I stayed during spring break and while I know rates go up at that time, it does not justify the dullness of the room. Nothing special. Looked like a plain room. Very clean, but the sheets felt like sand paper. I will not stay there again. Price was way too high for what I got.

Great Location! Right in the heart of Key West. Good Hotel. Clean. Good breakfast. Nice Sunset Deck!

We went because of the excellent ratings. Unfortunately, we have to give two stars. The air condition was rattling off and the toilet paper holder kept falling off the rack, not a five star hotel status. We called three times to have the air condition looked at out of our 3 night stay, unacceptable. On the last night, we simply had to turn off the air condition bz one cannot control the thermostat. Worst, upon checking out, the front desk didn't ask how out stay was. I guess they didn't care.

very nice only complaint would be air conditioner noise was a little more than I would like .

I loved the stay at the westin and its location. I stepped out the door and fun began. Very nice if you got the money. Will be back someday.

Our stay at the westin was faboulous. The staff was top notch, it close to everything we wanted to see. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were totally satified.

Very nice location

Great location to many things in Key West. Please add a place to change so you can enjoy the pool after checkout. We had all day to be in Key West until our return flight and would have loved to use the pool but had no place to clean up and change after we checked out.

The Westin was a great hotel. We booked online and therefore had one king bed instead of the two queens we requested. We stayed in that room our first night and then were moved to another room with two beds the second night and third nights. Our only disappointment was that every day there was a cruise ship docked right on the west side of the hotel which remained there until evening and blocked the view. But otherwise it was quiet, and in a good location to walk just about anywhere. The Bistro waterside bar and restaruant was a lovely spot! We would come back to this Westin.

Air conditioner in room did not work. Engineering worked on A/C for 1 1/2 to 2 hours after check in, unable to repair. Westin reportedly fully occuppied. 80 degrees in our room with no A/C, unable to sleep had to leave hotel just before midnight to go to different hotel, Sheraton Suites. My wife moved a chair and found a pair of womans panties from a former guest on the floor, grossed us out. Terrible experience. It was my suggestionto management to move to different hotel. Management only sent a small fan to the room, and removed parking fee for garage, totally inadequate. Terrible experience. Inadequate response by management.

Lovely property on the dockside. Mallory Square and Duval Street really close by.

Excellent location-walk out the door to sunset pier and duval street. Room was very nice. New I bathroom -all marble and glass. Pillows and bed linen was top notch. Will go back

The staff was great, accomodating and friendly. The room was immaculate and quiet. The location was perfect!

I stayed in a room next to the elevator first night. My wife & I couldn't fall asleep because of unbelievable noise, enen though we aren't sound sensitive people. We complained to front desk, they knew the problem. They said everybody complained. This is not a sellable room. When we called front desk, first thing they said was "we can't adjust the room rate". We didn't even ask to adjust. Very disappointed. It was the worst stay ever!

Great location next to marina and Mallory Square and 2 blocks to Duval Street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Since a car is not needed in Key West, would be nice if Westin had an airport shuttle.

One block from Duval Street; perfect place to watch the sun set; conveniently within walking distance of shopping, bars, restaurants and other major tourist attractions

Overall stay was very very nice. Getting to the hotel, in late evening by car, very poor lighting on hotel sign. Much difficulty in locating.

The service was first class! The staff went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable in every way possible. We were there as part of a large motorcycle rally and they gave us all the amenities to make us feel welcome, including a free "HOG" wash station! The location could not be better either! A definite must if you are staying in Key West!

We stayed at The Westin for our 10th anniversary. It was wonderful. Close to Duval street, Mallory Square, Sloppy Joes, and anywhere else you want to see while your in Key West. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Went to this hotel for 3 nights to explore Key West and to relax. Didn't know what to expect but this is a top notch hotel in a beautiful area with walking distance to everything including night-life, sights, and tours. Everything is literally steps away. The comfort is amazing and the hotel although in the busier side of the island the hotel is a haven to relax in. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again without thinking twice. You got to see this place to believe it, don't hesitate.

Upon arrival, we explained it was my wifes birthday. Could we please have an upgraded room. The hotel put us in a 3rd floor room (courtyard) over looking a dempster. We called the front desk and explained our situation again to the manager, he appologized, and put us in a room with the ocean view. Very nice, that made my wife happy !!!!!!

We've experienced good stay at this hotel but in no means this justifies the super fees.

the hotel was awesome with helpful staff. Only issue is that we asked for two double beds but the reservation ended up for one king bed. They said it was miscommunicated from hotel.com to hotel itself. Call ahead to avoid.

The room looked exactly like the photo on the site. Very clean and we liked that the coffee bar had glasses instead of just paper cups to drink from. My ocean front room had a beautiful view of the full moon on the waves when we arrived and the next morning of the sunrise. I was able to open the sliding door, feel the breeze and watch the people fishing and swimming. The man who checked us in was exceptional and when we had one disappointment with one of the servers he was very generous in suggesting an alternative. Not only would I stay there again I decided to book a room for our last two days of this vacation and I am confident I will have as good an experience.

The suite was fabulous! The staff was courteous and the 5 star restaurant was amazing! Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Key West. We will definitely stay there again.

The location is the best in the keys. However, the room stank of mildew, the refrigerator leaked water all over the rug. Probably the source of the mildew. The hotel did nothing about a complaint we made to the concierge regarding other guest rowdy behavior at the pool that drove us out. The girl said they would call a manager and they no own ever showed. Overall, the location made it for us.

We took a last minute friends weekend. Location was great. Close to everything we wanted to be near. Rooms were large and beds comfy, plenty of room for 4 girls. Shower head could use a bit more pressure. Pool was big enough but you have to get out there early to get a chair they filled up quick. I will definitely stay there again- we had a great time.

We love the Keys we got engaged at your hotel on March 11th and stayed in a beautiful room#306, ocean and marina view!!!!! We are getting married in the keys came and saw couple of venues just his past stay with the WestinKey West. We totally love the resort and will stay with you evey chance we get. The location of this hotel was great. You can just walk out of the hotel and everything was close by -- shopping, restaurants, bars. We didn't need a car to go any where. My only complaint was that the cushions on the pool chairs were dilapidated. The covers were torn with the foam sticking out and some were so flat you may as well have been laying on the plain hard chair. However, overall, my stay was satisfactory.
