The Fairfeild was very nice. The area around it is mostly upscale hotels and business. We stay in Dallas at least 4 or 5 times a year to go to UT Southwestern medial facilities. This was the nicest stay we have had. We always choose 3-4 star hotels and were very pleased. Traveling cross country Fairfield is consistently good.

We were in town for the Dallas Rock n Roll Half Marathon. The hotel is less then a mile from the nearest DART station that took us into downtown (less then a 15 minute ride) dropped off near the AA Center or Downtown. The ladies at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. The breakfast was your standard continental but food was good. I would and will stay here again next time I am in Dallas. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location and the service was excellent.

Overall stay was great, but breakfast was so so. You had to cook your own waffles and no bacon or sausage. Area was also crowded. U will do better at dennys next door

Great option for Oaklawn area and Cedar Springs.

Very close to the American Airlines Arena and the DART Park-n-Ride train station. I will definitely stay here again.

We booked this hotel because of the indoor pool for the kids. BIG mistake, it was green and the chlorine was over powering. When you were in the water clumps of people's hair would get attached to you. You could NOT see the bottom at all! The customer service was great and its not far from downtown. But do not walk around the neighborhood by yourself. Much less dont go outside at night. We will NOT be stayin here again. Oh and breakfast was decent nothin special by any means.

I was not impressed. the beds were uncomfortable and when asked for non feathered pillows we were brought feathered pilows and told they were not feathered pillows. I am allergic and I was not happy. Other than that everything was great.

Hotel was right off of I35 so it was convenient to get around. Surrounding neighborhood not the best but the hotel was good.

Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfy. I'm from the Midwest and appreciate value. I walked across the street every night for dinner to a nicer hotel. Felt like I got what I was looking for.

Great weekend. I was allowed early check in, but I didn't care for the 1st floor. The other rooms were still being cleaned but once they found one, I was able to move right in. They worked fast on that. Crowded weekend but it was still quiet. Bed and pillows were great. I had a fridge and microwave, which wasn't in the 1st room I had, but I didn't need it. Overall experience was great. I did have one issue with neighbor smoking weed in the bathroom on my first night but that didn't happen anymore. The neighborhood is full of other hotels. Only restaurant outside of the hotels is Denny's.

Staff was very helpful and polite. This is a great location. It is right off the highway and roughly about 10-15 minutes from Uptown area, West Village, Lemmon Ave, Galleria & North Park Mall; 5 to 10 minutes from Victory Plaza and downtown. I-35E is 30 seconds away. Tollway is 2 minutes away. If you plan to be out and about, this is the place to stay.

surprisingly one of the best for the price level

The Hotel staff was exceptional. Our beds were ultra comfortable! The pool was not heated so swimming indoors was not a good experience for the kids but we were able to use the Courtyard Marriott next door and it was still warm enough outside for their outdoor pool. Cost of room was fair and the free breakfast was good. The only real downside for us was that the breakfast area was too small and our room was also pretty small, but adequate. Would definitely stay here again or the Courtyard Marriott next door which only cost a little more.

Will stay again. Clean rooms. Very quiet!!! Great service. Breakfast included. Indoor pool with great hours for the kids to enjoy. My husband is in a wheelchair & the hotel was very accommodating to his needs. We needed adjoining rooms with our family & an early check in time. The staff made it happen!

We enjoyed our stay. The use of the Courtyard next door was an added bonus.

We were in town just overnight for a concert. The hotel was reasonably priced and a comfortable place to stay. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and made you feel good about staying there. Beds were very comfortable. Recommend and would stay again.

The hotel was very clean and close to everything. Rooms were big and comfortable. The only drawback was that there was a motorcycle rally and lots of people were staying there. Their bike trailers took up all the parking around the hotel. Other than that, great stay!

Wonderful! There is not another place in this world that has a bed as comfortable as yours!! Whoever makes the beds for your chain is amazing! Best night's sleep ever! I hated to leave!

It served its purpose, bed was the best thing about the stay

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn with my two sons for a tournament in Dallas. The immediate area wasn't that great, but its close enough to the city that it didn't really matter. The area has a great old school diner with great service and food! The hotel pools are open till 11pm, which my kids loved! the rooms and bathroom were clean. Not all rooms come with a refrigerator, but they try really hard to get you what you request. The free breakfast was great, just to get you going till lunch while we were out and about. I love the free wifi in the rooms unlike some other hotels where you had to go to the lobby to access it. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Would stay there again if I was in town.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was better than we expected! The indoor pool leaves much to be desired, however guests at the Fairfield have access to the Courtyard's pool next door and we enjoyed that pool very much! Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Dallas!
