Check-in was easy. I chose this hotel because of the value and I came in late on a red-eye flight, so it was close to the airport. The first room I was given had a window that opened to a very dark back parking lot. The window would not lock, so I called for help. Staff really tried to close the window, but failed. They switched me to another room. Two lamps didn't work, but I was so tired I didn't care. Had a good night's sleep- bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean except for the really dirty grout on the floor tile (maybe hotels should invest in a grout cleaner machine) and there was once a bath mat in the tub because there were remnants of the glue stuck in the tub. That night was daylight savings so when I went to get breakfast, everything was being packed up because it was really 1 hr later than I thought it was. They should have put a reminder card in each room. The hotel lobby had too many personal effects: a picture of Oklahoma team announcing a win in 2003, a 8" statue of the twin towers with a memorial message, too many real and fake plants, etc. but I would stay at this hotel again only because the price was right.

It was comfortable, but a few noisy guests late at night. The beds were fairly comfortable and the rooms were clean. It was nice to have a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The front desk staff were very helpful and cordial. The location was very convenient to the airport and several restaurants nearby were very good.

It all was great except for the house keeping knocking on our door at 7:30am they should really check for people checked out at the ftont desk rather than waking people that had only been in bed 2 hours that have several hours to check out yet

Guy at the front desk was awesome. He was very helpful in suggesting a place to eat and wash my clothes as the laundry room was out of order. My room was clean, the bed(mattress) had a bit of a lean but all in all the stay was well worth the price. Will use again.

The clerk at the counter was one of the most courteous persons I have encountered in hotel stays. Very accomodating and concerned about my having a good stay. The complimentary breakfast was decent. Was just a short jaunt from the airport. My room waas a king size suite and the bed was most comfortable, as well as the room. Thank you! Will definitely stay there again.

Nice room, but a club across the street had some serious bass thumping. Management promptly moved us to the opposite side of the hotel.

trouble with shower, water temp regulation, and unable to fill tub. Shower dysfunctional. Asked for extra blankets, and they had very strong smell that awakened both of us. Staff friendly; cost reasonable.

I had the most enjoyable stay at the hotel that I have had in years of staying at hotels.

The staff was not polite but they were efficient. The room had a few issues. The window would not close all the way and the wind howled through it all night. The toilet kept backing up as well. The drapes on the window had a very large clump of something that looked like someone had thrown a handful of mayonnaise on it and let it dried!

The hotel may be a bit old but we really enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast comparable to all others hotels and the price was great. Would highly recommend this hotel.

My stay was for a family Holiday gathering nearby. The hotel itself very clean & friendly. Hot breakfast was wonderful & the staff very kind. Room was clean & smelled wonderful. Overall my stay was great and will be returning again for another visit soon. Thanks Ramada!!!

We stayed here for a short stay on way through to another city. Room was clean and comfortable. Elevator button was stuck and hallway floors were pretty filthy. Breakfast was good and hot. Would stay again.

The facility is showing it's age despite an update at some point, but unless you stay in a newly built hotel you can expect some wear. The service was friendly and prompt. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Although we missed the continental breakfst, it did consist f more than coffee and do-nuts. It was a nice stay for the price.

The hotel needs to be renovated. But my stay was very pleasant because of the great service that I received during my entire stay. Kudos to Glen the manager.

I mistakenly bought a smoke free room on the non refundable Website however the staff put me up in a two bed nonsmoking room when I realized my error. The beds were soft and the room was clean however the entire floor smelled like cigarettes even our room stunk of it. Since the staff was so nice I didn't make a fuss but it was pretty bad.

I really was dissappointed that I had to wait to check in my room in my car . I had called previously and was told my room would be ready at 1:00pm. However when I arrived at the Hotel my room was not ready. I had to wait in my car in the sun until it was prepared.

Glen is wonderful! I drove to OKC the night before my flight that left at 6am the next morning. He arranged my transport to the airport and my car was secure at the Ramada. I stay here every time I need to fly out of OKC. The rooms are always clean, the service is great and I sleep better here than in a 4 star hotel.

I've not ever stayed at a Ramada before and this was a great stay for me. The price was right and the location was very close to where I needed to be each morning. The room was clean and neat and comfortable. The breakfast that was offered each morning was teriffic and convientent. Great for me.....I will recommend this hotel and will definately stay again.

This is the best hotel i have stayed in oklahoma city! I take my daughter to ou childrens hopsital alot and this hotel will give me the best discounts! I really am impressed with the front desk clerk! He was very polite and helpful!

Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lower rating foe cleanliness is reflective of the way the room was serviced during the stay. Bed was not made, however there were always clean towels and coffee supplies. I would stay here again.

Well i enjoyed my time and the room. The bartender and all the staff were great except the guy that booked me in. The blk man lied and said that.the transport didnt go to airport. Also the Sauna was broken and no1 told anyone
