The Boston Park Plaza Hotel - בוסטון

המיקום של המלון היה מעולה! ממוקם במרכז, מושלם! התאכסנו 2 לילות, ובלילה הראשון הטמפרטורה בחדר הייתה נוראית! התלוננו בבוקר שאחרי, והם שלחו מישהו לתקן את החימום, אבל כל מה שהוא עשה היה לפתוח את החלון. תודה לאל שזה עבד, אבל אם בלילה ההוא לא היה קר בחוץ, הייתי מתרגז. החדר היה קצת קטן, אבל בסדר בשביל שני אנשים. הייתי מתאכסן כאן שוב רק בגלל המחיר ההוגן והמיקום המצוין. נשארנו בחדר שלנו לפרקי זמן קצרים בלבד (כדי לישון, להחליף בגדים ולהתכונן ליום). אם אתם מחפשים מלון לרבוץ בו, לא הייתי ממליץ על המלון הזה, אבל אם אתם מחפשים חדר לישון בו בלילה, אז הוא מושלם.

לחדר שלנו היו שני חדרי אמבטיה בתוכו, אבל כל אחד היה בגודל תא מקלחת, ורק אחד היה נקי כאשר הגענו. החדר לא נוקה בכלל בין שני הלילות שלנו בבוסטון. הכול אותו דבר. המיקום הפנטסטי פיצה על כך.

נקודת השיא של השהות שלנו היה שירות חדרים טעים ביותר, נוף משגע ומיטה נוחה, והכל עבור מחיר סביר!

זו הייתה השהות הראשונה שלי ב-Park Plaza והופתעתי מאוד לטובה. המלון עצמו היה מאוד נחמד. המיטה הייתה גן עדן אחרי נהיגה של 4 שעות והנוחיות של המיקום, מוקף באוכל טוב ,הפארק ,ה-"T" והחניון מעבר לרחוב היו כל מה שמישהו יכול לבקש. אני בהחלט אשהה כאן שנית.

התאכסנתי ב-junior suite במלון. הגודל של החדר היה בסדר, אבל הוא היה די בלוי.

התרגשתי להתאכסן במקום הזה בבוסטון. למרות זאת, כשהגעתי היה ברור שהמקום בלוי וזקוק להרבה תחזוקה. הוא היה כל-כך בלוי והחדרים כה מלוכלכים (המראה הייתה מוכתמת כאילו מישהו התיז עליה ולא ניקה אחריו). החלק הגרוע ביותר הייתה אזעקת שריפה ב-3:30 בבוקר, מה שהיה יכול להיות בסדר, אבל מה, לא היה איש צוות של המלון בשום מקום. אף אחד לא הפנה את האורחים אל יציאות החירום, אף אחד בלובי או בשום מקום אחר. הביצוע היה עלוב ותודה לאל שלא היה מקרה חירום אמיתי, כי מישהו עלול היה להיפגע באופן רציני בהיעדר הכוונה ותקשורת מהמקום. אני לא אחזור לשם, וגם לא אמליץ עליו למשפחה או ללקוחות שלי.

מלון ישן שמתיימר להיות יוקרתי. צוות לא קשוב ואדיש. השירות במסעדות במלון גם כן היה עלוב ואוכל בינוני במחירים גבוהים. בבוסטון ישנם מקומות הרבה יותר טובים לשהות בהם באותה רמת מחיר.

אזעקת שריפה מ-3 ועד 4:30 בבוקר זה משהו שפשוט לא מקובל עליי. וזה עוד לפני שדיברתי על הפקדת הביטחון שהחזירו לי רק כעבור 4 ימים.

למרות ששירות החדרים במשך היום היה בסדר, למרבה הצער ביום שישי הם סגרו ב-11 בערב, ואני חשבתי שזה מוקדם מדי. בר המלון נסגר בחצות כך שתשכח מכוסית אחרי יציאה לילית בבוסטון. הרגשתי שזה מוקדם מדי בשביל מלון שירות-מלא ברמתם. כמו כן ב-3:30 לפנות בוקר היה פינוי בגלל אזעקת שווא, ולמרות שזה מובן ,ההודעות העוקבות מדי 10 דקות לאחר שכבר חזרנו לחדר נמשכו לפחות חצי שעה...רק לחזור לישון לקח יותר מדי זמן בגללם.

היו לי בערך שעתיים שינה בגלל כל הרעש.הקירות דקים ואני הייתי צריך לקום למחרת ב-6 בבוקר לפגישה. לא אשהה במלון זה שוב כשאהיה בבוסטון.

