The room was comfortable.There were few restaurants near Hotel.Staff were friendly.

I loved it. Bed was super comfy, light blocked out nicely, shower and toilet were in the bathroom while the sink and mirror were in the main room which was nice, great full hot breakfast.

Great price, nice room, friendly staff, convenient location. Definitely will stay there again.

We booked last minute during CMA week. Closest hotel to downtown that we could find without paying rediculos prices. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. Curb appeal and inside was neat and clean. Even though the hotel was full it was quiet. We had a great hotel experience overall

great place near to the airport and convenient for all I needed to do. Would definitely stay again in the future.

For the $$, I probably could of done better? (Hamption Inn? Holiday Inn express? Same cost, but MUCH better beds, etc)

Our wing and room had a musty order to it. Greeted by somebody else's long hair in the first hand towel I unfolded. Breakfast buffet was lacking in anything I would consider healthy.

Nice place, good location . Room a little small, but good for the price.

We spent two nights at the Alexis while in Nashville. We usually stay in a 'name brand' hotel, but the ratings for this hotel along with the location and price convinced me to stay. There was a light takeoff noise from time to time, but nothing that annoyed us. The location was ideal and it was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was the usual, cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. but met our needs nicely. The staff at this hotel, from the front desk to the maintenance and housekeeping staff, are all very nice and are always smiling. The desk staff was wonderful and I'd like to give a shout out to Geneva who took great care of us when we found we needed to stay an additional night. Her smiling face and sweet disposition along with her customer service skills make her a great asset. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and since we will be making more regular trips to Nashville, I almost certainly will.

slept like a baby. Hot shower. No compliments other than breakfast. No bacon just sausage.

We were very impressed with the motel-not high class but clean, comfortable and had all the basics. The furniture was a little too much for the size of the room. The desk chair would not go under the desk and seemed to be in the way. The kitchenette was awesome - sink, microwave, ample cabinet and counter space. The exercise room has 3 pieces of equipment and the treadmill was not working. The other two you had to figure out on your own how to use them. The beds were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a good variety. The entry doors to the rooms were inside which is a nice safety feature. You cannot call directly to the room which seems a little backwoods and they asked for your name each time.

Great price, clean, easy to find. Worth staying at this hotel

I enjoyed my stay. Before going to the hotel I had great concern about cleanliness. The hotel room was nice and clean. The service was friendly. Breakfast was good and they provided a nice selection of food items.

Good room for the price. Bed was not the most comfortable but good for the price.

I would rate this hotel as a 3.0...Furnishings and rooms were dated, and worn, but clean. The breakfast, except for the waffles was very basic. Next trip I'll stick with a chain name, and then I'll know what to expect.

We came in late (10:30 pm) and wanted shuttle service as opposed to getting a car. The van was waiting for us, everything was great. Loved the room layout with extra counter space. Definitely recommend!!

The Hotel is great & the location is convenient .

It was perfect for what I needed and wanted to pay. On leisure shopping, did not want to spend a lot on room however this hotel was better than I expected for the price I paid. Next Te I am in town shopping I will stay there again.

Our stay was comfortable as the room was clean and the hotel quiet. We got a very good price by booking on line. It is not a $200.00/night hotel, but for a good value hotel, it was great!

Well run, good staff except the night clerk had to have been new as she knew NOTHING! Nothing much to complain about except the breakfast. The food was good but ......... Find out if a tour bus is coming as these people all fill the dining area at the same time, then after eating they sit and talk thus leaving no room for the other guests to eat. We would definitely come back.

Clean, convenient, good breakfast, comfortable bed, friendly staff, inexpensive, 10 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from Opry Mills.

The location of the hotel made it convenient to go to the various sights we had planned to visit. The rates were great. The room was comfortable and very nice. We liked the sink and vanity outside of the bathroom for convenience, but there was no counter top space for toiletries and the coffee maker combined. The breakfast provided was great..nothing lacking. There was some mold on the shower surround that was not cleaned off in the 3 days we were guests. The elevator areas need some cleanup and updating, ie, broken tiles and dirty.

Hey, for the price....if your not trying to impress anyone, like say your wife or girlfriend it's reasonable. It's an old hotel, and there are no extra's, but it's reasonably clean and right near the airport. You get what you pay for, let's just leave it at that.

Would happily stay there again. Nicely appointed room, clean, quite, and convenient. No perceptible noise from the airport during our visit.

The location to Nashville was great. Not far from many sites. We took the Gray Line Tour...AWESOME Tour for the money. Our driver was very informative of the area! The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful with this. It off the highway and we had a quiet night for sleep. Breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean. I'd stay here again!

We were very pleased with this hotel. It is a good value and we will return. Front desk was friendly and the lobby comfortable. The room was small but clean and comfortable.

They beds at Alexis Inn are Outstanding! What a super nights sleep. Fantastic deal for the price and a quality hotel. I will stay here again.

Overall a good value for the person staying a night or two and needs a place to crash. Clean rooms nice bed.

Hotel and staff were great. Very courteous staff and the hotel was nice and clean.

The hotel was great for the night we were there. Not too much ruckus, and very clean. The rooms could have been a bit more updated, but were very suitable. Not too far from downtown Nashville, but far enough away that you don't feel crowded. Overall, great stay!

It was quite, clean, and the help are always very good!
