the end of a long day but this site does not have one... maybe they might install one some day like their other hotels. BUT that was the only negative....

Cleaniness of the room/hotal was great! Service and hotel amenities were also great! Very good breakfast! Super comfortable beds and pillows! The hotel was right across the highway from our training center. Our first night the A/C would not stay at the set temperature. However, the second night it worked fine. We also would have liked a refrigerator in the room. Nonetheless, we would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel offers an excellent location, a very friendly and helpful staff, well kept and comfortable rooms, and is pet friendly (no additional fees). On the downside, the wifi was substandard and weekday rates are a little pricey for the brand.

We love the Hampton Arboretum! It is near restaurants, highways, shopping and family. The decor is lovely, the rooms comfortable and attractive and the breakfast first rate. Coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours a day, internet in the lobby and the rooms, fitness center and small but nice pool. The staff take close interest in individual guests and remembered our names from before. I don't think we'd stay anywhere else in Austin!

Another great stay at Hampton Inn. They continue to provide consistent quality of service.

Absolutely lived up to all the great reviews. Just excellent customer service/attitude from staff. And my dogs were welcomed and treated as guests, too (of course my dogs are VERY well-behaved, or I wouldn't take them). Highly recommend- will stay again.

We will stay at Hampton anytime we can because of the WIFI and breakfast. I feel we get more from our money, they are consistently great hotels and I feel safe when traveling along.

Complimentary breakfast was always outstanding - more choices, food was hot and tasty. Good eating facilities. Health club was a little small. Poor was good. The a/c/heat unit did a good job although its placement is right next to the desk and chair so when we were using our computer, it blew directly on us and we could not redirect it unless we just turned the temp so it wouldn't come on even though this is summer with its heat. Otherwise, we have no complaints. Hotel clerks were always friendly and helpful. IT was a great 3 day stay.
