The mattress was lumpy as they get when slept in over time, but the pillows were perfect, soft and cushy. The mattress is the only hold up on giving a 5 to the room. The room was well laid out for the space given. The personal were very pleasant and accommodating. Nice breakfast spaces as well as lounging.

Overall, this was one of the best stays we have enjoyed in visiting Atlanta. The staff, location, and room were all perfect were what we needed. The only item that I would suggest could be upgraded for this location is to have an ice machine on every floor. This was a little annoying having to get on the elevator to go to a different floor to do.

I spent two nights at this hotel during a mid-week leisure visit to Atlanta. I have stayed at Hyatt Place Hotels in other cities in the past and have consistently been impressed with the accommodations. In particular, the cleanliness of the rooms and hospitality of the staff. I chose to stay at this particular hotel not only because of my past positive experiences, but also because of it great location and FREE parking. This hotel was conveniently located in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta which is ideal for tourist with its close proximity to MARTA (public transportation), fine dining + shopping and relatively safe environment. A big plus in favor of this hotel was its free parking, which is a rarity in Atlanta. Overall, I can say without reservation that my next visit to Atlanta will include accommodations at this exceptional hotel. A true value given its accommodations and Buckhead location.

I stayed at the hotel from 19-22 April. I am truly satisfied and think I got value for money. It is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star staff; they were all so friendly and nice. The hotel is also ideally located within walking distance of Lenox Mall, restaurants, bars and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a really nice place to stay for the night. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. It's not exactly downtown, but I was more concerned with staying in a safe part of town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was visiting Atanta for the celebration of my 6 year anniversary and my husband's birthday. The area was great for shopping and close enough to fine dining and fun. The hotel was clean and smelled wonderful. The staff was great and offered my husband and I complimentary wine for our celebration. The breakfast was delish. I really enjoyed my stay.

Attentive and friendly staff, clean rooms, great location and free parking. If you are looking for something more modern and updated you might want to try another hotel, but I highly recommend.

Great location in Buckhead, easy access to hotel and parking garage. Very convenient and good price as well. Room layout was very cool with a partition between the bed and the living room area. I would definitely stay there again.

It was ok...the parking was a problem because you can only use the 3rd and 6th floor...the service was poor ...I had an infant and no one helped with luggage...the room was clean and spacious

Stayed here for a one night sleepover to meet some friends that were in town. The room was quiet, comfortable and very pleasant. I would definitely stay again.

Everyone working in this hotel was AMAZING! Great customer service and great patience with me and my 3 kids. I travelled alone with 3 kids 8 and under. Although most other guests were business people, the staff was amazing with my kids. I wish I would have gotten the names of the workers. I could rant all day about how wonderful they were!

This is one of my favorite hotels in Atlanta. Great room, modern, and is always clean. Love it!

I went to Atlanta for a meeting and needed a last minute hotel that was close to where our meeting was being held. The location of the Hyatt Place is very convenient if you are doing business in Buckhead. The directions were clear and there was free parking (hotels charging their customers for parking always ticks me off so this was a huge plus). The check yourself in feature I think they could do away with; it takes away from the customer service experience and I don't see how it saves on staff time when they have a staffer standing there walking you through the process. The lobby was a bit chaotic when we were there, but the staff ready and willing to help. The small bar/food menu/lounge area was comfortable. I was surprised to see they were offering Starbucks brand coffee and Tazo tea at no charge, a definite plus. The breakfast buffet that was included with your staff is something that deserves mention. The offering was nice and the selection substantial. It seemed like everyone in the hotel was down there for breakfast. The rooms could use updating; the sofa was worn and the carpet needs replacing.

Had a chance to stay in both Hyatt locations. This will always be my place to stay when in Atlanta.

I really loved this hotel. I went there to celebrate my birthday which is also the day before St. Patrick's Day and the location was perfect. The service was great and the smell was amazing. Never been in a hotel that smelled so great from the time you walk in til the time you walk out! Very clean and cost efficient!!!

My stay here was definitely my last stay. Parking in garage was not reassuring. Having to carry luggage from 6th floor to inside hotel was just too much. The entire 2nd floor smelled like marijuana. It was quite noisy. My eyes became very dry and irritated due to the smoking inside of the hotel . Ugh!

Not too fond of how the parking garage is set up but everything else was awesome.

Stayed overnight, nice room, great location in Buckhead. Staff was friendly, knowlegeable accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Went to this hotel for a girl's weekend with friends. We got there around 3:30pm but our room wasn't ready yet, so the staff gave us complimentary appetizers from the food bar. The customer service was great and the staff were all very nice. We also loved the free shuttle to the nearby Lenox Mall so we didn't have to walk back late in the evening.

I would recommend that you look at google maps (street view) so you know how to find the entrance. I had trouble figuring it out.

Nice and clean. Will stay again.

Clean room, great breakfast and staff very friendly and helpful. Used the van to get a ride to Marta, great because it was a cold weekend. It was a little noisy from the street, busy area.

It was a little confusion when my wife and I got there but overall it was nice and they gave us drinks on the house for the confusion.
