Lady at the front desk was rude. Bathtub was less than clean, but the bed was super comfortable.

We only stayed one night, but the room was very clean and comfortable. I was very pleasantly surprised with the ammenities available in the room. I will be visiting Lima more frequently as my son will be attenting UNOH so I will definitely book here again!

The front lobby looks a bit dated. The swirly design of the carpet made me feel a bit dizzy...or maybe it was just my new glasses! Apart from that everything was fine with one small exception. I did forget to pack toothpaste and requested a tube from the front desk which was graciously provided at no charge. I have to say it was the worst toothpaste I ever put in my mouth. You should seriously consider dumping whatever stock you have left and get something new. Yucko.

Our stay was nice, breakfast was ok but the "hot" items that were available weren't edible except the waffles you make yourself. They were willing to change our room so we could be closer to the rest of our group. Overall, great experience.

Could smell smoke in the hallway; however, not in the room

Everything was fine and room seemed clean, but the microwave had a brown puddle in it, and there was water in the coffee maker & coffee pot.

We have stayed here before & that is why we chose to stay here again while we were in this area.

Excellent service, great staff and clean. A little off the beating path, but that kept it quiet, so maybe not such a bad quality? Would go back again to this location, it's a nice hotel!

My husband and I , along with several college bowling teams, very much enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn. Wonderful rooms and the breakfast area was fabulous. Great food!

The Hotel looked nice from the outside and even in the lobby, well when we went to our room there were hair on the sink, floor and even on the tolit paper roll. The bed was not very comfortable, but the Breakfast was good. It had a large variety and lots of good choices, But they were short staffed and another person staying had to go to the front desk and ask if it could be replentished I heard on our way checking out. Also they had the space for a pool and I know there was once one they should think about putting in one.

You get what you pay for, and for the price this was a decent hotel. Clean, nice staff, ok breakfast.

My construction crew gave your hotel two thumbs up. They liked the fridge and microwave, saved them money!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Waffle House conveniently open 24/7 and within walking distance. Breakfast was great, can't complain. My husband thought the coffee was a bit watered down but maybe it was just that one morning.

it was a very nice hotel and the workers were very nice. I really didnt like the location of it thought...the neighborhood was run down.

staff very helpful and friendly, lobby attractive, complimentary breakfast good. when we were there it was a terriblly hot, very humid weekend, therefore, the airconditioning in the room was suffering and the room was quite damp and clammy, but it was cool. There were ants present-- perhaps because it was a ground level room. The exercise facilities and computer facilities were excellent.

This hotel was easy to find & close to where we were going for an appointment on Monday morning. Good breakfast & the hotel was a very pretty place to stay. The area only had a Waffle House & a convience store right close to the hotel.