On the 14th floor the room with one bed has a very small shower, but on the 5th gloor it was perfect

This is an older hotel and the room had evidence of updating, wear, and repair. But it was clean and comfortable and had some old-fashioned personality. I had no problems with noise. The room was indeed "petite" as advertised, but not tiny, and fine for a short stay. The combination of location, price, and history is hard to beat.

Had to leave the hotel at 10:00 PM because of rowdy guests. No other rooms available. Not a good experience. Room service took over an hour.

Stayed in the samller petite room, which was more than adequate. Room cleanliness are comfort were excellent; only issue was a small drip in the bathroom faucet.

This was my fifth stay at this hotel, and there will be more. The location is excellent, the bathroom is a little small but the value for the money excellent. Just two slight glitches on this stay - they didn't have my room reservation in the system but with my confirmation that was quickly remedied and upon check out the parking discount was not noted. Both were remedied after a phone call or two. Despite this, I WILL stay here again!

The shower was sooo small I kept brudhibg up against the shower curtain...gross. No ledge to pug soap, razor, shampoo etc in the shower. I had to stick my leg out and rest it on the sink to shave. Literally no room to sit product anywhere in the bathroom. Had to sit my products on a towel on hhd floor. All thus could have been easily fixed with a ledge in the shower and in the bathroom. Sheets scratchy. Location about only thing going for it.

Absolutely gorgeous and elegant. Perfect location for seeing Boston's sights and sounds.

This hotel is not at the level commensurate with the price. The bathrooms were old, plastic tubs, tiny. The rooms are really old. The service was sullen but fine. Until they upgrade this hotel I would recommend somewhere else.

Central Location, Bed comfortable. Shower was tiny. Temp control was marginal.

The hotel is beautiful with a great bar and friendly staff but my room was HORRIBLE. it only had a full sized bed, the room was smaller than my office space and the heater did not work. They had maintenance come try to fix it, then in the middle of the night it broke again. Not worth the money, never staying their again.

The room was a bit small but the comfortable bed made up for it. Located next to Boston Common and the T green line, this place was perfect for our quick stay. There are several restaurants in the area, some a bit pricey but there is something for everyone. The staff was helpful and with express checkout we were on our way. Parking is a bit pricey at $45 for one night, but we were able to use a coupon to bring it down a bit. Overall great experience and I would certainly go back.

I requested a 2 bedroom room and I was given a one bedroom room into which a second queen sized bed was squeezed. The position of the beds made it impossible to open the dresser except for the top drawer which could be opened by sitting on or lying on the bed. A long table that might have been a desk and a single chair just made the room more crowded. All time spent in the room found us sitting or sleeping on the beds. At first, I couldn't find the closet, but my son found it in the corner near the window. I did like the soap. I checked some other rooms on the floor and each contained a single, queen-sized bed. The hotel had charged my card for the full 4 night stay and there were many graduations (like ours) happening so I couldn't risk changing hotels. I don't believe I'll stay there again although we had stayed there before. Our accommodations on our first visit were very satisfactory. Our room number was 519. My son's first comment was "I don't think this was intended as a guest room. It must have been used for storage." I took photos showing the tight passage between the beds and furniture. I'm sure the space was not up to legal dimensions. An overweight person would have great difficulty.

The hotel has a great location, a block away from Boston Common. The lobby is beautiful, and the rooms, while small, are also very nice. The bedroom and shower were clean and worked great. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear other guest. Not the whole staff was rude, only every front desk attendant we spoke to. There is no reason to belittle or talk down to guest, there is also no reason to roll your eyes and be difficult. Should you pay for both hotel rooms and put one in your sisters name, you are unable to received both keys, even though you have both reservation numbers with you, and don't ask for an explanation, all you will get is a ton of eye rolling and snarly comments.

Concierge was fabulous!

Room was small, cramped, old and run down. Toilet was so close to the wall that you had to sit on it sideways with your feet in the shower. Reminded me of a 3 star hotel in France.

Absolutely lovely hotel....truly beautiful in the structure and "old world" charm. This isn't a fancy room, its a beautiful room. The room was comfortable, but smaller than typical hotel rooms. Its just a testimony to the beautiful hotels of the past where the rooms were warm and inviting. I loved the hotel, would surely stay again.

Very nice lobby and room was not bad, just quite old. No wi fi in the rooms either

Convenient location and pleasant staff. Room was TINY! The marble bathroom advertised only had a marble shelf. Coffee enough for two cups we had four in our party. Overall disappointed, especially for the money I paid. I would not stay again.

When booking on the internet, a person should not be able to book a double bed if there are two people. There is absolutely no place to put luggage. It should kick it out indicating that the room is smaller than a european room. Rooms are ok-very old and cleanliness just ok. The location is the best part about this hotel.
