The front desk was very helpful in making sure our stay was wonderful. The coffee available at all times was awesome.

Bad area. Won't stay there again.

Everything was great. The young fellow at check in couldn't have been nicer. He might have been the best person that has ever been at a motel desk for me.

This is a high quality hotel with excellent service. The breakfast is the best "free" breakfast of any hotel I have ever been to. My only issues: the shower head had a divergent stream which sprayed me in the face and it couldn't be re-directed, and the tv was not working on several channels. They eventually got some of them back in service, but not all. But this was not a make-or-break deal for me. Very pleasant stay overall.

I had a lot if questions and requests. All were answered promptly and helped promptly. Service was great.

You need to get new king size mattresses. They need to be replaced. When I pay that much I expect to have a good mattress.

Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Clean, quiet, priced right, friendly service and a great breakfast buffet. I didn't care about location but if you want to be in the middle of downtown, this is within a short drive but isn't quite walking distance. However, if you are looking for a peaceful place to spend the night and get moving in the morning this should be close to perfect for you. Near the airport but I didn't hear any noise at all with a room on the north side of the hotel.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was quite satisfactory with a variety of choices. Staff was personable and helpful.

This hotel had the friendliest staff I havae ever encountered--and I have stayed in hotels many places in the world! From the second you came in the door the front desk staff made you feel like you were their best friends coming to stay at their home. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bedding was plush. Breakfast was good and plentiful with a nice variety of hot and cold offerings. The last thing they asked when we left was if there was ANYTHING they could have done better and they meant it.

Staff was extremely friendly! Rooms were clean and the beds was very comfortable! Only negative was when we checked in there was a note at the desk saying the police were warning about several break-ins into cars parked in the hotel lot. Just do not leave valuables in your car! Breakfast was good - eggs, waffles, yogurt, etc.

A decent, clean hotel with nice free breakfast and wi-fi. Several miles from ICT, so surprised it is called an "airport hotel".

re room - carpet had visible stain, I was there during a couple of days of high wind and one night rain - significant leaks either side of window unit with loud dripping sounds until I stuffed bath towels each side - one was significantly soaked next morning. One morning I was last group down just before 10 for breakfast - mostly wanted coffee and maybe a roll or such - coffee was cold -- there was a mall close by, starbucks, restaurants, etc which was helpful

Decent place, right for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but bed seemed well used with a very lumpy comforter and a sagging mattress. Everything was clean except the blow dryer that looked like someone else's hair got caught in it. Nothing that made it a terrible experience, but certainly wouldn't pay more than the deal I got on hotels.com to stay there again.

The Hotel was great, very friendly service and staff. the parking lot at the hotel was well lite for security sake. the breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. I will stay there again.

The staff took phone calls and ignored us at check-in. The breakfast was fair. The eggs were totally dry. There was the strong smell of smoke in the hallway, though all the rooms were non-smoking. Although the room was neat and the over-all hotel condition was clean, it would be better to spend a few extra bucks and stay at homewood inn and suites or hotel at waterwalk.

Access off highway is easy going west not so much going eastbound. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions

only two items were slightly less than expected. Bed - standard double instead of queen. Coming to the Hotel from the I-235 or W Kellogg is confusing and required us to pass it up - turn around and come back to figure it out and then get back on Kellogg going East to come back and cruise right in.

Staff is very friendly and does everything possible to make stay pleasant.

After staying at several different hotels in Wichita, we've decided this is our favorite. We love the employees and the efforts they make to ensure we have everything we need. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean, and the breakfast is good.

Overall very good experience! Breakfast was good, large coffee selection. A bit difficult to get to at first with no direct route from the main road, GPS got a little confused. Surrounding neighborhood has many fast food restaurants, but that's about it.

Good value for a family stopover on a cross-country trip; nice breakfast, clean and pleasant.

My only complaint was when watching tv, the sound would intermittently stop for a couple of seconds (as if profane language was being obscurred, which wasnt the case). Other than that i would definitely stay again.

The hotel was easy to find, close to lots of options for eating and shopping and places of interest. The pool was pleasant and felt private - outdoors but enclosed.

Very clean room smelled nice

I thought the hotel was clean, staff was friendly and super nice, breakfast had a great selection and they had a pretty good gym for a hotel. I would highly recommend staying here.

From the time we walked in to the time we left everything was exceptional. I love the fact that the duvets are washed after every guest!

The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly! Everything was exactly what you would expect for the money, not the Ritz, but a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

if you are useing a GPS, it might tell you to go the wrong way down a road. you may have to cut thur some residential roads.

No suprises and a very comfortable room, along with friendly service!!
