My husband and I stayed one night to attend a concert at the Narrows Centre. The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. The shower rocked!! The only downside to it is that there is no where to eat after 11pm; we went to a AWFUL Chinese restaurant because it was the only thing open, not even a Wendys or Taco Bell!!

very nice hotel! great room, super nice staff. was very happy with my experience.

Staff was professional, polite and efficient. Hotel was clean and no funny smells. It was very crowded, but everyone taken care of as if you were the only guest. The breakfast was wonderful and lady taking care of it made sure everything was replenished quickly and kept neat. It was very close to our destination and would definitely go there again if in the area.

No complaints. Enjoyed myself. Super clean. Great service and staff.

Never have I found a post it on the headboard stating that "the duvet cover and sheets were cleaned for your arrival." While this is great, what about the things in the room without a post it?

The hotel was very nice except that the neighborhood is really unsightly, just along the highway. We went out for dinner but had to take the car to find a nicer place. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is great.

Very enjoyable. It was close to our family member's home. The hotel was very accomodating about putting the three different rooms for our party together. Breakfast was excellent--but I did miss yogurt on Sunday am.

The room was a little small and noisy from the highway

The pros: good location for business travel & proximity to city. Great breakfast & even bad evening wine & cheese one night. Staff was very friendly. The cons: my room had a layer of dust on all surfaces & hair in the bathtub & sink when I arrived. Did seem very clean. Alarm clock did not work. Room was small.

Not much! We spent a nice chunk of change for a night in a smoking room with no ashtray, no microwave as the website had said our room would have. It didnt say it would have a refrig. but c'mon, for that money can I keep my dinner leftovers from going bad overnight, or a cpl drinks we may want to have...COLD! The "Grille" they had next door was full at 8:00 and we were forced to drive into town to get dinner when we could've walked and had a cpl drinks with dinner. Room was clean,front desk was friendly and full hot breakfast in the morning was nice.

Staff pleasant and helpful. Only complaint was hotel didn't replace shampoo, conditioner,lotion and was out for 2 days....Must have access to a car or you will be stranded for long periods of time...

it was fine

you should let customer know on the hotel.com web site that checking in at 1am to 8am costs an extra day.

Clean, updated, friendly staff, nice breakfast, easy to get on/off the highway. Pleasantly surprised-would definitely recommend to others & stay here again!

Like all Hampton Inns a little pricey for what you get Very nice breakfast buffet Clean, modern pool and hot tub Good internet connection

My Wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. everything and everyone made our 3 day stay comfortable and enjoyable. This is the reason We only stay at Hampton Inns every trip We take.

I booked a room for one night for myself, my Dad and my two daughters. When were given a smoking room as that was all that was left. I accepted this thinking it wouldn't be too bad. We also requested a rollaway bed for one of us to sleep on. When we arrived there were several guests complaining about their rooms and asking to change rooms. The hotel was completely booked. We gotthe key to our room and opened the door and were bombarded with the most horrible strong stench of cigarette smoke you can imagine. The window did not open to even try to air it out. My daughter began to feel sick in a matter of minutes. They also told us there were no more rollaway beds avilable. They offerred to let us sleep in a meeting room that they had a sofa bed in and a double bed that pulled out of the wall. We declined. It didn't feel cozy at all. We called another hotel and checked out of this one after 15 minutes. I still could get no refund. Very disappointing. On a positive note, the lobby was lovely. I have stayed at this hotel once before with a much better experience. I willnot stay again.

Comfortable, clean room - phone was not working! Arrived late evening and found out the phone was not working when I tried to call for a wake-up call. Too late to get dressed and run down to the lobby. Otherwise very comfortable stay with great varied cold & hot breakfast foods in the morning.

The hotel was clean, people friendly, very nice hotel. The bad part of the hotel: The pool was very cold and I spoke to Frank at the front desk and he told me it was 80 degrees and if I wanted to warm up I should go to the jacuzzi. I told Frank that my little 10 year old wanted the pool not the jacuzzi and he did nothing to make it better. The room was very small. The hotel was not near anything at all for a vacation.

very pleased with our 5 day stay....indoor pool was great to beat the heat. Gym adequate for wannabe exercisers. Laundry room in house was very helpful. Breakfast varied every morning, fresh and hearty servings. Great coffee! Hotel rooms stylish and clean, great smell. Friendly staff, very accomodating. Great location near freeways (Martha's Vineyard ferry only 9 miles away!!) Would recommend to any weary traveler!

Very satisfied with all aspects

This Hampton Inn is not in the heart of a beautiful area - although Watuppa Pond is pretty. But, the hotel was all it needed to be for a quick stopover to and from Newport. It was a lot cheaper than staying in Newport as well!

Great location close to family in Fall River. Also restraunt within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun and very well maintained. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of choices. Staff were all very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in the area.

I believe this hotel was newly remodeled. Everything was very nice, new and clean and fresh. There was even a lap desk for my laptop. The wine and cheese was a nice touch as they had a complimentary happy hour in the lobby. The food in the morning was always promptly refilled as the hotel was pretty full when I was there. The fitness room was very nice and had what appeared to be brand new fitness equipment. I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn to others and would stay there again in a minute. It was close to a really great restaurant called Bittersweet Farms and the man at the front desk even gave us coupons for free dessert! Not that I need it! I love Hampton Inn's and try to stay there whenever I can when I travel.

Seems like some housing program is using the hotel so they heard groups of families through the rooms. The kids can be loud and misbehaved. They are excited by their surroundings....I was there too when I was a kid. That said, I had to go to my door twice in the night and ask other guests to quiet down (after 11:30PM) The breakfast is outstanding, staff is great, rooms are great.

Comfortable, clean accomodations. Conveniently located for travel to Horseneck Beach. Noon checkout was very beneficial for us as we were able to go to the beach and return to our room for a shower before continuing on our journey. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
